When this iteration started I was super frustrated with the game because of bots being added, but now that BHVR has addressed them being an issue I’ve had better 2v8 matches yesterday than I did in the last few days. I was over exaggerating when I said this mode should be scrapped but my mind has changed. After I was unhooked in the 2v8 mode, my FOV was going nuts and I found myself completely unable to interact with anything. I couldn't be hit by the killers except for their powers. Spine chill used to be one of the most loved perks (and my favorite) on the survivor side, until the 6.1 patch when it got completely gutted because of its pick rate. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: (I'm not new to Nurse, this isn't a lack of knowledge issue) Nurse blink works fine for the first few blinks, afterward, even if you wait for your blink to FULLY RECHARGE, it does not let you blink. You blink briefly, but you can't hold your blink to go further. It's as if you were tapping your RMB. It's not a problem with my mouse, either. It's as simple as that… I feel like I'm playing a hide 'n seek game where you don't hide and the Killer knows your location 3/4 of the match. Some matches are fine but especially when you have a Legion constantly proccing mend and built in aura I don't care it's called "killer instinct" tomato-tamato. 2v8 is the worst game mode dbd has ever had in so many ways. I genuinely hope they never bring it back or do a complete overhaul if they do. - The cages. The cages are horrible. First of all, the cages don't teleport away anymore when both a killer and survivor is nearby. Why is it the red field siblings who has a strong brother and sister bond does not say a thing to each other in the lobby? Chris even says Leon though strangely leon says nothing to him. The last attempt at fixing it has made it even worse. Now it's not just the shoulder area that loses it's hitbox, but EVERYTHING. Was playing with my friend Wesker now and I, as Nemesis, got soft-locked while grabbing (catch) a Meg that was opening a gate. The thing with M1 killers is that even if you're incredibly good at your M1 fundamentals (red light mechanics, making proper predictions, etc.) you're at the mercy of the survivor's resources. You have to break more pallets and walls than you otherwise would if you were playing killers with anti-loop, so you lose time AND kill pressure. It's just *inherently* a weaker kit design. Hey ! I recently witnessed a bug 2 times with Wesker which is really unfortunate for Weskers players. It concerns the Wesker's dash ability, when he grabs a survivor close to a wall, it stucks the killer into the game no matter what can cause the end of the game as such as the timer going off at the end when the gates are opened. It makes no sense that the survivors can see it imo. Part of the point of perks in this game is that you're not meant to know what they are until they affect the game somehow. A perk that announces itself is inherently weaker, and on top of that it also has a cooldown, and on top of THAT it ALSO has a grace period before it's actually in effect. Platform: PC I was not able to use my plot twist endgame when i had NOT used it yet the prompt did not come up i was not moving i simply couldnt plot twist.
