For those killers who, like me, enjoy testing out new killers in custom game mode, I've come up with a build for the survivor bots that makes going up against them easier to do. This is essentially playing dbd bots in "easy mode." I hover over the name of each bot, press down and then hit the edit bot option. I can’t even run ruin for god sake’s because it gets cleansed literally when the match starts. Survivors have it so easy to find totem spawns way too easy. They do have survivor totem perks like boons, inner strength, etc. Hex totems get cleansed way too often. The devs need to do a better job changing the positions of where totem spawns. Bots currently don't really function well. They have a bunch of issues that I see needing addressed: Training. If you don't have friends online and need to test or train something (like flicks, pathing, techs, etc…) you are out of luck. They need to buff BP across the board. That 300-400% for survivors felt so good. Maybe like a 200% increase for both sides because the rosters total what? like 80 now? after truly testing the anti loop offered by the decreased fatigue i can confidently say it should be decreased more, possibly to 2.2 seconds. - A 12 second frenzy basekit then reworked mischief list would be nice -basekit 0.3m/s movement speed bonus and a reworked mural sketch is great too. I've been playing DBD since 2017 and I hate to say it but DBD has become a lame joke. Back in the day matches were full of actual challenges and some games lasted till the timer ran out but it was actually fun and challenging. Let me ask you a simple question. If something slows down your speed of an action by 40%, and that action normally takes 90 seconds, how long would it take? Normally you would say "90 x 1.4 is 126, so it would take 126 seconds", you would technically be right, but in terms of DBD match, you wouldnt. It'd be cool if in addition to Hex: Thrill of the Hunt's usual effects (slowing cleansing/blessing speeds via tokens), it made every remaining dim totem on the map *look* like a hex totem. Why would the devs add a challenge that requires you to escape the trial as Jane? I’ve been seeing nonstop Jane’s every other game with full rat builds to try and get the challenge done. I feel like I put so much pressure in playing killer and I put a lot of depth and time into it. I have gone against hardcore survivors even swf. It doesn’t matter if it’s solo q I still think it’s really hard playing killer because you have so much work to do. You have many objectives as killer. You have to stop survivors from doing gens. Chucky needs his dash mobility at least somewhat back. His dash needs to be stronger. You can buff the cooldown, you can buff his almost useless scamper, it won't help much. Chucky is not fun anymore thanks to overkilled dash speed. I am not asking for original revert of the nerf fully, but that dash is bad and needs at least some increase. Changing stun category from boldness to survivior doesn't really make sense to me. We will be able to get 10k survivial points without even escaping and barely any boldness points unless killer plays hit and run (750 points for chase escape). The new map Dead Sands is what I was afraid was going to happen, the map is small, it has chances of huge dead zones and the exit gates can be unbelievably close and defendable like forgotten ruins. I wish there was an option for newer players to be able to play against a bot killer on all maps within dbd on custom games. It would really improve the new player experience in dbd since playing a couple games in pubs is mostly fine until you get up to your 3rd game and get slammed by a Blight with 10k hours.
