So in FT13 they implemented an offline mode where you could only play as Jason and the counsellors were NPC. I’ve played this mode before and I honestly couldn’t tell much of a difference between the NPC and real players. Would you like something like this for DBD? I personally would. So I around 2600 hours on this game and I can definitely say that playing killer is much more of a challenge than survivor. While this is fine, as you are 1 person against 4 people, sometimes it can be pretty frustrating to people who don't play top tier killers like spirit, nurse, hag, freddy, and oni and pyramid on a decent map. For how easy he is to play. He's going to replace Freddy and maybe even Spirit for EZ Mode for bad killers. Spirit is still stronger than him, but Wraith is probably the easiest Killer to play in the entire game, so him being on their level is just atrocious. So I thought this feature was added in awhile ago but I'm noticing quite a few maps where the killer can just stand at the doorway and you're unable to pass or get out (this also happens with some hook locations). While I'm not massively annoyed by it, its still a little lame to do so well in a trial to be dead on first hook as the killer can just block it. Yeah, stupidity... honestly couldn't find a better word, I dont mean it as an attack but why would you want to buff solos to swf level which clearly breaks they game... so yes I know you can beat swf, but that doesnt take away the fact they do way better as a swf due to the information they get alone. I can't for the love of god get 4k without it. There is always one guy left sitting afk on the hatch letting his teammates die and I can't find him without whispers. It's the same if I instead do find the hatch but the doors are on different corners of the match, I can't just patrol, it takes just 20 seconds to open the gate. I personally doubt the changes will effect him too much, but what I'm mad about is that it shows the devs' ignorance towards his actual problems. I don't know all the killers well, but I was just thinking that most of them seem to (at most) have 1-2 decent addons. Often the useful add-ons are at the brown and green level. Most killers' UR seem either completely worthless or actively detrimental. As both killer and survivor i find it absolute bullshit. Happens in a good chunk of my games. When someone does it, either because they don't like the killer or they don't like that they were first downed. It completely ruins the game, basically guarantees the killer will win, and also makes the killer lucky to black pip. So I just recently played a game against a killer running undying and devour hope, while I cleansed undying, nobody cleansed devour. We didn’t know he had devour until we were all hit with the exposed status so naturally they started looking for it. for context we were plying on Ormond, a visually bright map. If people want to leave the match forcing them to stay a little longer isn’t going to help change their minds or help your team. Your team is going to waste their time saving the hooked person cause after they are unhooked they will more than likely just wait till the killer comes back to hook them again. When I hit level 50 with someone I stop investing in them until they're pretty much dry and then prestige. I haven't gotten anyone to prestige 3 level 50 yet.
