I have heard mixed reviews about the patch, but overall I didn't think it was that bad. I play a mix of both killer and survivor. I still have no trouble escaping as survivor and killer is now at the place it should be. I heard people complaining about things like exhaustion and the OP killer perk buffs, but it doesn't break the game like people say it does. With the recent trapper buffs, making him viable midranks and playable highranks, I have noticed something Save The Best for Last on Trapper is Godlike and heres why With the trappers fast movement speed, he excels at getting tokens from M1 chases. Dose anyone else constantly find themselves in a position that feels like the killers have custom lag switches LMAO. One of the Pig's addons is the Very Rare Box of Gears, which is just like the Rare Bag of Gears. But if you read the description of both, you will see that while the Box of Gears is worded perfectly, it seems that Bag of Gears is missing some words which is a bit confusing. I don't know why but I really can't play as killer, I always wait a lot and no one joins my game so I just go and play survivor instead. Does anyone have the same problem? I’m a killer main playing survivor to change things up a bit. I’m not doing the SWF bs, or running DS/ infinite looping but out of all those matches 4 of them the killer did not face camp. Is it really this bad? I’m not talking about gates are opened camping or the infinite loop/teabagger camping, I’m talking about first person down, camp them til they die. It’s really depressing. I think that the devs should give us killers the perks unrelenting, Play with your Food and Save the Best for Last how they used to be before the massive nerfs. Play with your Food didn't have a cooldown until salty survivors got the devs to implement it. The stats were a bit different as well. I'm really confused as to why the Devs made it to where ranks 16-20 don't lose pips. I don't mind the not dropping below rank 15 once you get there, but having players not lose pips before rank 15 is really strange to me. Playing games in the 10-15 range is really inconsistent. compared to BBQ, we‘re gonna live forever is far worse with giving no game advantage. It just gives points and nothing more. BBQ was made to give the killer the incentive to hunt for other survivors instead of camping. While playing as killer my game will freeze out of nowhere. It doesn't happen every game, only about every 6 to 7 games, but it's extremely annoying as it usually happens when I'm about to get either a 3K or 4K. The Pig cornered me at the chest in the Thompson House as I was up there searching for a med kit. She looked the other way so that I wouldn't be considered "in a chase," and let my trap countdown to 0. There was nothing I could do. Coming from a player that plays both sides equaly, the new animation time is cancer, it's a godly buff for Killers and if you know someone has a flashlight nearby it's impossible for get them to get in position in time unless I am four feet away and looking in their direction. I run Sprint Burst, and only SB, as my Exhaustion perk. I also use Adrenaline from time to time, but that's more for the healing effect not the speed boost (I don't tend to run Self Care anymore, it's like EZ mode). I personally feel like the Exhaustion nerf is fine. I tend to walk everywhere anyway if I'm not in a chase to save my SB, so nothing has really changed for me. I have mostly been playing killer and I've had the game for about 4 or 5 weeks now so I'm still fairly new....but every game seems to go about the same. There's no way around it. It's one good factor, the ability to recover from dying, is nullified by the Killer knowing from the start of the match that you have the Perk—why would they slug you when they know you can get back up? The Perk is only "good" when run with Perks that apply benefits to being injured, like Resilience and This Is Not Happening.
