I wonder why this got changed so drastically. It was 8 seconds without add-ons or healing perks in the PTB. Should i heal passively while doing a gen or healing someone? I literally had to run from a Claudette trying to heal me after escaping the killer and crossing ⅓ of the swamp. While my syringe was active... And my medkit is gone. Dedicated servers are trash, 99% of hits that I've got shouldn't hit me. Who cares if ping is always green if hitboxes are worse than before? I don't know if I should mention dead hard. It's good perk but also broken perk. Most od the time when I use it, it doesn't work and my character starts to shaking on the ground or I am exhausted when perk didn't work. I like to play killer and survivor equally. The problem with playing killer, however, is that queue times can easily over 10 minutes before the game even starts up a lobby (compared to near instant with survivor). It is very frustrating when the game then fails to load because someone else disconnects during loading. Wait another 10 minutes. And poof! Another disconnect. Okay so.... I don't own this dlc, but everyone says that its a good one. I don't get why. Freddy's perks seem.... Decent.... But his playstyle doesn't make sense. He can grab people out of lockers outside the Dream Realm, but can't pull people off hatch in this way. I've played for about 3 hours and so far: *As nurse i've experienced a new bug that stops me from blinking. Survivors better not be able to sabo them because otherwise that would just be grossly unfair too. It’s fine for survivors because a) people who put in petals automatically get blight points and b) gens are easy to find Meanwhile killers could get completely shafted just by map design and hook rng, on top of bad sportsmanship by survivors. I used to love playing him but right now? 1-2 gens are done around the time it takes to place 2 traps in decent areas. Trapper was a good counter to Innfinite loops but those are mostly gone! Hes now trash in the Genrush meta. My fixes: 1) All Traps Start Armed! Last I saw on the status of dedicated servers was this post that said they'd been delayed: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/87216/status-update-dedicated-servers#latest ...but the last time I played as killer I had one ping meter next to my name instead of ping meters next to all the survivors' names, and I was wondering if that meant dedicated servers. So from what I can tell, you can only get either a flashlight or medkit every second bloodweb. Why are these items so rare? Didn't you listen to everyones complaints last year? I had 1m bloodpoints by the start of the event and spent 600k on Meg, I got 6 medkits and a single flashlight. 1. When you select a challenge from the Archives, if the challenge states "hook x Survivors" you can hook the same Survivor more than once and it still counts. 2. Visit the archives to collect your challenge after completion as well as to set your next challenge. 3. Big challenge diamond is worth 5 blue stuffs and the smaller diamonds are worth 3 blue stuffs. I recently lost all of my event items and last week I made a ticket to see if I could get them back, the same day I got a response saying I needed to give my steam url, I did immediately and haven't gotten a response since. I also noticed that there is no longer anyone assigned to my support ticket. I tried creating another ticket and it was closed immediately, almost like a bot had deleted it. I don't blame this poor dude for disconnecting, I ran him for 2 almost 3 Gens before he abandoned me and he didn't down me once. He disconnected a little later when another gen was done and to be honest the odds were stacked against him/her. I think a patch or two ago or maybe it was in the PTB? So this is the first event since I started playing the game. I try to be a good killer and play by the "survivor handbook for killers" to make people happy (especially since there seems to be at least one survivor DC per match these days). They finally release the new event. I actually took a long break from DBD and have played very very scarcely since the Scream/GhostFace update. Ever since the Hollow Blight event was announced I hopped my dumb happy asz back into the dbd life. They delayed it. And now they finally release it and it's over the weekend of Youmacon.
