I think they could make it, so if you hook the same survivor within certain amount of time and without hooking another survivor between, you'll get less bloodpoints for hook.
It might encourage some people to go after unhooker for more bloodpoints.
(even if most people tunnel not because of bloodpoints it would be nice touch)

For survivor Aftercare paired with We'll make it.
I just love when teammates run to me for heal or to help with generator, and we'll make it allows to quickly heal whole team.
For killer it'll be sloppy buther, it Just screw selfcare survivors :)

Entity
-
It also proces something else, that right now red ranks survivors are a joke.
And I have a question here:
Are you able to tell how much o these matches had survivors with items? (picked in lobby)
-
Sprint burst, or We'll make it and Pop Goes the Weasel.
-
It's a pretty decent tier list, but I would move few perks lower/higher.
like breakout, - It looks really good on paper but not as good as you think in a math, it would require at least 2 person to bodyblock, or going sabo build to acquire effect.
Smallgame should also be lower.
It might be helpfull with freddy or trapper, but that's it, for finding totems right now detectives hunch does way better job.
-
Its not only killers, I also meet survivors using VPN, and dear lord it's a pain. You hit them? they start moving in one direction (like having a lag) and sudenly teleport few meters in another or behind a window.

Lithe is very nice perk, but in my opinion the worst from all exhaustion perks.
Most of times it Just activate when you're in a safe position, others allow you to get to this position,Sprint along side gaining distance at the beginning of a chase can be also manipulated to use it durning chase (by keeping exhaustion at 1sec cooldown)
Head on also is propably one of the best basement escape perks after borrow.
Deadhard allows you to do almost anything you want with it (literally) only downside is that you need to be injured to use it which makes it most of time useless against instadown killers.

I think the rift is fine simply because it's meant to be done over the entire period. At level 57 that means you have 13 more tiers or around 175 games or so. This would have been about 2-3 games extra everyday or when you have free time you would have been able to catch up on some of them. Sure, having to do 13 tiers all in a few days would be (is) devastating but if you had spread it out over the entire time limit it would have been a lot more doable. In the first tome I had 20 tiers left after finishing everything and struggled to do it. This time around I just tried to play a couple games here and there everyday and I'm at 69 now with a lots of time to spare.
I think it's very fair actually as long as you properly spread it out through the 70 day period. Most games are around 10 minutes so even if you did 1 game extra a day that number would have gone down a lot.
As it is now, I don't think it needs changing.
And thats 175 is what is not okay, let's Say you play like 4 matches a hour, so basicly he needs to spend 44 h to game in a week to complete a rift, and he was still playing before. Devs forget dbd is not the only game people play, and Its really borning to experience the same thing and encounter the same killers because of archives. Also I believe most people who already completed 70 tiers before 4th part already play dbd min 4-5h a day. So its easy for them rift is alright.

For me solo experience in this game is a joke, 4/5 games includes Noed because of course totems are invisible, when someone is hooked you're fuc**d because you have to play lotery and go for unhook to only see nobody was doing gens, or leave it for your team which most of times means second stage or death.
I'm not even talking about urban evasion blandettes , selfcare time-wasters, corner bois,or getting downed because someones too greedy for protect hits/unhook, which weights your team even more.
I almost forgotten about people with stream in their nick, some are literall waste ruining experience for other people, because they need to show their skills which ends with DC/Suicide in front of you.

I have few small Ideas:
Quick and Quiet: performing quick action durning chase causes you to not make noise and put perk on 40/30/20 seconds cooldown, while cleansing a totem or searching a chest inside killer terror radious, you perform action 10/20/30% faster and noises caused by action are reduced by 30/40/50%
Its Quick and Quiet, it makes sense to be active under preasure.
Blood Echo: When hooking a Survivor, all other injured Survivors scream revealing their location for 5 seconds, their grunts of pain become 50% louder and start suffering from haemorrage status effect until healed.
Blood Echo can only be triggered once every 80/70/60 seconds.
They'll really start making blood echo.

I think it stacked in a past. Now I'm not sure if they changed it.
-
It goes back in like 10 seconds

The predator
The experiment/subject
The feral
The enslaved

I don't know if it's bug, but me and my friend got reseted with old system 🤔 (2 to 10 and 6 to 13)

Wow after they implemented DC penalties sudenly people experience 3 times more crashes, weird right? I Wonder why they started to appear this much after this feature.
But seriosuly they did a good job, people just can't accept that after 3 years they need to change their "DC playstyle" and believe spamming posts about crashing almost every game make some change.
-
Today is devs stream, maybe they'll also leak something else.
And sadly it's not Jason :(
-
You need to double pip using his teachables.
-
Wow, these are really cool ideas. I hope some dev will See this post and take inspiration from it to next perk reworks.
-
Propably pig, I love being tunelled and camped in a crouch mode.
-
We also should have hooking perk, without it and slugging perk killer can only injure survivors, it would really balance game.
-
It's really disgusting that people can tell someone to ######### because,,Internet is protecting them".
In lol for example someone really did after message like that. I know most of people don't care, but there are some who care, and I hope most of platforms/games will treat start this kind of things seriosuly.
Also I hope he'll get punished for that.
-
First sugestiom feels to strong and second borning. Third is really good but needs reduced time, to like 10/15 seconds of blocked window.
-
Not even using it anymore, but when I see killer running it I feel bad for them because now it's just free points for a hex which almost do nothing.
-
Today in my every game as a killer, I got salt and DC :_: am I just unlucky? At least these survivor were literally potatoes running into walls and hiding into a lockers in front of me.

Bud, its the tutorial, are you really complaining about it?
Yes because even things like this metter, when you start playing new game, at first you check in-game tutorial right? Even if it's not containing everything, after ending it you always get information about things you're checking. Let's Look at dbd for new player perspective:
Red stain what's that?
You can close hatch I didn't know that!
How do you activate perks, or they're passive?
Exposed? Does it mean killer can see me?
And help section doesn't help much too, at start you propably couldn't understand half of mentioned things even after reading.
-
Thats all we needed, another post about game being survivor sided :/
There will be devs streaming Q&A next week, seek answers there.

It can be time count down not slowed down when its activating.
It could be really good if it was addtional effect, not complete new effect.
-
No, it would be bloodbath for killers.

You should try aftercare + we'll make it, really underrated combination but only if you're being really altruistic and prioritize healing and unhooking.
With this you know what exacly is your whole team doing, your teammates prioritize gens because know you're going for unhook, you can start going earlier because aura of carried survivor is revealed, or just focus on generator if someone is close to hooked person. When someone is chased, where they shouldn't run, the same applies for you. Where to run to heal yourself or where someone should run for heal(60 second we'll make it is so usefull in these situations) where is oppened exit gate or where to run if you're opening an exit.
Also don't be discouraged about aura reseting every time you're hooked. After unhooking you'll already got 1 aura back, maybe even more because you still need to be healed. Three perks in one, have unlimited range, works independently of situation, requires very little, others also benefit from it and can coordinate your team to be really efficient. The only difference is it don't reveal killer aura.
Oh almost forgotten thanks to it you can also really make use of emotes.Examples:come here for heal, help with generator, killer is comming to your generator, go there, go for unhook e.t.c
-
Hag and Billy are propably the most balanced because they can be really powerfull without add-ons, they only make playing as them slithly stronger but not relling on them (examples are trapper and plague) So I'm worried if they change Billy add-ons this will colapse.
-
With DLC characters coming to the archives, do you plan to make something like free acces to the killer/survivor durning the rift but including them only with their perks? This could allow new players to have a chance to complete whole archives, also possible encouraging them to buy expansion.
-
Camping sucks, and I don't understand why Devs approve this. Its like:sit 2 minute and mash this button while everyone are playing, great game. Especially on low ranks (Think players on low ranks have most of the games like this) , also guys don't forget if you genrush camper he propably also use noed, because when you genrush you usually don't destroy totems so easy kills, they don't care if they don't rank up, also camped player are forced to also stay on their ranks.
-
I'm addicted to aftercare + we'll make it, also using spine chill and dead hard but thats not anything interesing.

I got about 40 hours into the game, im doing pretty well as a killer (Rank 5) and survivor (Rank 8) having fun but after every game the chat is pure toxic spew. If I am a killer its "Oh, you use these perks you're #########?" "You're a tunneler, you are just bad you gotta go for the same person" It's like, if I spot them after they are rescued am I suppose to go.. ok I downed him before better leave him alone and go look for someone else. If I am a survivor I get called back because I loop a killer for a long time. I have ran across way more super toxic people than I have people who just say nothing.
I have played a lot of games in my time, lots of toxic people but this game takes the cake by far. This game should just remove the chat at the end of the game completely and let the angry children punch a wall or something.
Welcome to the online games. Where whatever you do people w will always say to ######### or they'll ######### your Mother (yeah literally every multiplayer game) So Just get used to it. The sooner the better.
-
I prefer to run aftercare instead of bond because it's range is unlimited, another survivors take adventage from it (like running to you when they're injured, knowing you're going for unhook, when you're chased or where not to run when in chase) which i think bond lacks.
-
Yeah, solo playing is pain in the ass, 8 out of 10 games my team is braindead potatoes or blandettes with Urban evasion, crouching all game when you're on a hook. Also when you're playing solo and 3 other persons are swf, most of the time they Just left you to die.if you want to win solo you need to be very lucky :/
-
In my opinion they should do more than Just look good (not like you See them on survivors anyway unless you look close) like give 1% bonus in something (bonus to certain perks, speed of certain action but never running speed) like claudette one could give 1% faster healing and trapper 1% faster placing traps. Not much but at least they wouldn't be worthless

There are pros and cons.
As others point out: survivors can ostracise each other over perk choices. SWF groups of 2 or 3 have a habit of already doing this to solo survivors and this would give them another reason to.
The benefits of closing the information-gap between solo and SWF might also not be clear-cut in this case. A premade group is relaxed about each others perks because they're friends, unless they are try-hards that get their fun from griefing killers. Then they need people min-maxing or doing certain roles. You can not replicate that dynamic with solos; they'll just leave if they feel strongly enough about someone else's perks.
Currently players can ask each other in the lobby and no one has to answer. I never see anyone asking though. Pressing a button that reveals your perks and addons to others might prompt them to share theirs; the choice is still yours and it's more likely people will engage with that feature than type in the chat. It would also signal to survivors who are prepared to cooperate that you are a cooperative person.
It used to be that survivors not knowing they can trust each other was part of the game dynamic, but now maybe it is a liability to the health of the game.
I think revealing perks through button would make less lobby dodges, also you still have chat right? You can always ask other person why he chosed this perk :p It's not like you will get hurt or something. (Some people maybe?)
