Idk if this happened to anyone else but I just played a match of Dead by Daylight and on the hill that spawned next to the shack on the Gas Station, I glitched and got stuck in the rocks when jumping off the hill. I got stuck in the rocks on the right hand side of the little hill to climb up there. I had dead hard on to and I couldn’t even use it to escape. So I got into this debate. Here’s one side, with both the killer and survivors all having basic knowledge and being good at the game (i.e they know how to loop effectively and run the best perks, and know they’re mind games and map). Nurse can effectively and consistently get 4ks without the use of her power. @Peanits Had some questions about crossplay. If you turn off cross-play; and decide to SWF, does this override the other party members settings who may have it turned on? Is there any way to get the BP we lost back? When it's fixed? Through support? Etc. Like even if it's a no it would be nice to get an answer about this from BHVR. I don't know if it's been anybody else's experience or not, but I'm getting even worse frames playing against people from other platforms. I played matches with Pyramid Head on Temple, Lery's, and Hawkin's and it felt like I was getting 10 FPS. I could barely aim my power and I would easily lose track of any survivor that was close. They should have an emblem of the platform symbol by the players name, I've personally enjoyed the cross play and I would like to see that added, right now the only way I know to tell for a console player to know is to look at the name and if it has a space then it's probably PC because console can't have spaces in their name there's always a underscore or a dash, any chances this feature could b1 comments 41 views last activity

Before the MMR went live I was constantly facing red rank swf despite only being a rank 13 killer. Now that the MMR has been deactivated I've been a little hesitant to hop back into a killer match, but I've heard good things about cross-play. At this point I'm not really interested in anything else. I just hope it doesn't take months and months to implement. There's so many problems in the game on PS4 but hit validation is probably the number one issue. When a hit doesn't feel Fair, it's frustrating and can be devastating. I have run into two DS's in the last thirty games and the people that ran it hit me with it at the exit gate and escaped. This is not why I'm telling you it's a bad perk at high ranks though. I have friends on PS4 that I can't play with because my friend code doesn't show up on their side. And I CANNOT get to add them because their name doesn't show up on my side. Anyone else having this issue? It's ######### irritating. Edit: You have to search for their PSN and he had to search my Steam name for this to work. Now that crossplay has been implemented, how do we know if a player is console or pc? I've heard conflicting things on different Twitch streams. I first heard that a globe next to a player's name indicates they are console. I then heard that the globe signifies anyone who is on a different platform than you. That was the promise right? You can opt out of cross play. I go to options and the check box for cross play is greyed out and I can't click it to turn off. Frankly it should be off by default and all the players that want it can opt in. So far there has been no upside to cross play for me. Queue times are same as always. Ill open up with i used to be a consistent red rank survivor until i tried killer on ps4 and realized that killer has like 8 second q's instead of 8 minutes like survivor. I dropped survivor almost entirely for like a year and am currently rank 20 now.
