To answer the question though, I really can't say. I can think of plenty that I'd like to see in the game (the Xenomorph, Art the Clown, Harry Warden), and some that I wouldn't really care if they made it or not (Chucky, Springtrap, Slenderman), but I can't think of any I'd be actively against, except for maybe the really stupid ones like Sonic.exe.
Ehhhh, I was just being random for that sorry if you don't like it.

If its just username then when on home menu click your avatar photo on the top left of your screen then you should see a name with a pencil or something by it, click that and it should let you change your username.

That spawn is a really good spawn and if you get that spawn as an Executioner then the survivors might have a really good or bad game.

Stretched res is likely being patched out soon.
Hackers are exceedingly rare unless you're a streamer who is being stream sniped. In 3500 hours on PC I've seen one hacker.
That program that tells you who the killer is was patched. It doesn't work anymore.
Game file modifications? You mean custom perk icons? Oh yeah. *huge advantage there*.
Sooooo much advantage with custom perk icons, they should waste their time trying to fix it.

Next time, try shutting the system down (hold the power button and actually turn it off) and turn it back on and see fit hat helps.
I've done that already but it still had the error, I'm just downloading the game again and might type something like this in the switch category.

P3 Lv.50 Killer\Survivors That Have So Much Rare And Very Rare Stuff Its Not Even Human.
And Probably One Of The Biggest Problems With This: Ace In The Hole,

If you purchased all licensed DLCs, then they won't spawn in your Bloodweb. However, even if you didn't, Splinter Offerings are all Ultra Rare so they are relatively difficult to find.
Oh, I’ve Purchased All Available DLC’s That Switch Has Because I Play Switch Version Most Of The Time.

The Splinter Offerings were also secret, however, the Devs decided to remove them on Patch 3.6.0. However, I don't think this is that huge of a problem, there are three Mori Offerings, each one having its own functionality. When Survivors see a secret offering, it could be a Shroud, or one of the 3 Mori Offerings, not necessarily an ebony mori.
There aren't that many offerings that could be secret, because most of them just award you with extra Bloodpoints. Maybe the Hook Distance and Realm Selection offerings could be secret? Idk. It would be definitely interesting to have some new secret offerings.
I Never Got A Splinter Offering Even Though I Know They Turned You Into Another DLC Killer Like Mikey.

For the Switch there could be a temporary option where you opt in to cross play with them, but it disables Freddy, his perks, and so on.

Switch= No Cross-Play Until Freddy Comes Then Add To Xbox+PS4
Jun 14, 2016 Is When DBD Came Out So For Like Another 2-4 Years Until PC Cross-Play Can Be Added To The Xbox, PS4, And Switch Cross-Play To Give The Console Users Some Time To Get Better.

It's more common to see killers get really high point games than survivors, and a bad killer game usually still gives more points than a bad survivor game unless the killer straight up gives super early in the match. And you're not even talking about buffing killer BP gain but specifically nerfing it for survivors?

Ability: Heat Up: You Can Put a The Heated Effect On Survivors And Once They Have The Heated Effect On They Have To Go To a Ice Cream Cart Located Around The Map, If They Don’t They Get Put Into The Injured State With Exhaustion For 3min And Get Mangled Effect For 3min
Perks:
Stir: Once A Gen Is Complete You Get A 5% Speed Boost Up To 25% And Stacks With Other Perks.
Fake Out: When In A Chase With Your Obsession You Gain A 15% Speed Boost If You Lunge Attack Them And This Effect Goes On For 3/4/5sec After The Chase.
Blood Jokes: When 4 Survivors Are Left: You Get A -5% Speed Boost
When 3 Survivors Are left 1 Fake Gen Will Spawn And You Will Get A 3% Action Speed Boost
When 2 Survivors Are Left: Hatch Can’t Be Opened.
When 1 Survivor Is Left: Hatch Does Not Open For 15/20/30sec
