I play killer and survivor about 60/40 percent of my time respectively. I'm more interested in having fun than winning, ergo I try to get 8 hooks before my first kill. If someone DC's in the early game, I will play for real, but I'll let whoever doesn't dc go unless I'm trying to build up MMR. I don't understand how it doesn't count as a completed trial if the outcome is going to be the same. If the killer slugs everyone and you're trying to get your challenges done for the rift - you have to wait it out and be left slugged on the ground. If you abandon, you don't get your quest that you completed. With there being daily quests soon, this sounds like a bad idea. It should count as a co4 comments 331 views last activity

let me see if i understand. after having a event where i could finaly win sometimes because i didn't have to do 5 gens vs sweaty TOXIC killers. now i need to go back to normal dbd and lose 11-15 games before i can win 1 or 2?… man im not sure i can do it. If my game crashes and I even send the report why would I have to be locked out from the matchmaking? There should be an automatic process that if I send the crash report and it can clearly show the game crashed outside my will I shouldn't be banned from matchmaking, or at least keep my BP from the match. I’ve seen posts asking for full randomization in chaos mode including items, add-ons, killer add ons and no map offerings. That sounds fun on paper but the problem I see with this is exactly the issue we are already seeing in chaos mode. Killers have built in tactics to win that survivors wouldn’t be able to counter. Apparently you can never lose as the last survivor now since it counts as a draw so I'll just admit I'll just abandon everytime now and other survivors will definitely do it too. We already do that to skip the the Mori, now we got even more reason and incentive since we can just wipe our loss besides keeping everything, abandoning is now a guaranteed hatch escape now no reason to look for that.28 comments 2,172 views last activity

For those who dont know ill break it down: its a hex perk from The Ghoul. when you land 8 m1 attacks on survivors it activates on 1 dull totem, afterwards anytime you M1 a survivor, all survivors gain a 5% hintered effect for 16 secs. At first, this system seemed like a good idea—why wait 4 minutes, bleeding out on the ground or suffering because everyone disconnected and you're left alone? For those who haven't seen it yet, they "nerfed" the Flashbang, making it so that you can no longer blind the killer if he's looking at the wall, which in this case I think is completely fair. But the big problem is that they also drastically reduced the angle of the Flashbang. Recently I've been attempting to play twins but have been met with a soft locking bug. Sometimes when I attach to a healthy survivor I lose the ability to press any buttons and cannot move, and it has affected 9 of my recent 20 matches. Can we change background player before these changes happen, this perk forces the killer to slug because a swf as little as a 2 man. can easily just go down at a pallet or in the open every time, and Just have someone in the general area waiting, this forces the killer to slug which again im all for reducing. So I've been playig a lot of ghoul (with the rize skin because my man screams too much and too loud) and while everything is mostly fine there is one issue. So, it would appear there is a new hack going around. I just watched Slate's stream for a bit and he had games (both as killer and survivor) where soon after spawning in, the framerate would quickly drop to unplayable levels and crash the game, at which point he couldn't even use ALT+F4 anymore. My console was stuck when a cheating nea crouched at 1000 mach. She spammed the entity end game timer animation you know when survivors die when the timer runs out if they don't run out the exit in time? She spammed it so fast that my ps5 froze. I'm confused as to why kaneki has the ability to trap a survivor in the trials during end game for the duration of his cool down animation and basic attack animation, only for the survivor to escape the trials anyway. I've had multiples games where this instance has occurred and I always pray that I can get the survivor but I never do. I'm excited that 2v8 is coming back because it's one of my favorite game modes. But I really think the survivor side could use a little love, specifically in regards to having more classes. A little build variety in the different games would probably go a long ways towards helping gameplay feel less repetitive. BHVR should lock every EPIC Account that were giving out for free so the users have to buy the base game to re-unlock the game. I used to love chaos mode but it’s back for the first day and already it’s the same stuff. Killers come in, get perks they don’t like so they just tunnel camp slug everyone out because they’re so reliant on their perks they don’t know how to play without them. So it’s tunnel for the 4K. When the new UI changed recently it brought a display cap of 999+ and tons of players like myself dislike this change a lot. I was trying to see if there's any way to revert that. So it turns out when you open the surveys in game, it generates a URL that contains your cloud id. This is why the surveys are in game and not posted on their social medias.
