I don't see anyone talking about this. I just prestige Trickster and it got me thinking about my other Prestige 3 killers. Why can't you Prestige more than three times? Maybe even give more rewards for doing it. I know the devs have a lot on their plate but the Prestige mechanic has a lot of potential in keeping playing playing. As you really don't have anything else going for you right now. I played this killer for 3-4 hours and I have have never felt so tired and deflated before. I normally play rank 1-2 and im down to rank 4 and this killer is ROUGH! Well i'm not suprised. The devs didn't listen to a single thing the community said were issues for this killer in the PTB. The only notable changes that were changed were QOL fixs that should be patched out regardless. Anyone else getting PTSD and flashbacks to when the twins released? The way a weapon works in a game is critical to its gamefeel. In a fast paced game with mostly fleeing targets, the mechanics of hardcore recoil, bloom and deviation make little sense, which makes it no wonder that BHVR's first experiment with them failed so hard. So I was super stoked to play trickster. I like his power, looks, everything. I figured once I got some games in his power would come to fruit. Boy was I wrong. I know I've been seeing a lot of negative feedback about his playability, but I wanna talk about his audio here. It's scary as hell in a really good way. The music I'm pretty sure is a shepherds tone, which is a really cool effect that essentially makes the instruments sound like they're constantly rising. So I know this has happened to a few people already as well as myself. There is a bug in the game where you spend your shards in the shrine of secrets however you dont get any bloodpoints for it. Theres nothing in his kit that makes you go "what makes this killer unique that changes his gameplay from another killer?" Hes a ######### plague with huntress windup and slinger hitboxes. Why does he have recoil when plague doesnt? Their power is basically the same except trickster has to wind up and commit to throwing because his laceration decreases. All these chapters, new perks, useless bloodlust data analysis has brought the game pretty much zero change. I"m pretty much in full agreement that survivor shouldn't be able to take a full knife cleave whatever to the back and still be able to run,....at full speed, forever. If it is not too troublesome it would be delightful if you could allow sensible adults (as your game is rated for) be free to express themselves in the endgame chat while at the same time giving those who do not want to read expletives or insults an opportunity to turn on the filter if they wish. i played more than 20 games as trickster and yun jin now i will review these 2 characters: Trickster: he's an abysmal killer, he is arguably the worst in terms of chase that even m1 killers are actually better at chases which is right there a massive problem i dont know if trickster is an m1 killer so let me know. The trickster is simply awful no need to sugar coat it and definitely dont need "to give him time" this killer is simply abysmal in practically every way. I started updating on steam less than an hour ago. On steam, it said 2.4gb. I around 30gb of space before I start the update. Okay, I've updated DbD before when I had much less space than that. But now my download stopped for lack of space in disk. It says I downloaded 2,31 gb, but I have only miserable 1,41MB of space left in my disk right now. How did this happen? All day in nearly every game it has been nothing but hard tunneling and face camping killers running the same 4 perks and all playing either huntress or bubba. DS is nerfed so no one runs it and killers are free to hard tunnel now because of that not to mention the devs still have not fixed the hit box issues or put in any kind of way to deal with face campers/ hard tunnelers. By this, I mean what is supposed to separate him from Deathslinger or Huntress, both being 110% ranged killers like Trickster. What does he have going for him? If a survivor vaults a window, Trickster might be able to get about 4 knives in. Cool. Huntress could throw a hatchet and deal 1 health state of damage. React too slow? I am unironically enjoying him a lot but for the opposite reason, he is so bad he is fun. I have been playing 6 hours with him and I have only gotten one 4k out of maybe 15 games or something but I have still found myself enjoying him more than most other killers. I think the devs have proven that they can’t make a decent killer anymore from scratch with Trickster, and with Twins being underwhelming and such. It seems like the only time the community gets excited is when license characters come into the mix. The devs already have a base to build off of and don’t have to make the character from scratch, which helps them greatly. With this new chapter and be0 comments 21 views last activity

Shouldn't it be really easy to hit survivors with The Trickster's knives? Why am I constantly seeing knives fly through my head, shoulders, and arms. Is it latency mixed with the recoil making it difficult for Tricksters to land hits?
