Well I would make the inverse argument - that you are just a trash killer. Since the majority of killers had a greater than 68 percent kill rate at the red ranks, TEN NERF PATCHES AGO. The game is heavily killer sided just based on statistics. I would love for them to release the current statistics of kill rates now, after the huge movement nerf and the continuation of making survivor gameplay just be a 4k power fantasy.
Obviously you must think pig is leagues ahead of nurse based on statistics. If not then u just got urself into a double standard

I honestly love it so much.
Survivor: Yun-Jin has quickly became one of my favourite survivors in the game. I tend to play as the male characters more but she’s just so aesthetically pleasing and I love her perks. Especially Fast Track which I was enjoying using last night. It really did make a difference in getting those last generators fixed.
Trickster: I agree with the general consensus that he needs some buffs. I’d like to see him get an increased movement speed / some tweaks to his blades to make them deadlier but I was actually having a blast playing as him last night. My final match of the night was a Merciless against a 4-man SWF, so I think I’m starting to get the hang of him.
Cosmetics: This is the first time in a long time where I’ve bought cosmetics for the new survivor, killer AND other survivors. Yun-Jin, Adam, Felix and Trickster got some great outfits. Especially Yun-Jin, Adam and Felix who just received some of the best cosmetics in the entire game.
Menu: The menu theme and music is just so pleasing to me. It brings such a different atmosphere to what we normally get and it was a refreshing change.
Overall, I am extremely happy with this new chapter and I’m looking forward to seeing what potential buffs are coming for Trickster as I’m pretty sure some are on the way.
All hail the King & Queen of DBD.

Cool to see someone like ALL KILL but man naw its nowhere near the best chapters. This chapter gives BINDING OF KIN a run for its money for how bad it is. Its not up there with STRANGER THINGS and SILENT HILL. Even if you exclude liscences, oni, huntress, blight, and a few others are leagues ahead of ALL KILL.
In terms of cosmetics i would agree this chapter has better designed cosmetics than other chapters but you cant have a good looking cake that tastes like ######### and call it good
The only saving grace if this chapter is a couple perks and the survivor imo

Like any? Still not enjoying him and being on controller dosent helpwith the awful recoil
You dont, its better trying to practice at deathslinger or huntress who does what he does, just 10x better.
If you rlly wanna learn some tips, there's not a lot since hes not deep at all but, dont rely on your power. Use it only when necessary like lock animations. Other than that just go M1 because winding up and daggering is too slow and creates too much distance when you couldve just ran and basic attacked them.

Yea that is why i get hard tunnel today most of my matches, killers know it is useless perk now lol
If ur getting tunneled then run DS. If its as useless as you make it out to be clearly you arent getting tunneled to make use of its uses right?

He is literally a worse plague in every way possible.
Power: She has no recoil and doesn't lose speed after the short one for start up. He does, and he loses A LOT of speed when he continually fires. Sickness ticks up, laceration ticks down. Sickened Survivors can infect other Survivors.
"Activation": She deals a health state, he doesn't, on hit. Plaque can hit multiple survivors with one puke. He can not. She chooses when it is best to activate it, he can't because there is a timer before it goes away and you need to rebuild it again. Trickster's has a longer startup, it stuns him once it ends and his knives go on cooldown. Plague just continues to vomit everywhere and isn't impacted when it deactivates.
Speed: She's a 115% m/s killer. He is not.
Exactly what i thought. He is in such a terrible spot that even if he were to go 115% plague would still leagues ahead of him

I just wanted the survivor. Looking at videos and such from Scott Jund it seems like they didn’t listen at all to feedback on how to improve the killer and even nerfed some of his add ons before release. I guarantee we will see him all the time for a couple of days, then when people realize how crap he is we will never see killer play as him again
He gonna get the clown treatment just like clown's release. Never played again after 2 days of being released
-
Game is survivor sided. In competitive tournaments it really shows. You really only see nurses and spirits because they're actually able to stand a chance. This also even shows with MMR. A pro killer who would casually get a 4k in this current matchmaking like DOWSEY. But when MMR was on he would casually get destroyed with MMR. This proves that the MMR system is working which exposes a lot of killer flaws who need to be updated and yet again, the only killers you see in MMR are killers matched up with you who you just completely wash, or nurses and spirits.

I'm open to hear all opinions on this.
So on the dbd Facebook group someone made a post about how they destroyed a team of rank 20-15ish survivors with blight. They said that the game was easy and bragging about how they only got one gen done.
I commented and said that getting a 4k against rank 20 survivors isn't something to brag about and seems very unsportsmanlike. This girl in the group replied to my comment saying that I was rude for no reason, I'm toxic and that she hates the dbd community cause of people like me.
I never insulted the guy who made the post btw, i remained respectful and never said that he was bad or questioned his own skill. So am I in the wrong for trying to tell this guy that bragging about killing rank 20 survivors isn't really a great thing to do? Or am I a rude toxic disrespectful person and my mom never taught me decent manners, according to this girl in the group.
Pls remain respectful in the comments.
They just got offended over facts

I feel like many people exaggerate how horrible and common these two things are in the forums. Like seriously, almost every game to the point where you don't really want to play the game anymore? Yeah I find that hard to believe, but who knows? I might be wrong which is why I am posting this discussion. If possible, provide a possible reason as to why you were tunneled and/or camped.
I have been tunneled and camped pretty hardcore before for being considered "toxic" or just for literally no reason sometimes. However, it is usually 1/20 games for me. Usually if the killer tunnels me and I know that he/she will not stop I will use all the resources I need so that everyone else remaining can escape. If the killer camps, I stay on hook without struggling (because I have kindred) so that my team will know what is happening and they can finish the match and move on.
Not trying to start a war, just curious as to how common camping and tunneling are for you. Please include things like rank or playstyle such as being a rank 9-13 or tbagging a little bit (tbagging is ok IMO, just don't get upset with the consequences) along with flashlight saving.
EDIT: Remember that is is very easy to remember the times that were bad rather than the ones that were fine. I also am always at rank 1 for both sides. As a killer I never hardcore tunnel or camp unless I kind of have to. For example, if a person is unhooked in front of me and I know there is no DS or BT I will hook that person to punish them for an unsafe unhook.
EDIT: Interesting to see that people are apparently getting tunneled and camped every game. At least for some people. This is very consistently inconsistent, there are people who get tunneled and camped every game and then there are people who get it rarely (like me).
I get hard tunneled and camped pretty rarely in my games.
(I reach red ranks as survivor every season) I would say I get hard tunneled at least once every 10 games or so. I get hard camped at least once every 15 games and facecamped like 1 in 50 games.

They haven't touched a gen in 35 minutes. Why does the d/c penalty exist?
Update: they key'd out after 40 minutes. I'm done for a bit. This is complete garbage. Good d/c penalty though. Really sorting out right from wrong
I've had this happen to me multiple times and it sucks. But i just have to suck it up as bad as it is, it's breaking the rules and you can report them but we all know that probably won't do anything. A simple way devs can fix this is to simply have crows fly over people's heads whenever they dont touch a gen WHICH IS WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO DO but they don't for whatever reason.

- the servers or the killer have a high ping and you just wanna dc because this game will be unfun
- you dont like to farm but you also wanna give 2 people the escape because of reasons so you dc
- there is a gamebreaking bug like the hill glitch a month ago
- someone brings a map offering for their advantage to make the game as boring as possible
DC penalties are good sure but sometimes there is a reason for it. when you dc all the time yeah getting a penalty is deserved. even otz disconnects when he gets some cute survivors to give them both a escape instead of farming. at the end the game is a casual game and very far away being a competetive game.
i really hope dbd will get some AI as replacement for DC's like in the mobile version.
Just like what the others have said, you are the reason the DC penalties even exist. You get unfun games once in a while so suck it up and move on. if you're gonna whine and cry about it instead of just dealing with it and moving on expecting every game to be a fun experience then you're entitled. All of your reasons dont give you an excuse to just abandon your team making the game unfun for everyone else just for your own selfish sake

Personally im kinda disappointed. Thought they would bring back putrid serum but instead we just get generators and hooks that give barely any bloodpoints anyway. Kinda was hoping that ghastly gateau's or some sort of bloodpoint offering would return aswell.
Whats everyone elses thoughts?
Blight cosmetics: probably the best set yet, I mean have you seen ghostface?
Oh wait you cant get them without spending 1080 auric cells/21k shards.
Aesthetics: basically nothing changed, 2 pumpkins in the lobby and pumpkin gens and hooks. No cool orange fog lighting or anything of that sort.
New content: the flashlight and addons are cool but the killer vile add on is super situational and not only that the add ons would probably go once the "event" is over. The new offerings only give you 3k points, of which you spend the 3k on the same offering, it holds no value.
Event runs on rift and the pass isnt even that good. It's full of mediocre skins that probably only shined because of the legion skin which looks amazing.
Overall: this "event" is super lackluster and underwhelming that had a lot of potential which was ruined by money. This is imo the worst event .

I'm not trying to badmouth or ridicule you, I'm just baffled. Because while some do have legit points about what needs to be tweaked about him (LBR, M&A is an overall broken perk, not just on him), I commonly see behaviour in matches against him (whether playing myself on either side or watching others) that are just baffling:
- The seeming refusal to learn about him on survivor side.
- The ignorance towards his powers.
1 : One of the first things a lot of Deathslinger players do in experience is get into a custom match and see what he can shoot through/over. Meanwhile a lot of people that complain that you can't loop him (at all) etc seem to try and run him at spots where it would seem obvious that he can shoot through/over.
2: The weirdest thing is still what some people do at the open gate. Like, sure, healing there gives extra points, but... if he's standing right there and you saw the reload animation going through, why would you still stand there, healing and teabagging? He has a gun that can pull you back to him. Forget those few points and run. Especially people who complain about his 'quickscoping' (which isn't actually something you can't pull off by default) should know better.
So, why? Sure, he needs some tweaks, but he's still not as impossible to counter as some seem certain.
Giggity

While shred can be improved its definitely not garbage. Make rat liver base and you got urself a very powerful anti loop tool. Idk where you're getting the idea that its useless because even without rat liver....its still decent

Deathslinger. Pulling off insane shots is just the most satisfying thing ever. Amazing shots from 18 meters away with monitor and being more in control of chases is just awesome. Hes just also a cool character himself.

@Peanits @Almo ? If you ever played as hag you'll notice how the perk is not just an anti tunnel perk, but a massive time waster that allows survivors to always play super aggresive, jump in a locker, bodyblock hits even injured just to waste time, and completely go out of the purpose of the perk. Get multiple downs and out of nowhere and don't risk anything because they have unbreakable, or get grabbed and tak because maybe they have borrowed. There are so many situations where you can't snowball anymore just because of decisive strike, so my question is if you're looking into changing it or not, and if not why not
as much as i may agree, It wont happen in a long time bud. You should know how dbs devs are
-
Depends on how you use it. If you use it in a way to just have invincibility and do crazy stuff and brag about it then yes it's considered "small pp" but even then its ultimately your choice. Even I say ur small pp if u use it as a combo but deep down i dont care.
But seeing how you just got ds and said you don't know how to loop i wouldn't consider it toxic or anything. If you're genuinely using it the way it's supposed to then fine.
Even i have to admit i am experienced as survivor and i did use the Small pp build
Unbreakable DS adrenaline and borrowed time. I recently stopped using it because it wasn't a fun build for me and the killer.
So at the end of the day, who cares, you do you. Yes killers will complain even i will but those who actually are serious are snowflakes. A lot of people complain about things and relate it to players but some dont. Dont hate the player hate the game

@Angel_di_Soufre said:
Arguably, the most interesting thing to do to keep things spicy in this game is making wacky builds, problem is that actually unlocking perks is a really long and tedious process thanks to being to RNG dependent
its also a point that multiple perks are used right now as band-aids for core problems, so if the game isn’t getting really that fixed anytime soon, at least let me have those bandaids sooner than later
Also, we have +20 characters in each side, that’s a lot
now, we can get a full rework of the bloodweb and Shrine of Secrets which would be ideal but I don’t know how they can get around that
Also they can make simple changes:
- Removing Perk Tiers, suggested a lot before, currently a lot of perks aren’t really worth to run on Tier 1 or Tier 2 anyway and the sole exception you could argue is Discordance
- Make everything cheaper: what if everything was 1000bp cheaper? What if everything was 2000bp cheaper? Right now a lot of BP offerings are really worthless unless you get 8000 points in each category (example, common BP offering gives you 50% but costs 3000bp, you spend 3000 for the potential of 4000)
- Max Score 40,000 instead of 32,000 (10,000 by category), you don’t need to adjust score events except for sacrifice events, if hooking is the killer’s objective, give them some love, rewarding even more multiple hooks
- Bloodweb should let players buy more perks early, also perks shouldn’t always be consumed by the entity when you buy another perk
- Make bloodhunt events more often, it reallly won’t hurt you BHVR, gives us that 2x multiplier
- If you don’t remove perk tiers, fine, purchasing a teachable perk should unlock that perk on tier one for every character
- Small QoL, everyone should have their own teachables already at Tier 3 from the beginning, Level 1 Characters
- Non Teachable Perks should be also unlocked from the beginning, if you don’t remove perk tiers, fine, Tier One Perks but unlocked nonetheless
These are just some ideas, not necessarily definitive ones
what do you guys suggest?
Remove perk tiers. This is a huge wall when it comes to the dbd grind. It just wastes a lot of BP for an upgrade to a perk. Keep in mind we now have over 50 perks.
Increase bloodpoint gain and cap. Idealy you can increase the bp gain by 50% and cap by 50% making the cap for each catagory 12000 for a total of 48000 each match.
Decrease character shard costs. You would have to play dbd daily for hours every 2 months to buy 2 characters with 18000 shards. It also doesn't help when a new chapter comes out every 3 months WITH NEW TIER 3 PERKS. I would suggest reducing the shards to 5000. Either that or double shard income.
Make prestige only take away add ons and offerings. This would reduce the prestige grind by a huge amount. I played dbd ever since 2017 and just this year i got all my killers p3 lvl 50 with all perks.
-
Trapper needs a power rework, his power needs to be tweaked but his addons are fine.
Legion needs a full rework. Both their power and add ons are horrible and need a freddy treatment. Scrap everything and start from scratch again.
But those 2 aren't who i mainly want to talk about so I'll go into someone who i think needs to be shapen up the most.
Myers needs a power rework. Not because he's weak but because, Imo hes the most outdated killer in the game. In every patch he just gets worse and worse and he cant keep up with the new balance changes in the game and it's sad to see because he is my favorite movie slasher. The way gen speeds are now and the new meta is, he's just not fit.
His rework would consist of a power rework and maybe an add on rework depending on how his power is worked on. Something needs to be done about his early game because he's by far the weakest killer when it comes to pressure. And his tier 2 and 3 also just need to be tweaked to be stronger. His power comes in his insane snowball potential but it's just currently not possible with the unbreakable DS meta so something extra needs to be added to him.
-
3 main reasons
1. Assuming what you mean as "back then" im going to assume pre ruin nerf. Ruin played a huge part in making gen speeds lower. In short ruin got nerfed
2. Again with "back then" im again assuming pre ruin nerf. Survivors back then weren't as smart as they were today. Trust me just look at any dbd video during 2016 and 2017. The amount of power survivors had was astonishing, they just didn't know how to use them to the fullest potential. Survivors now know how to actually loop efficiently to waste the killer's time and do gens. Also some survivors just got more brave and comfortable while injured and would avoid healing just to rush gens (I can relate) in short survivors just got smarter.
3. The healing nerf. Before the heal speed nerf self care was considered best perk in the game. But now eversince the healing speeds got dunked on AND THE SLOPPY NERF self care just became too slow. Its not a bad perk though.
Summarized,
Survivors just got better, ruin nerf, healing nerf made survivors prioritize gens more.
I dont think self care made gen speeds faster i think it was just the reasons i gave above. And no i will not count healing speed nerf as a self care nerf lmao cus it caused every type of healing to get nerfed

As a deathslinger main on ps4 as painful as that sounds, no. That really just shits on deathslinger's stealth. Putting some lullaby or whatever would really knock deathS a couple tiers simply because he can't really approach people anymore without them just running away and hiding as if his movement and pressure wasn't bad enough. He would just become a killer that wouldhave great 1v1 but horrible horrible stealth and pressure as if that wasn't already the case.

Ok, so normally when I post on this forum I'm mad because I got out gamered by neckbeards with 5,000,000 hours in dead by daylight and are also a full SWF. This is not one of those times. SWF and genspeeds are still major issues. I played two games, one yesterday and one today, where I got slaughtered by a full SWF SWAT Team doing everything in their power to make killers become survivors on Mount Ormond Resort. I used to like this map, but now I can only be scared that the first gen will pop in less than ten seconds. No joke, when I loaded into the match and it did the little spinaroo, DISCORDANCE HAD ALREADY PROCKED ME BEFORE I COULD EVEN MOVE. When I got to the gen it was finished. This was me, a spirit, going to the opposite side of the map, because I know at least two survivors are on a gen, and it's already gone, I phased and everything. Then, 12 seconds later while I'm in a chase with a survivor, discordance procks once again, for five seconds, and a gen pops again before I could get there. To make a long story short I only got my only hooks that round after I grabbed a Dwight off a gen and hooked him in the basement where my only option was to camp him. Why? There was only one gen left, heck, I hooked him, tried to leave the basement, and the final gen popped. I dicided I should try to camp him to get at least one hook. In comes two survivors running in like their two buddies in a sitcom and try to save their Elf hatted, ear piece wearing friend. I hit a Lisa that comes in and she jumps into a locker to try to give me head, I grab and hook her. In comes the Jake juking like he's playing dodgeball and the only person left. He baits me into hitting the Lisa and steals her then promptly walks into a corner. "Why would he do this?" I ponder and I walk towards him think there's no one else in the basement, out jumps the elf Dwight from a locker, giving The Spirit the fastest head she's ever gotten at a record breaking 5 seconds. Out they run where the Jake and Dwight do loops w/ friends and the Jake bodyblocks the Dwight until they run to the 99'ed exit gate, open it, and make The Spirit fall into a pile of disembodied parts and sadness. Granted this turned from an explanation on why genspeeds and SWFs are unfair and the furthest thing from balanced into a story about how I suck at Spirit and failed at basement camping on Ormond, but I still think the basement part ties into the SWF part.

Sorry I couldn't take a screenshot, I play on console. Also, two of the survivors were Twitch Streamers, just so you know.
I feel your pain. Sometimes you just go against a depip squad swf that makes you sweat blood and tears just to get a kill at the last gen. Makes you take a break from dbd sometimes lol

As you can tell by the title, I believe demoboy should be reworked or revisited. First off as a stranger things fan he’s extremely fun to play as but I feel like his add-ons and perks need to be reworked. Half of his add-ons are for his portal effects such as traversing faster, undetectable status effect longer, and the amount of time it takes to seal a portal. However, his best add-ons (IMO) are his brown add-one that effect his shred ability which is his most powerful ability in a 1V1 chase. To start, he should have a longer undetectable status for his base kit when emerging from a portal, the reason for this is because he’s also very loud if he’s close by while undetectable. 2nd, his portals should take longer to close at base kit because even with add-ons to prevent it from being sealed quicker it actually gets closed super quick. I don’t wanna make this to long of a post but just please help him out.

On paper he should be one of the best killers in the game because he has everything going for him. Imo hes got everything but he's not great at them. His is map pressure is a set up which wastes time. His portals can also just be destoryed within 12 seconds and it doesn't help that he's giving a global notification once he does travel. His shred is not bad, in fact i think it's good as it is but it can use a littlw quality of life which is why i think rat liver should be base. And to top it off he is the most noisy killer literally giving every info on everything he does.

is there really a point to perk tiers other than giving a disadvantage with lower quality tier because you didn't grind as much.
Thoughts on perk tiers? Should they even exist?
Perk tiers are not needed. We have over 50 perks now and with 3 tiers you would have to get a perk from a bloodweb over 150 times ON ONE CHARACTER. I've been playing dbd since release release 2017 on ps4 and just recently i got all killers p3 with all perks. We dont need perk tiers.
A common arguement is tiers make you want to come back and grind for more.
When in reality i hear more people complain about the grind than say they want to comeback and max everything.

Is he a strong killer? Is a fun killer to play with him?
I saw some handicaps in him: he is slow, bad perks, his shoots can be dodged without much problems, his power is not so good as seems in loops, and the shoots have small hitbox so u need have good aim.
But well, I have too many shards and the alternatives are legion and clown, but ppl say those 2 are the worst killer, and anyway PGTW are is shrine now.
As a deathslinger main on ps4
He doesn't have any good perks but slinger himself is a really fun killer to play. You will get good with aiming and its super super satisfying to reel in someone super far away and just yank em. He's B tier in my opinion but worth it if you like a more shooting playstyle.

What are your opinions on Thanatophobia and how would you change it?
I would make the perk do this: Thanatophobia: for every dying, injured, hooked, or dead survivor, gain a stackable penalty of 3/3.5/4% to repair, sabotage, healing, cleansing, chest searching, exit gate opening, rescue time, locker hiding and leaving speed, and escaping from bear traps. Also affects vaulting speed but only by 1% for every dying, injured, hooked, or dead survivor.
What do you think of that change and how would you change the perk?
Thana is really weak considering it's effect. Especially the time it actually adds on to actions which is really low.
Increase the numbers in tier 3 to 5% so when all survivors are hurt it's 20% reduction. Also make it count towards dead survivors.

As a killer You absolutely don’t have limited movement speed 😂 first of all that factor depends mostly on map size which most are small-medium. And they’re getting shrunk even more in the future. There are a few killers I feel need compensation for their lack of potential but most seem pretty much just fine. You got plenty of high mobility killers like spirit, billy, oni, op fast cloaked wraiths with fast uncloaks abilities 😂 whatever man ....I can’t argue with you about the obvious.
discordance helps plenty what are you talking about. The killer could have broken that up before it finished in 30 seconds 😂
Your point was automatically invalid when you mentioned op fast cloaled wraith abilities. My man having trouble with wraith lmao

So yeah, because survivors are stupid, they need a buff ? Is it really what you're going for ?? That's called being entitled. If you want a game where you can make no mistake it's not a game. Where's the fun.
It's literally the most human thing to make mistakes. So I don't get you. No one does.
Quote me where i said they needed a buff. Have no idea where you got that from lmao. Judging from your reply I'm guessing you're saying killers are weaker than survivors. And yes survivors are a lot stronger than killers. You completely mixed up what i said and thought the opposite of what i meant.
Humans make mistakes and survivors make mistakes. To answer your question nobody would want a game with people making no mistakes.
Killers and survivors make mistakes. Besides the fact that killers need to rely on the survivor's mistakes.
(Had this rewritten because i didnt see my reply come)

I didn't say they need a buff mao. I never said anything about survivors being too weak. If anything they're the power role so you're getting things mixed up here. Also no i don't want a game where nobody makes mistakes, never said that lmao. Of course everyone makes mistakes. You clearly missed all my points, and i dont get yours. My point was
If the survivors were good they would know how to loop the killer to save time.
Hence my reply to a quote
"if you were good you would be able to choke the survivors after finding one"
Or somthing of that sort. I forgot. So if you read my reply correctly i am saying the exact opposite of what you mean
"If the survivors would good they would know how to loop"
Everyone makes mistakes. Survivors make it and killers do too. Its just a matter of who makes more mistakes. Except the fact that killers have to rely on survivor's mistakes to win.

well if you actually were a good killer you'd knock other survivors after leaving and run into the same survivor while not being next to the infinite which isn't even infinite btw stupidest isn't a word 😂 just shows the intelligence of most killer mains
If the survivors were good they would be able to loop me without falling for my mind games by just simply camping pallets loop to loop lmao.

I’ve played this game with some of my friends since the beginning (2016), when it was really fun. But we all stopped after a year, when this game become “only for the killer’s fun”. I thought this couldn’t evolve worse, but here we are 3 years later when as a survivor you literally have no chance against a killer, nor fun playing.
I’ve returned to this game a week ago and the first new thing I see are more killer buffs??
Ok, I get it, you want the killer to be able to catch every survivor even if it is “experimented”, but how about the rest of us, not red ranks or anything?! We literally spawn near the killer every damn match, and you plan to make the maps even smaller... Besides that, there are hooks everywhere so no chance of wiggle off if you aren’t swf... And the killer can now close the hatch?! What should I do if I am the only one remained, he closes the hatch and the time is running out? Just die, isn’t it lovely? Should I bring a key on every match? Or try to open the door? I’ve tried and it’s near impossible when the killer is Demogorgon, Billy, Huntress, Spirit etc. Not to say that killer mains are salty and thirsty af.
I’ve played this game many hours in the past and never abused an infinite, swf gen rush or any of the things you try to prevent. I am not “God” at playing survivor, that’s why I’ve never had a red rank, yet I try my best to just enjoy playing but it has become impossible to even “learn” to play again.
I think I’ve played killer for 2-3 times in my life and even so I can make a 4 men...
You guys just make this game less fun for every new player or survivor main. But who cares about them, right?
Note: Sorry for possible mistakes, my mother language isn’t english.

You claim the game became a killer ez zone after a year in 2016.
This would mean killer was ez mode in 2017
Lets see what 2017 had
Pallet vaccums
Inproper fast vaults
2 pallets every tile
25+ pallets every map
Bigger safer tiles
Old D.S
God loops
Old tools and add ons
Insta blinds
Huge maps like the swamp
Old trapper which was trash
Old hag trash
Old doc trash
Old wraith trash
And the list just goes on.

I personally think he's just a bit op but he dosent need major nerfs. Whats your opinion?
Basically the most balanced killer in the game. Def top tier.
As survivor he can be annoying but a lot of times i get more mad at my teammates than freddy. I play soloQ a LOT LOT more than swf

Ok here me out for a moment.
Personally, due to good map pressure, aswell as being able to find survivors easily and slow the game down, as long as you know how to play on tiles, The Legion are one of the best killers in the game.
Now is he better than Freddy, Spirit, Nurse or Hillbilly? Maybe Freddy? But the rest no. For me they're a top five.
They also works amazingly with certain perks (such as blood echo and thanataphobia).
Obviously there will be people who think different, but people say so much bad things about them when in actual fact they're fairly strong.
Edit : Decided it would be a great idea to do some more stat tracking, and this one will be on Legion at rank 1.
Legion doesn't have great map pressure when his power is only useful when people are together.
All his power basically does is give you info on where people are and helps you spread out damage all while spreading deep wounds. This sounds good until you realize he has absolutely no lethality, almost no mobility, and a power that doesn't help down people.
After deep wounds he's just a 115% killer with no power. Play your loops well and yes you can get a hit but that is until you can get a survivor that can play loops well.
Hitting someone with a basic attack reduces the meter gauge by 50%
You are literally being Punished for hitting people with a basic attack. And you completely lose your power when you miss people which can happen from auto aim.
Legion: a killer with a power that only serves a purpose to get free first hits and spread out damage all while wasting time for the survivors.
Sounds good
But then you realize the time you waste isn't a lot and he is just a regular 115% killer.

Yep, here's another debate about this, but I want to add a bit more insight from my point of view. I want to first say that all Mori's are not bad, the Cypress and Ivory are awesome in my opinion. The Ebony is the one that's a bit broken. The Ebony Mori is way more powerful than keys, but again, the rest of them are fine. Here's why the Ebony is way stronger in my opinion (I'm talking about the console versions)...
A survivor gets hooked, then freed. They immediately get hooked again and it's Ebony time, they're done and the rest of the group is at a disadvantage. Now, survivors have to be very skilled at chases and looping to avoid being caught after being hooked, which is not easy to do. Gen rushing is really the only counter to it, but with Toolboxes being nerfed, it's not that easy anymore.
With the key, you have to repair a certain number of gens to even see the hatch, which if all survivors are alive, 4 gens would have to be repaired (correct if I'm wrong please). Then, you have to find the hatch, so on top of being hunted and anything else that you want to do, you have to risk being chased by the killer to find it. There's no guarantee that a survivor will even find it in time, but just the amount of overall time to get to that point is a much difficult feat to accomplish.
In summary, Ebony Mori - hook, kill again, Mori. Key - repair required number of gens, easter egg hunt for hatch, leave. Which seems easier to you? Killers can play pretty much a whole trial to kill survivors until (if) the hatch becomes an option, whereas the survivor's match can end in 3 minutes with the use of an Ebony Mori. The key is not guaranteed nor does it break the game, where the Ebony is and does unless the last survivor hasn't been hooked.
Would like to hear you guy's feedback on this. Let's have a rational debate.
In my opinion
Skeleton/dull keys are stronget than ebony mories ONLY if the team is of high skill. The killer is going to face against people who know how to gen rush and loop and the killer will have a hard time getting even 1 kill off before 3 gens are done.
Enony mories are stronger when up against a casual team. People who aren't great at looping against an experienced killer will have a hard time with an ebony and it would be almost impossible to escape.
In my opinion ebony moris should only work on death hook and keys should take time to open the hatch and only allow one person to escape.

I understand this. But what about for people that actually do use his stalk ability. And if they were to take it out, they would of course have to replace it with another Power since the whole concept of killers is to have their own unique abilities and ways of handling the survivors. I agree his ability needs some fixing with bugs, and maybe he could use some new skins, but I do not feel as though taking his ability out would make much of a difference.
I'm not saying they would have to take it out. Tbh i only really never use his stalking because i want extra hits for points and pips.
If we are on the topic of stalking I'd say he falls just a little short on that. If we make it so he only loses 25% of his stalking as he hits the survivor being stalked, I'd say that would be great.
As of now completely 99% stalking someone and being pulled out of stealth so you are forced to hit and reset the stalk on someone is kinda weird in my opinion. Making it so he loses only portions of his stalk while hitting someone is perfect. Enough to get a mark off quickly, but not enough to sneak up and down them instantly with a tap of a button. I also forgot to mention, yes ghostface is one of the top played killers for me. he's great. One of my favorite killers to play and one of the ones i succeed with the most.

Hi everyone! I have a question that has been posed to me on multiple occasions about Ghostface. I’ve heard and read lots of different opinions on Ghostface and his killer setup, his power, and his perks builds, and have seen lots of ratings where he either placed in lower tiers, or even higher B tiers, so it sparked a question in me. What exactly are people’s opinions on Ghostface as a killer in general? For example, do you feel like Ghostface’s power is too powerful or too weak? Do you feel like his add-ons or personal perks are to powerful or weak? And is Ghostface a top played killer for you, why or why not? Personally, I love Ghostface so much, he is one of my mains. I feel like his power is great, and I love his character build in general. I’ve always had a fun time being able to crouch and peak around a corner just slightly and stalk a survivor, and I love the fact that some of his add-ons reduce how far a survivor can be to reveal him. While I think he has an amazing power and build, I feel he definitely isn’t one of the best killers in the game. Much like Michael Myers, once a survivor is fully stalked by Ghostface, they can be instantly downed with one successful basic attack. However, I feel this is balanced, in that he gains no other buffs or advantages when fully stalking a survivor. Once fully stalked, he can instantly down a survivor, but a survivor using dead hard, or even just good at evading can just as easily avoid him, with pallets and shear skill. So does this make him underpowered? Would giving him a small burst in speed make him too powerful against survivors without dead hard or speed perks? Are his perks too weak, and could adding a perk or add-on that allows him to avoid being able to down a survivor instantly, but gain a speed boost for the remainder of the stalk time be too powerful? Should he be changed at all? What are your thoughts? Thanks I’m just extremely curious.
Ghostface needs some quality of life changes and tweaks. Like the taking out of stalk mechanic is..literally broken. It doesn't do what it's supposed to sometimes. Tweak him a little bit and he can be perfect. I really only use him for his terror radius power rather than stalk people.
