So for the first time I got a match where survivors at the last second switched to a different survivor with flashlights which I didn't have lightborn on my killer so I did the next best thing quit the game and turned it back on it's the number one sign that your going to deal with a bully squad if I had lightborn I would try playing but no I didn't so quit and restart. why cant we give her some special bonuses against male survivors? her lore explicitely states that she kills men and kidnaps little girls. i think she would behave differently to survivors of different genders. not to mention that bill is a soldier and she kills soldiers. now the bill situation would be too specific, but an interaction with the sex of the survivors would be cool and something we29 comments 922 views last activity

I have never had so many terrible games in a row. Out of 10 games 7 have been against Nurse, 2 against Blight and 1 against Bubba. The Nurse games have been the worst. People DC'd, go afk and I even got a survivor who was working with the killer. After I was hooked someone got downed really fast and the team just gave up so I tried to let go on hook to move on to the next game but one of the surv34 comments 462 views last activity

I'm just curious what other games people play along side DBD and why? Maybe they have similar reasons, maybe you like something about them you wish was in DBD etc. Personally I dont play many games similar to DBD, while I do love my horrors (Dead space, evil within etc.) They aren't the same style, wouldn't mind some linked chapters though. i use it as a karma perk, if i get bullied its my revenge. i 4k so many survs who are cocky in swf and that sweet 4k is worth it after getting looped/flashlighted the whole game. it is the perfect scare and revenge perk and i love it. its like dead hard but sucks cause once you break it its useless and its a end game perk which could use a buff to be better in game and not end game.41 comments 511 views last activity

I've been trying Ohtofu's four man rancor mori... without any success. But, i did use Rules Set N°2 a bunch (with the add-on that give one more trap)... and i'm actually surprised by the amount of pressure i got from it. Its actually a good add-on. So is there something I’m missing here, because I could have sworn that the oblivious status affect had to show up (icon that you have it), and you had to run a perk for it? So how am I not seeing red or hearing a heartbeat against a killer that’s running lightborn, tinkerer, discordance and agitation? I haven't played DBD myself in quite awhile. Some in my house still do so I still see it played frequently. I am noticing a lot of survivors playing in a manner that seems intentionally antagonistic towards other survivors. Examples: 1 - I have watched multiple times recently where 2 or more survivors are in the same area when a killer shows up. From my perspective, he's OP because: - his ability charges up extremely fast. - he can do 90 degree turns while using his ability (I used to play Oni and I swear this wasn't possible back in 2020. Even BHVR has explicitly stated this themselves in the most recent Q&A stream. In any game, most are average - why it’s an "average". Very/extremely good players are only a tiny portion. When you factor region and time zones when people play, it is obvious there aren’t enough on for an even match without waiting for hours. I have received this message a couple of time along with a swift disconnect penalty, 2 ticks of progression lost, my items gone, and no blood points. I've got this advice so many times recently, "don't go for a 4k. Let one, two or even three survivors escape always so your mmr stays low and you can actually have some fun playing killer" Is this how you play killer in dbd now? Lose the match on purpose so your mmr doesn't get too high and you can actually have fun? Basically just be afraid of mmr. Freddy used to be a well-rounded killer at the height of his strength, and it was mostly my inability to play him well that stopped me from liking him and, well, playing him. If it weren't for my solo teammates DC'ing against him or dropping like flies, I could have enjoyed playing against him, too. I do think he needed a few qol changes instead of the nerf he got. Just finally starting to get the hang of him on console after tons of games and holy crap is he fun to use and you actually feel in control of the chases with how fast you can get around. As opposed to other killers that you have to rely on survivor mess ups more. My first dozen are so games though, what an embarrassment. Had a mission with Demo tonight and tried out a "constant attack" loadout with Save the Best for Last, Unrelenting, Fearmonger, and add-ons that reduced his Shred cooldown on misses and pallet breaks. Basically I could go to a gen they were working on, they wouldn't have Dead Hard from Fearmonger, and just chase and swing like a maniac. Dbd has been around for years, but no major competitor has managed to take it's spot. Yet. Dbd has a huge flaw that is fixable, but the dbd team is not willing to work on it. It is the fact that there is a lack of variety of game modes in dbd. You can only play 4 survivors vs 1 killer, same goal, the only difference being the killer power and the map. Ok so I play killer for the most part and I don't understand why bloodlust exists. most killers kill it by using their power, and killers that don't get it killed by breaking pallets or being stunned by them. I don't get why the mechanic exists because to use it I have to not break the pallet which most of the time is a terrible idea. I never get value out of the thing honestly. It is nice when strong 3man teams protect you and you help them as well but at the same time it makes me feel bad for the killer when they macro, last second switch and bring the same map offerings every game. It makes me feel like I am being toxic by bodyblocking for them etc. It puts me into dilemma but at the same time it is nice to have strong reliable teammates. Like in the title... why isn't it anymore that when you drop from a hill that it counts as great height? Most of the time you're not even get the Stagger while landing, BL won't activate when you actually get the Stagger and it even doesn't count for archive missions... e.g. "Drop 2 times from a great height while being chased as Kate Denson" ( just want to get this stupid quest done.. ) It3 comments 121 views last activity

Why is this even a perk, it does more harm to your team than good. I just played with a teammate running it. No surprise they got sacrificed first and put up an outstanding 9k point😭. Seems like every teammate in solo que that uses this perk gets eliminated quickly thus hurting the team.
