In some forums,I often see the suggestion of changing some survivor perks including adrenaline which, at least for me, is perfectly balanced. "Play a game with 3 perks and if the gates are powered gain a boost and a health state" I translate it to: high risk high rework. Lately I've been playing some games with the broken matchmaking that they said they will fix, and I noticed how fast gens go when you are playing against red rank survs. Let me begin 2 toolboxes with brand new part,1 ooo and 4 swf. Most people put him in B tier but honestly he is A tier for me. As a doctor main I was worried about the rework and his efficiency. If you want to use his static blast you need to have some form of game sense in order to predict where the survivors are probably at. People are on a debate whether or not self-care is worth running. It's kind of a meta and, at least for me, a really good perk. I use it for 2 reasons; I hate relying on medkits and my team. Medkits have limited charges and it lasts for two-three heals.
