I've got 6 lol. I'll join you! We'll combine our forces and @Spirit_IsTheBest will be healed in an afternoon!
Kitten piles are the best lol
SIX cats?!?!?!?
Holy smokes, I've been waffling back and forth for weeks as I've considered whether I should get ONE more cat (less for me and more for Holly as things I keep reading say that cats do better with a companion, especially if you're someone like me who has a 8-5 kind of job so is gone for half the day), let alone six of them :D

Holly just makes everything better
[No Lies Detected]
Actually...they do say that a cats purr is at a frequency that actually helps heal broken bones...
HOLLY, WE'RE GOING ON A ROAD TRIP!!!!!!

Ouchy!
Holly and Tippy wish you well

Bye!, Yes and Yes respectively

If there is one person left in the trial who is on the ground, they will be auto-mori'ed
Doesn't matter if the killer knocked you down just then or if he knocked you down 44 seconds ago and you were JUST about to use Unbreakable, you would be murdered
If you are still standing and the killer has the other survivor on their shoulder, in theory they could then crawl out as long as you were still in the trial. Otherwise that person is toast.
-
I have not but people can develop sensitivity to screen light (from just mild headaches from eye strain and whatnot to actually epileptic issues).
If it's been going on for a few weeks, I'd highly recommend you talk to your doctor about it. If it's only been a day or two, try to just cut back on screen time and see if maybe you're just having eye strain issues.

That makes sense but I didn't see a Glyph...
You wouldn't. The survivor who is doing the challenge is the only one who could see the glyph.
Unless you're talking about them leaving with the mirror, in which case, I'm not actually sure if the killer could see that. I would ASSUME they could but as a killer, I've never seen a survivor carrying the mirror as the killer so I'm guessing I'm incorrect and you wouldn't be able to see them carrying the mirror.
I know as a killer if I saw someone carrying that mirror, I'd be damn sure to make sure they get to escape (unless they were a super jerk or something to me)
-
Were they a survivor I assume?
If you carry out the White Glyph, that gets you a bonus amount of BP and it's a lot (I don't remember the exact but it's like...20K BP or something).
EDIT: 25K BP I guess, not 20K

Meh, the only players I am worried about going against with this change as bully sabo squads since slugging was all you could really do against them.
Granted, my playstyle doesn't include slugging...well....ever except in pretty rare situations (sabo squad being the main one or if there are two survivors left and I see them both when I take one down, then I'll go ahead and go after the other one but I won't slug the third person to try to find the fourth).
I could change my mind obviously once it actually comes out if this is a bigger deal than I expect it to be but I just don't really see this being much of a problem for me as a killer and it'll be nice to actually be able to do something about it when I get a killer that insists on slugging everyone and making the game come to a crawl.
-
Probably never but I would have never expected BT and UB to become basekit so... *shrugs*
-
I'm not sure that's all that controversial of a statement anymore
I don't think I'd be for it but I can understand why some would be but I'm not running into the amount of cheaters some are. I don't know if it's my MMR, my region, my luck, or a combination of things but I've seen maybe three cheaters playing this game ever...like...period. So this big cheaterpaluza thing happening isn't something I'm seeing at all.

I'd give you an up vote but there's no Holly pic. 🤷♀️
You know, tough but fair. And is HAS been a while since no codes and whatnot so you can have one of my Candid Holly pics that I wouldn't use on here otherwise since my Candid pics usually aren't as good.
CC @Sepex since they always want a new pic too
I do not know why she has chosen the basement window as her new sit spot but the mind of a cat is a mysterious thing

WhY iS eVeRyOnE tAlKiNg DoWn To EaCh OtHeR!?!?!11!?!/21!?!#@
(note; in case it is not super apparent somehow, I am joking)
@bm33 got half of it but to me the other half of it along with that is that commonly, the "snarky" replies are the ones that get upvoted a ton and that's always a fun little ego boost
Even for myself, about half of my posts I would wager are vote fishing (though I do it by making jokes and references and whatnot, not being a jerk and trying to dunk on someone). It's just kind of nature of the beast on The Internet.
Add to the fact that this can be a VERY different game for people (killer mains, survivor mains, solo mains, SWF mains, bully squad mains, low MMR players, high MMR players, etc) and what is glaringly obvious for one player is something another player may never ever see. So they assume the person posting is either trolling or exaggerating and they reply in kind.

Sorry fam, no can do

I just brought a decent medkit and hoped I'd survive
Lucky for me I survived my second attempt at it but yeah, I feel like I'm hamstringing myself and my entire team doing that challenge (and some of the other challenges but that one especially)

Ah shame, it was a hell of a game. Bit more even than dbd lol
Ever since playing Left 4 Dead, I've always had a fascination with the asymmetric multiplayer games. I generally shy away from multiplayer nowadays EXCEPT for these kind of games. I really wish Back 4 Blood had done the VERSUS mode like L4D had done because I'd probably still be playing it but instead it was just that stupid arena shooter style multiplayer :(
All well...one day my dream of another VERSUS multiplayer mode will come true. The Texas Chainsaw game looks like it could be a bit promising in that regard...
-
Like everything else, I am mostly fine with it EXCEPT that it's going to open up some more bully squad BS stuff
Now you don't get this that often so ultimately it's not the worst thing in the world but against Boil Over Sabo Squads, slugging is the only thing that is actually somewhat effective against them. Now even that little bit of power to fight back is gone...
Ultimately a good thing but getting those squads is somehow going to suck even more than it currently sucks
-
I would have liked to but the writing was on the wall for that game before I got a chance to try it so I just never did.
-
I know I shouldn't but I always feel really bad when I see that kind of loadout when I'm playing Plague 😅

Is that what I look like when I get my botox?!?!?!

I much much much much much much much much much much MUCH prefer nu DH to old DH
While there are situations in the game where your hand is forced and you literally can't do anything against Nu DH, EVERY situation in the game against old DH was that situation. Nu DH is something you can actually bait out. Nu DH actually takes some skill to use (so many survivors don't time it correctly and go down anyway). Nu DH doesn't absolutely cripple killers like Trapper.
I am 100% fine with Nu DH and hope BHVR is never foolish enough to try to revert that change
-
I really wish they'd change the Nurse 3 blink one since to even have a chance to get it, you have to bring an add on.
The rest might be a pain but I feel like every achievement except that one is somewhat realistic to get done
-
Holly taking a nap on her 4th favorite sleeping spot
-
Awwww, that's adorable! They thinks they're getting out 😂
The Store has you now...
OH forgot a meme...
I suppose I gotta go with a classic DBD meme
-
Any of them I don't really know how to play and therefore I generally ignore
So Billy (can't seem to figure out his chainsaw quite right), Spirit (phasing), Nurse (blinks), Huntress (chucking hatchets), The Blight (pinball wizard), and Trickster (knives)
Now granted, about half these damn killers I'm relatively confident are a controller v M/Kb issue since most of the killers I can't seem to nail down have issues with aiming but some of them I just can't seem to ever get the hang of for some reason.
-
I have tried
Lord knows I have tried
Everyone talks about how OP she is (or at least was)
But I could never get the hang of her. I don't know if I need a better sound system or if I just need practice with her or what but I could never get the hang of tracking down survivors via just their sounds and markers. Like I swear I will be ready to pop out right on top of them since the marks end and I can hear them breathing like a fat kid on a treadmill and turns out they're like....15 yards to the left of me 😅
-
It's always going to be a problem in a game like this, even if you just removed the hatch entirely
There are too many survivors in the game that when it is (basically) hopeless will decide to just hide and all it takes is for two (or more) of those hiders to be in the game when it feels like it is hopeless to get stuck. Whether they hide out of spite, they think it might give them a chance to escape maybe, or for some other reason, hiders are always going to be an issue in the game unless BHVR does something to force them out of hiding (like the suggestion some have given that if you don't touch a gen for X Minutes, you get AFK crows or a hard time limit in the match).
-
I'm certainly not calling everyone a liar but I see a face camping killer MAYBE once every twenty games.
The "Face camping pandemic" people scream about on this forum is not my experience at all.
-
Matchmaking can be an absolute crap shoot in this game. I've gone up against teams that I could have had zero perks on and stomped them.
I don't feel like I run into many no or one perk opponents but if they took me out or were able to escape with a build like that, more kudos to them.

My mama cat, Misty, is the same. The cable guy came by the other day and she bolted into a small opening next to the oven and hid behind the water heater. I didn’t think she could fit, looked like a cartoon with her legs sticking out while she used all her might to fit.
She had a hard life so I don’t blame her. Makes me love her even more that she trusts me.
Here’s the grumpy girl:

Except for her in the carrier, here's the first pic I ever took of Holly
That was two weeks after I got her. It took her about a month to really adjust and be willing to come out but once she did, she's been a super good kitty.

I’d love to have a chance with Holly! I’ll keep her on her toes and make her wonder how the hell I got my hand on her!
My mama cat will run from me when she’s had enough but I’ll chase her to revenge annoy her. She then has this cute little whining meow that guilt trips me into stopping. So I end up rubbing her ear and leaving her alone. I need to upload some videos to show more of her cuteness.
Once she trusts you she's like putty in your hands :D
The hard part is getting her to trust you. So far no one has been able to actively meet with Holly because as soon as she sees someone, she bolts like I just lit her tail on fire.
The only person who somehow has gotten to her immediately was my dad. He was coming over for the week to feed her. I figured she'd be down for attention by the end of the week (since she'll see him as "food is here" since he'd only be coming over to put food in her dish) but evidently the very first day she was all up in his grill ready for attention.
Later in the week he brought my niece and nephew with him to do the feeding and once again, bolted like her tail was on fire.

Wait, you wait till after they wake up? I go for the belly rubs while they sleep!
Holly sleeps on a hair trigger (I assume from being a stray).
She'll stay asleep but I have to be a damn ninja of sneakiness and catch her in the middle of a deep sleep to even have a chance to get near her asleep. A lot of the pictures I take and post here of her sleeping are of iffy quality because I zoom in with my phone's camera rather than try to get up to her 😅

I got a 50% bonus for one match as killer before it went right back to survivor a few days ago. A glorious 15 minute stretch.
-
Oi!!! Those are for birds you little ish!!!
-
The Thread has fallen off the first page
This is unacceptable
-
I imagine most of the people who were declaring that if you nerf Dead Hard, you'd get a huge push to the much better and more powerful Sprint Burst (everybody was running DH out of the goodness of their hearts I guess since SB was clearly so superior) actually just didn't want DH to get nerfed and somehow figured if they said it often enough, the devs would believe them and decide not to nerf DH.

I do that and as reward my team leaves me to die on hook. But I still keep doing it. My teammates don't commit I had this meg repairing last gen with me it was 97% but she left I could not finish it and it regressed to 0% and meg died almost immediatelly and she had adrealine and hope...
I've actually hit the point as the killer that if I have a survivor (especially on Death Hook) who finishes a gen knowing their Death was coming, I'll let them survive.
If the gen isn't done by the time I get there, you gambled and lost but if you finish the last gen with me breathing down your neck, you deserve the escape.
Unfortunately I rarely get the same courtesy extended to me but I knew finishing that gen was probably going to kill me and I did it anyway. Am I a hero? Hard to say. But yes, yes I am.

Hey Morty, look, I I *buuuurp* I turned the Trickster into a Pickle! A Pickle Morty!!!
Ah geez Rick, why would you do that?
Now the Trickster can't Mori you Morty!!! Don't you get it!?! I'd be fine cause I'm the smartest man in the universe but now you'll be fine! What's he gonna do, get juice on you!?!? HE'S PICKLE TRIIIIIIICK!!!!
Uhh, I guess so Rick...
-
👍!
-
I haven't actually used it yet but I had said previously that if it was a bug or whatever that caused it to be screwed up and they fixed it, they should just lower the repair percentage to get it.
I don't know if 50% is the sweet spot as that feels too high to me but again, I haven't actually tried it out yet so maybe it's perfect. To me, something like....30ish% would be kind of the good number. High enough that you don't just constantly have it but low enough that you can get it multiple times throughout the match since there's a good chance that at least a few of your attempts will fizzle out.
-
No
Not because there are no cheaters but because they never left and your title implies that they were gone at some point...
-
GET HIM!
-
Yeah, I get that you might be slightly irked I suppose but getting mad or whatnot about this is stupid
I got DBD for free (via Game Pass). Did I just screw over all the users that actually paid money for it? I bought Cyberpunk for $10 last Black Friday, did CD Projekt Red screw over all those people who spent $60 on the game?
Things go on sale. Things become free. Things change. Deal with it.
I suppose if BHVR wants to get some goodwill, they could "refund" Shards to players that spent actual money but I don't think BHVR is or should feel under any obligation to refund cosmetics people bought with Cells
-
I never understood why so many original cosmetics were not purchasable with shards and someone at BHVR must have finally noticed and agreed with me. I have so many damn shards cause the outfits I think look cool enough to buy cost actual money. Maybe now I can actually spend some of these things and get those cosmetics I had my eye on...
