For Doctor specifically, I love Agitation, Starstruck and Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance.
Agitation is just great quality of life but it combos really well with Starstruck for a larger area of effect and allows you to reach Scourge Hooks that are farther away.
Starstruck works wonders on Doc because he can find exposed targets easily with Static Blast right after hooking someone and get an easy down with Shock Therapy anti loop.
Pain Resonance just works great on everyone because it rewards you for getting downs with information on where to go next and regression on the most progressed gen, and you don't even have to go out of your way to use it unlike Pop.
Fourth perk is your choice, I like BBQ just for the BP.

Blight & Nurse: I wish more than anything that Shadowborn was basekit, it would open up so much more build variety having that 4th perk slot open.
Twins: Revert the Victor hit cooldown nerf, unironically one of the poorest, laziest changes they've ever done.
Pyramid Head: Make it so there's no slowdown when canceling Rites of Judgment outside of chase, there's no reason for it to give you the slowdown, it just feels clunky.
Hillbilly: Make the brown overheat addon basekit.
Trapper: Make the brown glove addon basekit.

1. CONSOLE OPTIMIZATION.
2. Prevent BHVR from ever adjusting Blight again (excluding Alch Ring changes), I have 0 faith in BHVR to make good adjustments to Blight now that McLean is gone.
3. Remove Perk Tiers.
4. Remove BP cap.
5. Revert Billy nerf.

Blight is difficult to play, so what? Of course there's killers that are difficult to play.
High DPI doesn't just give you 180s anymore, that's just not how it works.
No, he does not need a rework, just because he's not for you doesn't mean he needs to be changed for everyone else just to fit what you want.
And I've mained him on controller since they made console blight viable and been doing perfectly fine.

I made a poll about this recently, most people agreed Myers is the weakest and needs to be buffed next so I've got my bets on him.

Yup, there's an add-on now that decreases the amount you lose on a basic attack, if I remember correctly.
Still couldn't tell you why though and honestly I don't think BHVR can either.

I'd switch out Surveillance for something like I'm All Ears or PWYF, something to remedy their lack of chase potential.

yeah i dont think it holds a candle to all the love and hard work that went into suzie's skins--and Franks is better because its his whole body, so it really sells the skin more. without her mask the skin is just terrible imo. its so plain compared to the other skins the other kids in the group have. i ALMOST bought this skin--but i didnt, mainly because I didnt actually LIKE it, it just was the "Best" skin she had, but looking at it ALL on its own--it sucks imo.
and Frank's is better because it's his whole body

Artist is better than these two because she has 1v4 potential, is 115 and still has antiloop, whereas Huntress and DS have arguably better antiloop but don't have good 1v4

Blight has far more depth and a higher skill ceiling, whereas with Nurse, once you break through the high skill floor, there's not much else to learn after that.
And that's just mechanically, with Blight you also need to learn the collision with a ton of objects on every map to know what you will and won't slide off of.

I just want the roar gone, at first I thought it was kinda funny but now it's just annoying and I've realized it makes it so much easier for survivors to dodge curves which is the whole reason I still bother to play Billy.
