Is there a perk that keeps adds a stackable debuff everytime survivors heal?
There isn't, the closest we've got is Dying Light that adds a 3% stacking debuff to all actions for survivors for every hook you get, but it only applies to non-obsessions, the obsession gains a 33% boost to healing speed.

I like to dabble in Spirit on the days where I don't just exclusively play Blight.
I don't understand why people still regard her as brain dead when iron will exists and is prevalent, not even mentioning the nerf that allows you to actually mindgame while phasing.
-
No
-
just an objectively bad opinion.
-
Back when I used to run Whispers very occasionally I would do it just until it lit up so it's easier to find the last person.
-
They never expect the Starstruck Agitation Iron Grasp wombo combo.

I got sluzzy before. They gave up on first hook for no reason lol. Other then they maybe didn't want to face blight. Idk
They gave up on first hook for no reason lol.
I've been hearing she does that alot, I'd love to see if it's true one day.

Not playing Laurie, must be a fake

No, this is what happens if you nerf a Killer who was already pretty meh and don't give them a single goddamn thing to compensate for it.
But they made the chain breaking animation shorter! you can't say they didn't give any compensation!

Do you mean Gift of Pain? Because as far as I know, Pain Resonance has nothing to do with healing or gen speed.
-
Rancor could be an idea, in endgame it'll leave the obsession too scared to help and narrow it down to only 2 survivors who can possibly try and save.
Coup de Grâce could combo with NOED in a tight endgame situation where you don't have anyone on hook.
I'm not sure if Broken affects mending Deep Wound but if it does, Forced Penance could maybe counter BT, the unhooked will be wounded and unable to mend, unless it actually doesn't work like that.

I'm wondering if they are going to buff trickster again. He is an "easy" character, so surely he shouldn't have nearly the lowest kill rate.
His low kill rate is probably due to the fact that he's arguably the worst killer on controller.
Just thinking about playing him gives me shivers.

Another pathetic bait account.
@WATEVA21 said:
same its so annoying af when you try to climb but there are m8 that play without a brain or killer just standing at the hook like they waiting for the bus
And another.

I barely even have fun when winning at this point, regardless if I get nothing but 4ks or 0ks I've usually had enough of the game after about 3 or 4 matches every week or so.

So the 2018 Optimization Update is actually real
And it only took them 3 years to address it!

For most killers I have like 3 fixed perks then like to play around with the 4th.
Blight:
Shadowborn, Lethal Pursuer, Agitation, 4th perk varies.
PH:
Corrupt, Deadlock, Brutal Strength, 4th perk varies.
Trapper:
Pop, Corrupt, Starstruck, STBFL
Twins:
Corrupt, Deadlock, Fearmonger, Forced Penance
Spirit:
Corrupt, Agitation, BBQ, 4th perk varies.
Bubba:
Spirit Fury, Enduring, Bamboozle, Shadowborn
Huntress:
Shadowborn, Iron Maiden, BBQ, 4th perk varies
Nemesis:
Corrupt, Spirit Fury, STBFL, 4th perk varies

I should draw Trapper spanking the Artist.
really wish we could just post images without writing

I advocate for Trolldier for DBD.
-
Definitely take off Surge and find something like Lethal Pursuer or Infectious Fright to replace Monitor & Abuse.
This website is a tier list for the game Dead by Daylight. The data is community based; you can give ratings to all the current killer perks and see the global tiers. This website has good recommendations for perks, just stay away from Ruin Undying Tinkerer.
-
Blight, Billy and ranged killers on Lery's
Trapper, Hag, Myers and Ghosty on Eyrie of Crows
110 Killers without mobility on Mother's Dwelling
Basically everyone on Haddonfield and Badham with bad RNG.
-
Lethal Pursuer, you wouldn't believe how fast you can get the ball rolling as Blight with a little bit of luck on the spawns.
-
I'd probably just stop playing really, forcing 12 hooks every game does not sound fun at all.
Also getting rid of camping would make tunneling way more prevalent as a result, which is also not fun for anyone.

Probably because they're banned in alot of tournaments? Even then that does not make it fine just because its not used at the very top level of play because killers tunnel and camp anyways in tournament which is the counterplay for CoH.
-
I've given up holding my breath for controller QoL, infact I've already bought dbd and a few chapters on steam in anticipation of whenever I can transition to PC.
-
Twins, it can't possibly get worse, right?
Right?
-
Agitation, Starstruck and Surge is a fun one I like to Use, 4th slot I like to variate between mostly STBFL, Corrupt, BBQ and Pain Resonance.
-
I'm gonna have to get on and confirm this rn.

I don't know if it's my area or my rank or what but I just don't ever seem to get any hackers when I play (or at least no blatant hackers). I can count on one hand the number of times I've gotten game breaking hackers against me (or on my team if I were a survivor).
But I read way too many stories and see way too many people talking about it to pretend like I'm the rule, not the exception when it comes to hackers. BHVRs archaic as hell anti-cheating software and reporting system will keep the game like this until they actually take some steps to fix it.
Are you in Oceania by any chance? With around 1,500 hours I've only seen about 4 blatant hackers so far, no idea how many subtle ones though.

Yeah agreed I can't play killer without running bbq, well scratch that, I mean I won't. There's no way I'm losing out on double the amount of anything on a video game.
Give me an item on a MMO that gives me double XP or double gold...guess what I'm running? I actually hate bbq lol I wanna run other stuff.
I'm glad to say I've weaned myself off BBQ, problem is I'm now still addicted to Shadowborn and Lethal lol.

Until that happened, all gens done. 3 man escaped. Me dead. The only one camped and tunneled. And the killer lost. Very efficient, right? Just because you want to kill the best one from them. When you could easily go for the weak one instead. Bog brain.
Man you sound like the one with the big ego here.

Ok. I propose adding such an addon for other killers too:
Nurse - suffer no fatigue and instantly recharge both blinks when hitting a successful blink attack
Spirit - instantly recharges power when hitting a survivor post phase
Oni - fully replenishes Blood Fury timer when downing a survivor with Demon Dash
Myers - fully replenishes tier 3 timer when downing a healthy survivor
Plague - fully replenishes corrupt purge timer when hitting a survivor with it
And so on. They all sound extremely balanced to me, because they reward the killer for using their per correctly /s
These are all heavily exaggerated, and Nurse's basically already exists with green and yellow recharge time addons.

It sucks to know that it's still gonna get nerfed considering how much people complain about it like its the nastiest thing on the planet.
It's a fun add-on, I just hope it doesn't get nerfed too bad.

@C3Tooth said:
The problem on Boon is not really about snuffing time required.
Its Coh can be blessed near a finished Gen in a corner that Killer no more patrol there. Makes Coh lives the entire game.
Adding on to this, it effectively kills any kind of playstyle involving hit-and-run or switching targets frequently, it makes tunneling objectively the best course of action for a killer, and then survivors start complain that it's not fun for them.
-
Style, but if I see a team of survivors I recognize and know I'll have to tryhard, I like to put on darker cosmetics to give myself any kind of edge I can get.
-
My love for this game is starting to slip, and I don't know how long Blight can keep me holding on for.
I've been having alot more fun playing other games like the Soulsborne series and Payday 2 with my friends.
-
My last 7 games have been Red Forest, Crotus Prenn and The Game, I'm really starting to miss Midwich...
-
Lost a potentially game-changing down just today because a gen popped in the middle of my lunge and cancelled it, I'm starting to get real fkn tired of how terribly optimized last gen consoles are, if Metal Gear Solid 5 can look better and run better on a PS3 than Dead by Daylight on PS4 then that's just pathetic.
-
Survivors finish every gen in 4 minutes then complain when killers run 4 slowdown perks.
-
As Blight it's usually:
Shadowborn, Lethal Pursuer, Agitation and then I mix up the 4th for fun.

As long as you are on top of them shoulder flicks are the same.
Yes mnk has a bit wider error tolerance, but its not something that makes mnk godmode compared to controller
This I've also said before: It's not enough to get right on top of them even with the 180° hitbox because they can easily spin in either direction and get out of range before you swing and you cannot react fast enough to flick in their direction, not to even mention the less-than-ideal console fps.
In LilithOmen's videos he clearly has no trouble shoulder flicking and hitting people in the open, and in my own experience it's one of the only things as Blight that I feel is just out of my control unless I try to predict which way they'll spin to pre-turn, but I shouldn't have to just put it down to a 50/50 when I've got the survivor out-positioned and should very easily be able to capitalise on that.
Unless of course they don't spin, or just heavily telegraph their spin, in which case its not an issue.
-
@Smuk said:
bright you mean blight?
No.
Blights dpi has no impact - was updated.
Controller with 100% is same
as mnk blight.
Controller settings make your QoL bad, so its more an issue that controller movement and typical killer stuff is worse then on mnk.
Blight can do maximum of 90.
And 180 is only achieved by summimg angle.
start rush 0 degree.
Hugh tech/scoot slide 90 degree.
Typical flick 90 degree
equals 180
Controller with 100% is same as mnk
I've said before it's really not and I stand by that, getting hits in the open is substantially harder on controller than MnK.
-
This is perhaps the one time this community can unite to agree on one thing.
-
I love getting called a tryhard as I'm running Shadowborn, Agitation, Lethal Pursuer and BBQ.
-
I think I'm somewhere around 1.7k hours, I'll check later and let you know bc I'm down for it.

I can't stand how people think blight is fair
If you've got a problem with people who are better than you at the game then maybe play something else.
-
Yeah, it's so dumb
I love it.
-
It's probably saying something about dbd if I find it less stressful doing a Level 1 play through of Dark Souls 3 than I do when playing an average match on Dead by Daylight.
-
No
-
Probably not much at all, but it's hard to tell because Coulro is one of those perks where you basically can't tell when you're getting value out of it, similar to Mindbreaker or smth

they only took 0.05s of toy sword so I doubt it
They'll still have the lowest pick rate by an ungodly amount, and I don't see how nerfing their most used add-on wouldn't have a negative effect, regardless of how minor the nerf is.
