Gift of Pain and Thanatophobia
Has anyone tried using these skills together? Sounds interesting in theory. While the survivor is at full health, he repairs the gene 9% slower, and when injured, 5% or more.

That's a good idea just because survivors usually don't heal against pain resonance, or heal to 99%. Thana makes it lose/lose situation
It's also nice to apply mangled as killers who use m2 more then m1.
Makes thana that little bit more annoying
Do you mean Gift of Pain? Because as far as I know, Pain Resonance has nothing to do with healing or gen speed.
It's just more constant stacking of gen slowdowns.
Thanks, I've corrected the title
Don't let the Freddy mains hear about this, I'm getting second hand PTSD from all those stories about Forever Freddy's.
Forever Freddy was MUCH worst
It's 2 perks you are running to try to guarantee slowdown which the values aren't a lot in the first place.
It's likely not that good when there's a lot of good perks that help take off progress from gens you can pick instead.
