Which killer would be fun? (which killer to buy)
I thought a better question would be to ask for buying killers is which of them would be fun to play,
or which of those playing well is more respectable?
[Also I pretty much don't care about teachables]
I don't have: Hag, Spirit, Legion, Oni, Deathslinger, Blight, Trickster, Twins and Artist
Also for Hag, is a tricky one, I have all of her teachables, despite this being a contradiction to me not caring about teachables, it feels weird to unlock killer and get no teachables...

Blight is the most fun killer for me personally and if you give him a shot he could be the same for you, hopefully.
Don’t know how you define fun, but Blight will probably get you easy wins. Deathslinger is the most respectable for skill on your list, in my opinion.
But I really enjoy Twins, even post nerf. Just not as much.

Even tho you aren’t concerned w the teachables, Jolt n Fearmonger are useful & effective (kinda underrated non-meta) perks to use in other killer builds, as well
Lets see:
Demogorgon
You are both cruel.
Hag: some people love her, most people hate her. i guess if you really like how Trapper plays she might be something for you (even though i, as a former Trapper main, never wanted to touch her either).
Spirit: very strong Killer and also quite unique in her playstyle. definitely not a bad choice!
Legion: you should wait for their buffs they will be getting soon and see how they play out. in their current state you will most likely be bullied a LOT with them.
Oni: a very fun Killer, however heavily affected by the current CoH meta. you should probaply wait and see how the upcomming CoH nerfs are going to affect this Perks usage first.
Deathslinger: no. not after what they did to him. unlike you really like Killers that slowly zone out survivors and then M1 them i guess...
Blight: similar to Spirit in terms of strength. he is very fun, but is also extremely hard to master. additionally, you are going to rage at this games collision with him.
Trickster: no. this guy is still just old Deathslinger with training wheels (and significantly less lethal). i wouldnt recommend him.
Twins: they have a 1.5% pickrate for a good reason. you should honestly just stay away from them.
Artist: the only one here i actually cant comment on. she is strong, but i never tried her so i cant really comment on how fun she is.

If you say so. I´m not really a Spirit main. Never was. But the Stridor nerf really hurt her in my eyes. Especially since she was the only one killer using this niche perk.
As one of the last few Demogorgon mains in existence, I intend to make life as miserable as possible to whom ever doesn't have him
Out of this list, I would go for either Oni or Blight. Both are very fun to play and also strong Killers. But both are not easy to use.
Legion is easy to use AND fun to play (IMO), but they are on the weaker side. Depending on their buff this might change, but I doubt that they will be as strong as Oni or Blight.
Just you wait for Stranger Things 4 to release in a month's time, you MIGHT just have a chance then if things work out in our favour
Spirit, Blight or Artist.
The most consistent is the Artist, good learning curve, strong, new way to play.
Blight is the best of the three (gameplay mechanic) but it is buggy and impossible to play for most of us.
Spirit is really strong and has nothing special. Tier A killer though.

Yeah i don´t think so. Netflix probably has its own plans for the license. Which is honestly a shame.

I would go with Artist personally, out of your list, she is the most deadly at any range if you play her well whilst also providing the most information and build flexibility with her kit.
For me though, Spirit attacking / stunned sound effects annoy me to no end, but she's decent i guess, that's why you see AI bots controlling her lately.
Twins i wouldn't bother with, that's with someone who mained them before Artist, the nerfs, adjustments, clunky and the addition of boons hurt her massively, though that might change in the upcoming patch, but i would wait until she get's her changes in a future patch.
Can't speak for the rest as i haven't touched them.
They do have their own plans, but the license isn't just one license handed out to one game at a time. SMITE, Far Cry 6, Fortnite and even Rocket League have all had crossovers with the game. Two of these crossovers are currently ongoing simultaneously, so it's not completely crazy to think that they'll give a license to DbD again to sell the ST chapter for a limited time again.
