Tbf if as window tech you are refering to that flashlight bug, that needs to go as if there is no LOS that has no counterplay whatsoever, the others are fine and yeah they are skillfull in their own way.

Its been a long time since I saw a true scotsman fallacy.
As much as in theory it is a scotsman, I see now way a good survivor team can get beaten by a myers, eithout tombstone that is, he is just an m1 killer with hauted grounds sometimes, easy af to loop amd easy af to rudh, how can you lose to that?
-
Who would win? 11 yo timmy(unaware) after a school day with his ps4, or mast3r_killer88 running sloppy, flanklins freddy with fog offering(clearly just his normal loadout).

"hard throwing" bruh you talk about this game like it's bloody league of legends or something like get a grip on reality
not every single player is some god tier looper with amazing awareness and knowledge of the game, there's a reason she has such a high killrate
solo queue is the the most common way to play this game, not swf, not sweat tier meta builds. solo queue randomness
some people on this forum live in a fantasy land i swear to god
You are completely right, and there is evidence for it, you even mentioned it, her high killrate shows how bad players are, the fact that you are telling me most players are bad is not against my argument that only bad players die to a m1 sadako, never did I say the majority of people are good at the game.
Only bad players loose to an m1 sadako, now the amount of bad players is a topic I didnt touch but seeing the new stats it makes me think even at 5% high mmr people are not really good at the game.
-
Or, hear me out as always this oversight will not be foreseen by the devs until people start using it to do the funny like in the previous boil over fiasco, I personally think this is more plausible.

that's not true and sadako has never been a guaranteed escape lmao weird
Your team has to be hard throwing or incredibly clueless to manage to get killed by an m1 sadako, like on the level of not even knowing she has a lullaby kind of clueless.
-
Don't really need it, I can just literally look around to find stealth killers, and even if they surprise me, grabs are broken so they will at best get a hit on me and then what? Stealth killers are mostly m1 so I have nothing to fear in chase, so Id rather use other perks than spinechill.
-
I like how people mentioned they like going against sadako before this playstyle appeared, it's literally saying (or at least thats what I underatand), I loved going against a killer that was a guaranteed escape, but noe as said killer can pose a threat it is no longer fun.
-
@Barbarossa2020 said:
Practise, is literally all it is.
Anyone who can sink alot of time into any killer will become God tier, Otz showed it with trapper.
Heavy disagree, with the new stats released it showed that even at top 5% mmr, people manage to die to trapper, meaning even the "best" players manage to die to a joke killer, which in turn means that even the "best" players are really bad at the game, meaning all you need to be good as killer is some luck as even if you are high mmr you will likely get opponents that have no clue whats going on.

You can't get better on a game that is designed for you to lose 100%. If you watched the video you would understand how it feels Killer High MMR.
Fam I play slinger, literally a meme killer, and I am stupid enought to play without slowdown(I personally count plaything as stealth), and addonless, and if the majority of survivors are so bad that I can win my fair quantity of games then you can too, even better if you play better killers.
-
No, as it would be the same as giving survivors the option to dodgr certain killers, its a position of entitlement, if you lose then get better do not ask for others experiences to be hindered just to habe easier matches, not every match can go as you want it to.
-
Afaik oblivious should only supress terror radious not red stain.
-
I have no idea too, like any good looper or a team with common sense will crush sadako, but aparently that scenario is weird even at 5% mmr.

Yeah he's been bugged for forever. You're supposed to be able to get behind something and break his chain, but you just slip off everything no matter how big the object. Hope they fix it honestly makes fighting him miserable.
He is one of the easiest killers to beat wdym?, he is a guaranteed 3E if your team is kinda decent.
-
This issue is of the skill type.
-
Exactly, I too get awfull survivors, the average survivor player has no idea how to play this game, the fact that I can win as addonless nerfed slinger shows my opponents are not competent enough, im not facing different survivors, they are as bad as the ones hexy verse.

He said it since 6.1 patch. And since the patch he nearly never lost a game.
I actually watch hexy a lot, and man he plays against people who have no idea how dbd works, and by the time he faces a misdly decent team he wins merely by map rng or loses and ignores the loss which albeit its an inside joke.
Point is as someone who watches him since a pretty good time, he plays against people who are really bad at the game, its not an issue of balance but of matchmaking.

Oni…
Just kidding. Although he is my least favorite killer and despise having to face him, I still tough it out.
Me looking at all the bodies hit the floor as they are being slugged and wondering if I’m next:

Isn't oni really easy to dunk on?
-
As killer a win is 3k or 4k, as survivors as long as I escape or we get a 2E I won.
-
@Regulus47 said:
Unironically, skill issue. Deathslinger still dominates in skilled hands in the chase. Just few people are good at him.
Any decent team will mop the floor with a slinger in most maps, for example the fact that people still get sniped shows how bad the average player is, slinger is by no means the worst killer, but to be dominated by him you need to be really bad at the game.
-
As someone who plays slinger a lot, he is far from worse, not because he is good but because we have jokes the likes of sadako and freddy.
-
Seeing as during the christmas event people had such a good etiquette, I do not expect nothing in this event, as it should be.

I've had a lot of success on her recently running 6 traps, Plaything, Retribution, Pentimento and Discordance. Once you get rid of some pallets and start getting downs, you just overwhelm people with side objectives and they crumble.
Discordance allows you to get some awesome Ambushes off too.
If someone gets ambushed, they clearly will get clapped by any killer in the game, pig is a joke if the survivors are semi-decent, now most survivors somehow still go down to m1 killers without wasting at least 2 gens worth of time, so that might create the ilusion that pig is better than she really is.
-
I actually agree with you, and I play killer most of the time, the average player has no idea how to play the game, I have downed people with m1 killers in less than a minute, that ######### should not be possible at all, m1 killers are meant to be dunked on, it surprises me how many prople just die in chase not knowing they could have had full control over the chase if they knew the game mechanics.
-
I really don't wanna sound mean but why play sadako and get upset at people dunking on you? There is no drawback in making fun of someone playing sdako atm in the game. What are they gonna do? Play a good killer and get good with them and im sure you will almost never run into these problem.
-
If you are playing against survivors that are not incredibly bad at the game idk how you can just game with her as an m1, like how on earth do people go down to m1 killers without wasting like 3 gens worth of chase time?

That's what got us here, yes. The equivalent of a body shot with a shotgun in an FPS should not down a survivor. That's Wesker's power.
Weskers power has amole time while he readys up, he makes a sound when he is about to use it, it only goes foqard, and you can use objects to block it, if it werent as easy to dodge, yes it could be a problem, but its painfully easy to counter.

Which is funny because that was the og combo they wanted to hit right? Then just brought it back.
Not really, it has way too much counterplay now, so why run it when you can run a better combo that does't rely on people being distracted/bad at the game?

I don't understand why any of it has to do with Twins, twins by default have to slug and not exactly for 45 seconds.
I mean idk if its sarcastic but this change basically erases all snowball potential from twins and oni, because unless a team is really incompentent no team will let 2 people go down in less than a minute.
-
Twins are dead, lmao oni and condemned sadako too, get clapped sadako, as always.

Free first hit galore.
How on earth can you get hit by an incredibly telegraphed tp on an m1 killer, like im not even saying thats a lie but how bad does a survivor have to be to get hit by sadako after a tp?
-
It seems this is one of those moments today's youth like to call a skill issue.
-
3k or 4k is a win for killer, other scenarios mean survivors won.
-
Man, this is really an L take, like even for the forums, this has to be bait.
-
Imagine complaining about sadako, she is basically free escape points.

@Veinslay said:
Deathslinger is still an extremely strong killer in skilled hands. All the REAL skilled Deathslinger players didn't even notice the changes, it's only the boosted ones that had to go to Trickster once he was given more counterplay. Deathslinger is in a great spot and if anything they should make his ADS a little bit slower to stop the zoning so much
Any decent team will mop the floor with the best slinger there is, literally just spread on gens since his mobility is horrible and you can start holding w earlier thx to the new tr, people losing to me as slinger always baffle me, they are playing against worst huntress and they still manage to lose horribly, it should be imposible to lose to such an easy killer to beat.

So the game is so hopeless for survivors that they suicide on hook and a 61% kill rate proves that.
I have had survivors kill themselves on hook against addonless slowdownless slinger, im giving them free 4 man escapes but most survivors will give up after seeing the killer doesn't get looped for 3 minutes at least.
-
Tbf billy is really easy to dunk on so yeah, but from what you say, my man picked the wrong chainsaw guy lmao.
-
Hes not a very good killer against good players tbh, baiting him to place the remnant and using clusters of lockers is always a good strat, also nightfall lets you see him highlighted from miles away and same with your teamates.

@GoodBoyKaru said:
Honestly I don't think we even need to make Ring Drawing basekit. Just massively reduce TV cooldown when teleported and (and slightly reduce TV cooldown when survivors turn it off) and grant +1 Condemnation after hitting a survivor post-teleport and post-manifest. Make it a genuine threat they need to keep constant track of while rewarding the killer for constant pressure, and make it so it's not hard-countered by Medkits or Boon: Circle of Healing.
As much as I like making fun of sadako and hope she days as is just to get my free escape points when I verse her. Why not give her sort of an iri tape basekit, not as good but simply put, if you hit someone after manifest a random TV turn on, you deal with the cooldown and sadako can spread more condemned.

@Iron_Cutlass said:
And what about Curve Billy? I mean you rarely see them but honestly a unique experience nonetheless.
Curve billy is easy af to loop, any comp 1v1 lets you see how easy you can force billy to be an m1 on any half decent loop.
-
I paid for the game, why should I be gretting a 0k when I do not enjoy it, I should be able to dc any time I see the survivors are winning. It's dumb and entitled to think you can compromise other people's games because it simply does not please you.
And if you argue the "well im not having fun why should I care about the match?" Then why should people care about your penalties?
-
Most recent killers and frankly most killers have anti-loop mechanics which you can use to play a chase, you just have to get good with it to counter better loopers.
And if you are playing something like sadako or ghostface...LMAO you asked for it.
-
Im a slinger main and if you are buying it for the killer, do NOT bother, he is just a watered down huntress, now if you want his perks, he has only one thats good, but its pretty good and thats deadman's, zarina has off the record which is pretty good too and she is imo one of the most cool survivors so there is that.
-
@PaintedDeath said:
Have you tried getting some self respect and not running 4 Gen slowdown perks? Jesus Christ there are like 60+ perks.
On Wesker just run Deadlock and Unnerving Presense if you are so hard up for slowdown. Deadlock with allow you to lean on the crutch you're so used to, while Unnerving will give them pressure without having to actively do anything.
You can try Survellance with either Ruin or Oppression to give you a ######### ton of information.
You can do Eruption alone, along with some chase perks to finalize the eruption.
If the Survivors manage to escape, good for them. They managed to overcome your carefully built plan. Running 4 slowdown perks is a scummy way of playing.
Unnerving Presense does absolutely nothing against people who are half decent at the game, if you are getting value out of it you are playing against potatoes, also it can even help survivors since it doesn't reduce the great skillcheck area, good players can hit great skillchecks more consistently when unnerving is applied.

Ahh yes, destroy queue times every time a new chapter/balance change drops.

the point is for you to play blight.

Doesn't matter, I will get my guaranteed 5k escape points against sadako probably get a challenge too.
