Too bad. Tell behavior to make more fun simple killers then. Not all of us want to spend hundred of hours learning a killer just to be able to play them effectively.
it could be far worse my friend! imagine spending 1000 hours learning EVERY killer power, counter play, & builds just to be decent at survivor.

I can't stand playing killer at this moment, I keep getting lobbies with survivors and they keep sending me to Badham preschool and making my killer experience absolute hell. Does anyone have any tips on how they would approach matches like this? When the survivor keeps using map offerings for advantages.
don't go inside

I hate playing solo q, I have over 700 hours in the game and I'm not able to win like every match, I team up with non experienced players like they have 10-20,they dont do gens, nothing but crouching in the corner, MMR not working, please bring back the rank system like It was before, back again I was teamed with iridescent players like me,not now !!!
swf or master hitting hyper focus skill checks. Those are your real options

I will talk about my personal exp.
Killer = First i have to say this. I am tryhard player when it comes to killer. I am using strongest perks and decent add-ons on my killers. I am usually playing Nemmy, Sadako, Wesker, Nurse, Clown, Legion and Wraith. Lately i added Pig to my list as well.
And i am just doing fine with them. Sadako and Clown kinda makes me super sweaty because it's really hard to win as them. But my general killer tactic is focusing on 2 of survivors and getting them dead hook first. So whenever i need to make one of them out, i have 2 options to use.
I am not saying it's win most of times on killer but i am winning quiet well. And killer meta is good atm because they are rewarding you if you get hooks good enough.
Solo Survivor / Non-Voice SWF = However when i play survivor, it's really so hard to enjoy. Survivor meta perks are fun, i will give that. But sadly anti-tunnel perks are so bad.
DS is doing almost nothing. And OtR has not great effect honestly, Endurance was never great anti-tunnel effect. Which means tunnelling is super meta atm because there is honestly nothing to punish killer for tunnelling.
Without fear, killers are just tunnelling. It's me or one of the my teammates. It depends on who hooked first. And tunnelling is seriously makes my survivor games miserable and painful.
And i don't even think it's for pressure. Because i am seeing tunnelling more on Blights, Nurses than Wraiths, Pigs etc.
I am not playing this game with voice-chat, so i have no opinion for normal SWF.
My killer games are more difficult since the 3 gen nerf but still a 80% win rate while following the survivor rule book of not camping/ tunneling.
solo q terrible like always i gotta 30 to 40% win rate around. when im in a swf it around 60% but sadly i stuck in solo q most of the time.

All you need to do 4 Gens in 5mins are :
- 5 Commodious toolbox
- 9 BNP
- 12 charge addons
- 21 stacks of Hyper focus
- 90 stacks of Fast track
- Resilience
- Anh finally, the perk This is never happening
These ingredients was use to make the perfect little gen rushers.... Chemical X!
-
missing a swing at shack window for the survivor to barely make the vault and then they run right back to the window see would swing again. absolutely hate it as killer and love doing it as survivor
-
In your honor I'm declaring this day Tunnel Tuesday!!
-
he's not to keep it simple
-
i can't believe u went 20 games without a survivor giving up immediately. nearly impossible these days
-
this copypasta is being spam on big dbd streamers twitch and I'm loving it. The opening for the singularity is awesome
-
if they crawling to a corner they pretty much asking to bleed out. idc about the 4k and can't stand waiting so most of the time I'll just pick up anyway.
-
trapper
you start off whooping his @ss and then randomly die to a trap later. Avoiding grass the whole match isn't engaging at all....in fact if wasn't for trapper being so darn weak he would probably be intolerable. Trickster another one

@Gandor said:
TBF it's still kinda hard to pull off. The would-be rescuer must be really close to make it to downed survivor AND have time to start pick him up and press space. It would be really awesome/irritating when pulled off, but it's not going to be ever present.
i don't see how that gonna be very difficult at all actually. you can usually stay super close to a chase as the killer hard focus the injure survivor and if they do decide branch off to you then the survivor getting tunnel will make some distances. A instance pick up with endurance for both survivors will be quite busted. These two perks also have way to much synergy with made for this. I always said made for this was alright but for the people & new buckle up would be unfair.

when u win a 3 vs 1 match from the start because someone dc

It would be cool if we could have the powers of this event on both sides once it's over. Like as a secondary objective , find the "note" or whatever and you get the power abilities .
Anyone else agree or am I going straight to jail for this one ?
you haven't been on the forums lately I'm assuming? The survivors feel they got the short in of the stick.
-
my favorite killer is whoever i maining at the time which is deathslinger. My favorite overall when taking into account playing both roles probably blight or wesker. Never had unfun game against those when playing survivor
-
hopefully they buff him and severely nerf Tombstone piece

How is Lery's a killer sided map? It's gigantic, it has lots of strong loops and windows, it destroys ranged killers (ESP in the MFT meta) and the S tier killers, you can't defend the doors in EGC, and it doesn't spawn such tight 3-gens and 4-gens anymore (I believe they changed this when they adjusted Haddonfield gen spawns). There's no way this map is good for anyone besides maybe like Ghostface
i was thinking the same. lerys is endless window into endless window...if the team can loop u just gonna get torture because most of the killers power need a second to charge not just the range killers. The fax that u can turn a corner every second make using most killers power very difficult.

First perk you need to be healthy to use. MFT you need to be injured.
First perk also causes Exhaustion. Can't use MFT when Exhausted.
lol that the new go to now. blank perk a problem because made for this exist
-
look good! none of his perks are to strong and they all gimmick base definitely cage style. behavior did well

Survivor Perks:
Fleet-Footed - After successfully dodging a hit, gain 150% movement speed for 1.5s . This effect does not cause exhaustion and is immune to exhaustion. This effect has no limit or cooldown.
Benevolence - Survivors you unhook gain a 150% speed bonus for 6 seconds. Basically what people wanted PTB background player to be.
Shoddy Carpentry - Spend 10s at a broken pallet to rebuild it as a party pallet! These party pallets have a slightly increased stun duration of 0.5s. But if you miss the party pallet, then you get hit just like the event.
Killer:
Trepidation - Nowhere to hide but 30s of exposed.
Deific Bond - Kicking a gen blocks it for 30s. Only one gen can be blocked at once, triggering it again will deactivate the older proc. The same gen cant be procced twice in a row.
Carnage - Hooking a survivor shows injured survivor auras.
benevolence and deific bond would be meta for sure. I like the fleet footed perk the most as it can reward great players who confident in their abilities but will probably be mediocre on most survivors
-
that was so clean lol

Im not sure, I mostly do 7-8 hooks before kill, especially I only kill in end game if I use End game build (so survivors can taste it). Surely I miss alot of kill than I should. And my games are generally pretty easy, alot of time I got 4 hooks with 1 Gens done, I pause for them to either heal up or 1 Gen done before I continue on the match. And I mostly play Trapper.
If MMR isnt exist at all, means everyone's games are the same. Im afraid that killers in generally is really really bad..
i also like to two hook everyone as well unless I'm going against a team who killing me out the gate. From going on long win streaks and some bad streaks with killer i can say with certainly my opponent caliber rarely reflect how good/bad I'm doing. Just random team after random team with no consistency of skill level. Might just be my own experience but i truly don't believe mmr exist.
could be wrong
-
I know we got the visual terror radius but Spine chill should definitely stay the same. It would just provide a different options for seeing the TR.
-
This passive information will be more useful than it current effect. The perk still weak tho
-
There no killer perk that really need to be nerf right now. Pain res and sloppy pretty fair. The only perk i really dislike stlll on killer side is noed but it not op or nothing.
-
yessssssssssssssssssssss

still the best event in my opinion despite the lagging

I agree the expose should not exist.
But the pallet break is fine. its super strong but it only does anything if you put yourself in that situation. It only traps you if you chase yourself into a corner or deadzone. Its best usage is as a vault blocker on certain loops.
also the vault blocker as survivor is super powerful. God vaults become insta wins lol.
yeah every ability is pretty useful and cool in this event. The expose is the only over powering ability with bad counter play. You enter chase with the killer so now u need to get hit or else. Also It to many killers that have instant downs like bubba, billy, myers, and ghost face so if u just stop running to avoid BL u just die anyway. Merchant can throw up drone making u run and if huntress hit u with Hatchet up close u basically dead anyway.

@appleas said:
Because Survivors are used to only looping one M1 unit at a time, any Killer that bypasses the loop (Blight, Nurse) gets complained about.
Knight messes up looping muscle memory so people complain even after 3 gen strats have been nerfed.
people only complain about blight addons.
-
i really like that idea to be basekit with that being said i think both sides ability to rush their objective must be look into next after . People suggest this plenty of times but I'm gonna say it once more...we need to start giving killer basekit stuff like mini corrupt and dead lock. Someone shouldn't get tunnel out at 4 gens and muplite gens shouldn't pop back to back in short a window.
-
yeah when i play knight people are extra aggressive.
people really dislike knight because of the 3 gen era but nowadays people hate him more because of his lack of counterplay. Most survivors hate anti loop killers like doc but at least u can pre drop and play around the pallet instead of shift W if u wanted to. The new evolution of killers are area deniers who can force you to leave the loop with little to no effort. Artist, Skull merchant & Knight power give u one option most of time which is to run. Survivors not being able to loop is the equivalent of singularity being cock block by emps. Survivor wanna express their skill by evading attacks and mind gaming around loops which why killers like blight, wesker, hillbilly, huntress, oni and demo are fun to go up against. Most of their chase power force them in one direction for at least a short amount time which give room for dodging. Powers that not engaging or have very weak counterplay will always be dislike to survivors. Legion frenzy (pretty much a free hit if u somewhat near by), trickster in low structure loops, all the area deniers, nurse who pretty much invalidate the typical way of looping.
-
The 7 anniversary auto break pallet power is the best anti loop in game by a mile

So they can go back to the windows complaints
Yeah i never understood that one. People complaining about windows and sloopy legit confuse me! u know a meta will always exist and these perks are pretty tain right.

These MFT threads are non stop. Just nerf it so we can talk about something else already.

How is that you cant summon because of tall grass?
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/1SKNABQ95YHG/nosummon.jpg
If i walk to this patch of grass, suddenly i cant summon guards. Why? How?
Right now i cant but if i moved to the right where is no tall grass you can.
knight is so frustrating to play because this type stuff always happen to me. To close to pallet can't place my guard, space to confine so i can't place the guard, random hook near by so i can't place the guard!
-
anytime i run into wraith or trickster i just assume the first person hook will be tunnel 99% of the time
-
Probably in the minority but that achievement wasn't difficult at all.
-
probably
i mean it just a matter of time if people keep complaining about it this frequently. It reaching dh/eruption level
-
@mustdogen said:
Touching the flag and laughing in the killer's face said that "thanks for the speed boost" is quite fun for me.
The flag isn't reasonable to obtain in most chases but if it was the knight would be far more engaging
-
The outskirts are full of unsafe pallets and long wall pallets that the survivors can be easily zone behind (into a free hit after breaking the pallet)
The houses are op and the center a complete dead zone. You could add more pallets to the center but it will be way to easy to chain them giving the clear the line of sight in the street. The swamp maps did way better job at balancing the center dead zone.

@RakimSockem said:
I just got in a match with a Wraith who used the expose power in chase and I have to say that was the most BS thing I've ever encountered.
yeah that suck just glad the killers aren't using it that much. The counter play also pretty bad! You been in chase for 14 seconds? better stop running because u will get instant down soon. Not only do u have to give up a free hit just because they MAY CHOOSE to use their ability but the counterplay don't even work against half of the killers.
stand still vs Myers he stalk you
ghost face stalk you
bubba will chain saw
huntress get close m2 u and right back on top of the survivor immediately
hillbilly have a instant down as well so u can't stop moving
skull merchant throw up a drone up and let u pick which way u wanna get expose
u stop running cause u don't wanna get expose so the knight get close and drop guard instead of hitting you :)
-
healing half way will never be worth a perk slot. Was trash before sloppy got popular and will remain trash no matter what.
-
best event ever if u ask me! been super fun so i just haven't care that much about the power difference. With that being said the expose ability combine with the break pallet ability make u automatically die at most loops. Most people don't even use the expose ability in my games tho for some reason
