How is that you cant summon because of tall grass?

If i walk to this patch of grass, suddenly i cant summon guards. Why? How?

Right now i cant but if i moved to the right where is no tall grass you can.

    Maybe because BHVR wants the grass to distract us. Many of us need to touch it c:

    Yeh looks like Guards are alergic to grass, they dont want to go out and touch it.

    knight is so frustrating to play because this type stuff always happen to me. To close to pallet can't place my guard, space to confine so i can't place the guard, random hook near by so i can't place the guard!
