I was thinking about zombified survivors after sacrifice. Like same survivor in same outfit with blank eyes and pale dirt texture.
-
Teammates giving up is the main reason why I hate playing survivor.
I don't expect killer's mercy, but I keep playing to the end. If killer is farming, which is rare, then I accept his offer.
As killer myself I can farm if it's mid game. If there is 2 survivors dс on 5 gens, I would just kill the rest of team, because it's faster way to end this ######### shitshow. And I can to give the hatch to last survivor.
-
I can't tell. Currently I got deranked to yellow ranks because I took a long break on survivor side. Survivors there is very much below my skill level. But when I was on red ranks, survivors were somewhat equal to me. Some were better, and some were worse.
-
I suggest to make opening hatch consume some key charges and 3-4 seconds of animation.
-
You are killer, you don't really need to farm. Any normal game will bring you 25-32k bp.
If they want a normal game, give them normal game. It's kind of rude to force them farm.
-
This charms don't go enywhere. You can buy it on sale later.
You probably never get charms from missed rifts and events though. And you probably never become Fog Whisperer or part of bhvr crew. So if your collection never gonna be full, it's not that improtant to miss couple more charms.
-
My build was PWYF to compensate speed, Monitor and Abuse to sneak up closer, Discordance to find their group to stalk faster, Whispers to find last survivor after closing hatch. Add-ons was Fragrant Tuft of Hair + Judith's Tombstone. Map was Lery's memorial institute. I got lucky my obsession was a beginner Claudette, that tried to hide in corners. So i killed her last. And other survivors didn't deny my power by hoping in lockers.
-
I wonder if you buy this packs, would new original characters unlock automatically?
-
Nothing. You just get second character.
Some DLC have little bonus items like charms or outfit recolors. Some older DLC have unique set of clothes for survivor.
-
When Trickser was released, not a single survivor soul seriously said he is OP. Everyone was saying that he is weakest killer in the game. So he got a slight buff.
Opinions about Nemesis are different. Some people say he is weak and need buff, some people say he is strong. So I expect devs will leave him at current state for a while.
-
Keys should consume some amount of time and charges to open hatch.
-
There is perks not just to win. Some perks are required for challenges, some perks needed to make challenges easier. And some perks just for fun.
When new player asking for help, we often advise to unlock some perks. Yes you can play without perks, or only use default perks. But there is a lot of unlockable content. And it's natural you want to unlock it. And unlocking all of the content is highly time consuming. Even if you buy this stuff, you need to grind a lot to make it available to other charachters.
New stuff coming every 3 months, making grind more and more tidious for newer players. Last time bloodweb was updated at patch 3.2.0, Stranger Things, September 2019. Since then there was added so much new stuff. 7 killers and 8 survivors. 45 new perks total.
Game is growing. I believe we need another update to reduce grind.

Distressing + Coulrophobia is nasty on Doc. I use it often. It’s extremely effective, especially in conjunction with madness skill checks.
Yeah, I mean my build is not effective because it has only one weak gen slowdown perk. Survivors can completely counter this build by focusing on gens.
-
You should be healthy and outside of terror radius.
And what if you can only protect survivor, that healed you before?
-
Well, my favorite build is not effective, but quite sadistic. Distressing, Thanatophobia, Sloppy Butcher, Coulrophobia.

People have been asking to make Charlotte more useful than an m1 killer since forever ("rage mode" when victor is crushed, switching while victor is stunned, faster switching, etc) but the devs seem to ignore that and instead nerf victor
I like rage mode idea. Charlotte could be instadown for 10-15 seconds, while Victor is unavailable. But it's probably too much to ask.
-
I've seen old Freddy using insidious. He was invisible with no terror radius by default, so it was pointless.
-
I played Hillbilly a lot after rework. It's mostly the same killer, but overheat actually make him unfun. If I played like there is no overheat, I would get overheat every 2 minutes. After rework you have to manage your overheat and sometimes chill your chainsaw and go boring m1.
He was one of the most picked killers at red ranks before rework. Now he is rare as unicorn on any ranks.
-
It's possible, if mask wasn't activated. For example if you put a mask after all gens done.
With activated bear trap you can only escape trough the hatch.
-
Quite a creepypasta.
-
Imagine first Great Khan of the Mongol Empire repairing a gen.
-
Why not killer?
-
Holding the sun.
-
At least red ranks messing with killer allowing you do gens. I stuck on low ranks currenlty because I took a long break from survivor side. This morons here just waiting in corners for everyone get killed. They absolutely missing the point how to win together.
I'm not good at looping but I can distract weak killer to get enough time for gens to my teammates. But it doesn't matter, because they just too scared to do something. I glad they treat dbd as horror game but it doesn't help them get better.
-
I was called Trash Killer yesterday. I was playing as fair as possible, didn't tunnel anyone, didn't camp, didn't slug, didn't have annoying slowdown perks except surge which only take effect on last gen couple of times. I was playing Clown on Badham preschool. Got 4k with 32k bp in the end. Perfect game.
I don't know what etiquette should I give to not make them mad. Probably hold their hand to gens and let them escape.
-
It's kinda sad that Ghostface didn't make it to final. So if I need to choose from this list, it will be Oni. He is both strong and satisfying to play.
I'm surprised that Spirit is here, because she is probably most hated by survivors.
-
To be honest, I don't really like those low effort animations as reward. I don't want to hurt creators, artwork looks really great. But animation looks bad and characters mumbling feels akward.
I would prefer pre-rendered scenes from unreal engine or source film maker with full voice acting.
Is it much harder or more expencive? Or both?
-
I read it only when all pieces of story are unlocked. I wouldn't catch up to the story if I read every piece right after unlock.
-
I wonder if rank reset would be a thing.
If there will be matchmaking based on skill, then we will stay on one rank because our winrate after calibration ideally will be ~50%. So if rank will reset, then we all get on lower rank every month without any possibility to rank up.
-
4 man slugging is survivors' fault. It only happens when survivors refuse to heal and group up in one place.
-
I played on low ranks lately because I didn't play much survivor last month. I have seen a lot of survivors crouching in corners even if they knew that killer is on another side of map. They affraid to leave scratchmarks even if they playing against non-stealth killer and they are outside of terror radius. I wish they were more altruistic.
But most important part of good survivor is productiveness. When you not running from killer and not saving someone, you should do gens. I wish randoms in my team played like this.
-
Shadowborn for killer
I can't tell what I want for survivor. 4 perk slots on survivor seem fine to me.
-
I was accused for hacking because I did crossmap hits with huntress. They told it was hacks or crosshair.
Yesterday I got a death threat for playing OP DLC killer - Deathslinger ...on Haddonfield.
-
My opinion Gostface is most fun to play killer. Ambushes, surprise attacks, grabs from gen. I legit enjoy playing him even if he not strongest killer in group F.
-
PTB Ghostace was so awful that devs didn't give him a month for players get used to him. They buffed him immediately on release.
Survivors had a sound cue when killer was stalking them and they could reveal them even if they didn't find him on the screen. It was completely unfair. Old Ghostface was nothing but m1 killer.
Current system require survivor have ghostface right in center of screen and only if they see sertain amount of killer's body.
Survivors have to learn how to reveal him.

One day I decided to cut my nails on legs little further than usual. So I cut all nails normally but after several days nail on my right toe has grown into the skin. It become very painful, it caused inflammation, so it only was cured with little surgery.
I never cut nails too deep since then.
-
Why no one vote for green? It's pretty good color.
-
I'm excited for event. But I don't see why you need to save bloodpoints for that? It will be like double bloodpoint event on steroids. Everyone will bring cakes every match and you will gain a tons of BP during event.
-
I would call male Greg.
Honestly female I would also call Greg.
-
Yes, they can. I did this challenges as killer in last rift.
-
Not much different, but if hatch spawned and I chase survivor with key, I can slug him to prevent escape.
I don't throw the game to tunnel key user out. It's useless because someone would pick up his key anyway.
-
Not stereotyping anymore. But I can expect some survivors may bring their strong teachables. Like Bill with unbreakable, or Laurie with DS.
-
I only got P3 Dwight as survivor. And all killers excluding Blight, Twins and Trickster.
Edit. P3-50 with all perks are Dwight, Hillbilly, Huntress, Doctor, Oni and Deathslinger
Planning unlock all perks on Ghostface during anniversary event.
-
I can easily play without bm. But I may nod in respond to t-baging after down, or hit on hook the person that tried to taunt me.

This is why Bitter Murmur isn't used as much.
Yes, I wish at least Bitter Murmur would cancel those bubbles when equipped.

Stop! The bubble on the hook helps me to know the timing with BBQ!
You can also rely on healthbar glowing.
-
Doors are not always bad. Some doors work for killer.
If door placed right next to window, then yes, you should break it.
All the rest of the doors would make additional paths for survivors, so you better leave it be.
-
It can be a charm that shows your current devotion level.
Edit. Sorry, didn't read post above.
-
I don't remember such stories. But I would suggest you tell your story first. Otherwise it's looks like you rudely asking to entertain you.

You think that is bad? Try the plague's "hit two people with one vile corruption" that is aids. Af.
...2 times in a single trial. 2 mother ######### times! Like get it once wasn't hard enogh!
This is one of those challenges that make you throw the game and farm it out. Friendly Bill helped me get it when I hooked survivors. He was probably doing 'unhook in terror radius' challenge.
