They aren't exactly comparable though are they? One is bypassing an intended limitation of a killer's power, the other is moving your hitbox in a way to avoid getting hit, which is easily countered by waiting for a second or two.
-
I feel like they could also do with a prestige variant to really make them worth it, but other than that I'd say if you want any of them, they're worth buying.

People do realize the only reason that ds had a 5 second stun was because enduring effected the stun. It was originally 3 seconds and was effected by enduring so the devs buffed ds to 5 second. They then made it so enduring didn't effect ds but then left ds the same.
They then shortly after said that they felt the 3 second stun wasn't punishing enough, and that's why they kept it at 5 seconds.
-
Anything that has something to do with the killer's power (cage of attunement, lament configuration, jigsaw box, supply case) cannot be hidden by the blindness status effect
-
Well yeah, because if it didn't, Deja Vu would become an even more useless perk than it already is.
-
It should work like Bite the Bullet, silencing missed skillchecks while also reducing the penalty for missed skillchecks.

Increases your Repair speed by +15 % for each other Survivor within 4 metres of your location, up to a maximum of +45 %.
For reference, 4 survivors using this is 100x more busted than Thana, and will be very common post patch.
Now back to your survivor closest.
I mean, maybe people would have less of a problem with it if you weren't essentially forced to stay injured all match by the simple fact that it's a Plague. Thana isn't much of an issue of most of the killer roster, but killers that have powers that pretty much force survivors to stay injured all match probably get a bit too much value from this perk.

It got buffed 2 PERCENT, literally nothing... It's been fine forever and I use this build on my plague anyway.
People are complaining about a .5 percent increase per player holy mother of god. Revert it you'll notice absolutely zero difference I don't care.
Jesus. So 2 PERCENT better thana needs nerfed but 20 percent is fine? Is this a joke or something?
Plague is the goat regardless. Nerf all her perks I'll still destroy most. Her most OP build isn't that anyway. She patrols gens and has easy kick opportunities so I'd be worrying more about overcharge cob. I use pop cob on her right now and it's laughable how bad it wrecks alot of survivors.
You do realise that 20% of 90 seconds is more than 20% of 80 seconds, right?
-
I saw someone on twitter suggest character portraits with an over lay of blood dripping down them, I'd much prefer that tbh.
-
As someone who really dislikes Ruin, the deactivation after a survivor is dead is completely unnecessary IMO

And how many FTP do you see exactly? Also you're now fully healed. It's fine.
You do realise that a killer can still tunnel you even if you are put into the healthy state? Much like DS was, this perk is really only a problem at endgame, it gets deactivated if a survivor does anything in terms of objective progress.

Because they can, really.
Make penalties harsh and remove hook suicide, game will be much more healthier.
"Force people to play matches they aren't enjoying" great idea!! That'll definitely make the game healthier!
-
Love it when my teammate uses FtP or a syringe on me and I lose my DS
-
Honestly I'm fine with its healing numbers, but I think it should just give a flat, and significant unhook speed bonus.
So the healing speed is affected by how many people are injured, but the unhooking speed is always active.

Killers should have offerings as they are like dungeons and dragons dungeon master.
They should be setting the atmosphere of the trials.
In that case you probably wouldn't see any map offerings being played besides Azarov's and Midwich, giving favour to either side in terms of map offerings would be a bad idea.

If scratch marks disappearing sooner is good for killers, then why is lightweight being changed to remove scratch marks sooner? Do you think lightweight is being nerfed?
No of course it isn't, but I was playing this game back in 2017, and trust me, scratchmarks remaining fir longer will do nothing but make tracking survivors that you don't have LOS on a lot more difficult.
-
That's what predator used to do, and it actually hurt killers. Scratchmarks disappearing sooner can help you figure out which way a survivor went if you manage to lose them.
-
The exhaustion part was unnecessary

I have an idea for a new universal killer perk. I call it eyes on the prize:
If a survivor faces a generator or hooked survivor that is within 36 meters of them, their aura is revealed to the killer. The killer also gains 9% bonus to pick up, hooking, vaulting and pallet breaking speed while this effect is active.
It's totally fair and balanced, just moonwalk if you go for an unhook and never look at gens 4head
I think you're forgetting Whispers is in the game, again a decent perk, and again, balanced. Much like Spine Chill, you don't know where the survivors are, only that they're nearby. From your example, you seem to be under the impression that Spine Chill shows you the exact location of killers at all times, which couldn't be further from the truth.

It's almost like killers don't like having their powers negated by a single perk.
It's almost like the perk can be pretty much hard countered by moonwalking

Oh I'm sorry, do YOU wanna play Mickey and GF and get no stalk off at all because the survivors get an indicator as they are approaching so they have alot of time to hide wherever they want?
Turn your camera, the closer you get before you start stalking the better anyway. Michael stalks faster the closer he is, stalking at a distance as gf gives survivors plenty of time to make distance.

That's the only change it needs is for it not to work against stealth killers
But then it becomes a useless perk, you already know if a non-stealth killer is coming towards you

Curious about that they probably have heard complaints about how it seriously dampers stealth killers and perks and figured it hard counters them too much.
Maybe they'll do something like reduce the range but increase the buff that it gives? A change like that could kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
-
I agree, the only one that I'm worried about is Spine Chill, if they make it so it doesn't work against stealth, it will literally lose all functionality with the exception of the vault build.
-
What an ominous title
-
They suffer from the same problem as the crowns, I generally don't like default hairstyles.
-
I just assume it's to try and prevent doxxing situations
-
I honestly wish they'd just give Hag a looking over, a person playing her optimally is one of the most unfun things in the game, at least with Nurse, she has to actually chase you. Macro Hags with Silent traps? She certainly doesn't.

Bring back Nancy's old prestige outfit and face while you're at it
You mean the prestige that added 1 drop of blood to her face?

Was this during nightfall?

I'd rather not know

The fact that you think shotgunning the birds is a viable strat in any way just shows how oblivious you are to how artist works.
??? Hit them with 1 crow, refill power, shotgun with 3 crows?? That's how the vast majority of artist players use her crows...because it works.

Only survivor mains are saying that.
And their point is invalid.
No one else spews stuff like this.
PS: Nurse is fine, if survivors can play.
Ah yes because a killer that can noclip through walls, ignoring all environmental defences (which the game is balanced around) should also be able to one shot survivors! What great game balance!
-
I would kill for Robin to be I dbd, probably my favourite ST character
-
Not sure if individual cosmetic pieces will ever get added, we've only ever seen full outfits added to the store.
-
Nurse, Blight, and Hag. They just seem to attract THE sweatiest people known to man.
-
It would be a good temporary fix, as other people say, her power just doesn't really fit in dbd anymore. But making it so that if a Nurse wants to use exposure perks, they have to use that one add-on that makes her a 4.6 m/s killer is a welcome change in my eyes.
-
Honestly as silly as a lot of Nancy's new outfits look objectively, I feel that she really suits them and she actually manages to pull them off. I'd love to see at least one of them added, fingers crossed that a renegotiation happens at some point in the future 🤞
-
Trickster, and I'm not going to complain about that

I'm sorry

Shadow Step in very strong on indoor maps. Same goes for Exponential, if you go for a unsluggable build.
EDIT: also, Haunted Grounds? Like... really?
You said more than 2, Haunted grounds definitely isn't a bad Hex, if a survivor finds a lit totem, more often than not they're going to cleanse it.
Also you're just proving my point with your boon examples, Shadowstep is awful unless it's an indoor map and Exponential is only useful if the killer slugs, which most don't anymore. As I said before, anything other than CoH is too situational to be considered a good boon perk.
-
Read it again, I said "more than 1"

Could you name more than 2 that are worth running on their own, please? With no additional hex perks in play?
Ruin, Devour, Plaything, Haunted Grounds. Can you name more than 1 boon that's worth running ever?
-
@Tsulan said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2963779#Comment_2963779
Yeaaaah no. Boons are stronger than hex perks. Or at least, hex perks are not strong enough to justify, why they can´t be relit or are even hex perks to begin with.
2% additional movement speed, or the ability to recover from the dying state while within a certain area are not as strong as most hexes. Don't get me wrong, there are weak hexes, but it's general consensus that the only reliable boon is CoH. There is certainly more than one hex worth running.

You mean like... Hex perks?
You cannot compare the 2, they are too different to do so.
Hexes generally have stronger effects, take longer to remove, and are map wide.
Boons (for the most part) offer very situational effects, can be snuffed in a couple of seconds, and have a limited AoE.
-
I'll probably have to end up going Trapper, I was hoping that there would be more than 4 characters to choose from though :(
-
What are people talking about? She looks gorgeous in the trailer, her in game model isn't the best but the people calling her ugly are delusional.
-
Personally find it a bit annoying to play against as survivor, but there's nothing unbalanced or unfair about it.
-
Ghostface, both as survivor and killer. As killer because the Undetectable status isn't used all that much with Michael, it's also easier and quicker to expose survivors as Ghostface. As survivor because if I get exposed, it's because he stalked me and only me, no stupid 99ing with another survivor and then popping it on me 2 seconds into a chase. I also like that there aren't any mori add-ons on ghostface, means I won't get killed before I've even been hit.
