I feel rewarded when i can keep them from escaping. Don't dodge, the more you play them the more efficient you become as a killer. Bloodpoints for killers are already good especially if you are running BBQ. They removed the end screen which helps the next is to not show offerings that are secret for either side.

@ColonGlock I play against SWF all the time and the experience is not terrible it can be challenging, predictable and rewarding. I guess it comes down to personality types.

The framerate has been garbage for so long that is why on PS4 we don't see as many nurses in the red ranks as PC does.

Ridiculously long survivor ques, I got more salty messages from fellow survivors during this event than in the last 3 months, nobody burns offerings, survivors grab a lantern and hide the entire game, no one does generators, less offerings in bloodwebs, and less points. How is this better? This EVENT SUCKS!!!. Stop carrying BHVR's water.

@No_Cluie_Louis everyone has their own opinion. I got my 3 coins on my main gonna get my 3 on a sub account i use and i'm out. I did the first solo playing and will do the other 3 playing swf maybe that will improve my disposition with the event since i won't be stuck with ######### teammates.

even going as far as completing it on all 4 sides without a single mid-game save, doing the Hunk scenario and just fell short on the Tofu challenge.
Myself and @chemical_reject bought it. I played Claire A and Leon B. Beat it last weekend. I plan to play Leon A and Claire B this weekend. Story is much darker than the original, the gameplay is great more unexpected moments and a better fleshed out story in my opinion. Just FYI conserve as much ammo as possible only make Magnum and Acid rounds.

@No_Cluie_Louis I honestly don't think the killer should have to look for Lanterns. They don't have time and to be honest. Solo play as a survivor during this event sucks. You either do all the work while some gets out with a lantern because they hid all game or grab a lantern and waited for the hatch. It has been some of the worst game play i have seen.
Killers scoring should be upped based on hooks 4 points per hook. Survivors based on generators 5 points. The lantern should be a bonus if you escape with it 100% bonus Bloodpoints. Killer gets a stack for every hooked survivor with a lantern. Once hooked the lantern breaks. 25% stack for each lantern broke up to 7. You want more balanced Lobbies that fixes it and it isn't a 1vs1vs1vs1vs Killer game

I missed out on quite a few events in the past, and it sucks. Sucks that I didn't have a chance to earn those cosmetics, and yet it was that alone, that made me grind out last years chinese new year cosmetics.
Why?
Because it would give me something to show off.
I love my Wolf Mask for Huntress. Why? Because not everyone has it, and not everyone will EVER have it. That's the way current event skins should be.
Even keeping the option to just BUY them is fine, but PLEASE remove them from the shop after the event.
I agree event skins should be exclusive to the players that played the event. I was ok with people being able to buy the Hallowed Blight because they made so many skins and you had no other way to get them all if you wanted them. I don't think the skins should be purchasable. It diminishes the value.

I had 27k in bloodpoints and zero progress i finished with 27k and zero towards my goal. Sadly i have experience with the endgame screen with quitters this was different. Not a visual bug.

Agreed not a fan of Hallowed Blight but earned more Bloodpoints and the cosmetics were better. Since the cosmetics are not exclusive and can be bought who cares anyway really?

Bugged and unfunthis has been my least enjoyed event. Teammates suicide and hiding in lockers or rage quit if they don't get a lantern, no one working on generators or killers rage quit when you pop or are about to pop the last generator. As Killer same crap survivors suicide on 1st hook because nobody gets them, i have been ignoring lanterns i don't have time for that ######### and the bloodpoint rewards are underwhelming to say the least.

@lasombra1979 i had random teammates that didn't do ######### so when they got hooked i didn't get them. If you are not working towards everyone trying to get out and just worrying about yourself you better have ds and deliverance because i won't help. I solo que most matches last night and it was the same thing survivors running around finding a lantern first and than hiding until last person standing looking for the hatch. Killer death rates i'm going to assume improve during this event if this game play continues. Get 20 points for the generator than worry about a lantern unless you are standing next to one.

@lasombra1979 the grind is fine, the point value for both sides is #########, the offerings are too few. This is by far my least favorite event. We are playing virtually the same game minus piss poor teammates try to protect lanterns instead of try to finish the objective for guaranteed points. That is the thing about playing killer. I get my points through hooks if i stumble upon a lantern and can break it fine if not oh well.

All your games won't be like that. The more experience you have with loops and which chases to break off the better off you will be. You may also not have the builds you need on your killers since you don't invest as much time playing killer. It is frustrating at times don't take it personal but it can also be rewarding when you wipe out a lobby of clickers and DS that think they are something.

It takes away what makes them special. When i see a bunny mask or Feng's shirt or Davids jacket i know that person as been around a bit and played. As cool as the Hallowed Blight Cosmetics are. I got my outfits but when i see others use them did they buy them or grind them in the event? It just makes them less special.

I hate to be that person but for the first time i don't really like the event. The cosmetics are fine with Feng's in my opinion being the only one worth it. The outfits are not special since anyone can just buy them.
Only 1 offering per level 50 bloodweb and the bonus points for playing them is very underwhelming.
Teammates hide in lockers waiting to escape with their lantern as oppose to doing the objective. They run around looking for a lantern wasting time only to hide and let other people carry them.
Killers should not have a secondary objective time is limited as is.
Just not a fan. I will play some killer and only que with my friends from now on during the event i have 3 coins already so i got the only thing i wanted and i don't really care about the rest.
