I’m level 41
-
Survivor: Iron will
killer: bbq for the points and balanced aura reading
-
I’m teir 37 and have a few challenges left on my tomb. I think the tomb 2 challenges are more grindy than fun so I’m taking more time to do them cause I don’t desire to get them done as fast I can. The dark sense one I got done in 1 game.
-
Idk what to tell you. I just pushed through it but my experience was kind of buggy
-
I get like that every few months with one or the other. I’m glad I’m not alone

Interesting. Didn't work that way for me, once popped all five gens and it didn't count
Exactly. It doesn’t count the full generators I am doing alone nor the ones I just helped complete when it actually popped off

Because its the amount of time you spend on a gen/healing others that counts.
Not completing the action.
Yeah, I know. I realize that. It’s still isn’t counting correctly

hillbilly nerf is when I stop playing, but I’m not to worried about it
-
@Peanits I mean usually I don’t care about this, but this is real evidence. Can you guys either give him the legacy back or give him something out of a compromise?

Good luck tho

If I bring DS I get slugged.
Bring Unbreakable and doesn't fear DS at all, or noone brings obsession so he knows we don't have it.
Bring DS and unbreakable, need BT to save someone from an endgame camper.
I laugh at myself the last couple days every choice I have made has been the wrong one. I used to just bring a steady "meta-build" but I'm trying to screw around while levelling back up after reset.
Any stories you have about taking a perk off for just one game and that being the exact time you need it?
Ok I read the first sentence and have a response too that. When I keep running into the problem of being slugged but have ds. I run both ds and unbreakable so I am forced to freed

I have 10 p3 killers. 12 p3 survivors. The rest are p1
-
Trying to get the 2 killer stuns in one game but I literally just did it
-
I’m excited. Perhaps a reworked version of this map or additional map with new tiles added for it. I am excited to see a part two. More lore than can explain spirits heritable/background as well as dive into perhaps a more interesting character within the same theme.

Nurse nerf (read rework) didn’t affected at all good Nurses main, but clearly for people who aren’t the best with her, is much more difficult.
I was a good nurse main. Didn’t play her much anymore cause winning isn’t always fun, especially on console where the nurse population is so low that no one knows really how to play against her anyway. It was great being the few nurses on console to make good of her. Than she got nerfed and she can’t even kill anyone anymore. I mean sure, you can kill the one dumb guy on the team with her cause he’s just freaking out. Yet survivors literally don’t have to do anything to counter her anymore. It’s so nice when survivor teabag you and flashlight spam you at the exit gate cause you couldn’t do a f*cking thing about it

Stop asking for the risk to be mitigated for some of the most powerful killer perks in the game.
If killers go into a match without a Plan B in case a hex is cleansed within 30 seconds, that’s on them. Too bad.
i don’t know anyone whoever goes into a killer match with a “plan” unless it’s for a challenge. If someone’s totem gets broken in 30 seconds that’s not on them. It’s also not on them cause they don’t have a “plan B” after their perk is literally cleansed before they see anyone.

@Peanits can someone help this guy?

Definitely not the case at rank 1. I’ve seen more Legions at rank 1 than I’ve seen Spirit. Spine Chill also no longer works against Myers, Ghostface, Wraith, or Demogorgon (out if portal), so it definitely doesn’t work on every killer. On top of that, survivors cannot see who the killer is in the lobby, so they cannot adjust like killers can. If a killer sees survivors all have toolboxes, they bring Franklin’s. They see they all have medkits, they play Legion. So idk what you’re talking about
Not jumping into you twos pointless argument but spine chill does work vs all stealth killer or anyone who is using that new status effect. That’s why teir 1 Michael is weaker now, as he can be countered with Spine Chill
-
You’re so right fellow survivor main. I think the wraith is op with his wall hacks with bbq. I think leatherface is too strong too cause sometimes he makes me waste pallets when he lifts his chainsaw.
ps REVERT INSTANT HEALS AND MOM! I CANT HAVE IT EASY

Spirit has zero counterplay. Killer mains love her because of this which is why they don’t want her nerfed. Plain and simple
Yep! you’re totally right! Anyone who plays killer, even if they don’t play spirit or even if they play both sides of the game than they feel exactly the way as you described! Yep! That’s exactly what us killer players feel. If they nerf our precious spirit than survivors can counter us and that’s bad. Yep. That’s why everyone is upset. We don’t want to be counter. Not all.
let me tell you the truth man. It’s not about being countered. It’s about killing what makes her fun to play as. It’s about making her lack the unique style she has. It’s about killing her intended purpose (mindgaming/scares). It’s about ruining what makes the killer fun as killer as they’ve done with legion, pig, and nurse. You can even use freddy as an example, better as the first example. Those killers are on the record for being changed and people not approving, because the wrong changes were made. People want fun, people want balance, but most importantly people want to still play the same killer they bought. They don’t want to play a changed variant of that killer that is much weaker and lacks the ability to due as intended. Changes are needed, I’ll agree.
-
I play the game with music on so half the time I don’t hear the game in general when I play killer or survivor. As killer I use the cues given to me on screen by already existing game mechanics or added mechanics by perks, powers, addons, etc. my spirit does fine without sound. For survivor I just use spine chill and iron will cause I’ve been using iron will for years. Spine chill just let’s me detect the killer since I can’t often hear the heart beat with my music playing.

I’ll 2nd that.

Lets's hope it's not her nerf. If it is, I wonder how many babies cried to receive a nerf so early
My estimate between IG, Reddit, The forums, Twitter, and even discord... probably about 200,000 post about it, either opposing or defending her. Between the 200,000 post I would guess that most of the people who want her change/tweak/nerf are survivor Mains that don’t often play killer without the exception of doing tomb challenges.
-
I personally am working on tier 25? I think I am. Between 21-25. However, I do find that it’s a pain of a grind since I finished tomb 1. Perhaps if it gave you a shard each game you played. I think I’ll be able to finish it but it’ll take about 150-200 hours if we’re being realistic with matchmaking, bad games, good games that are 20 minutes long, with bad games that only last a few minutes cause someone’s totem was found in the first 30 seconds, errors, crashing, and the bad loading times.
-
when I did the 2 killer glitch in a real game on Xbox after hours of attempting to cause the right conditions as it was impossible to do it the same way as you would in custom lobbies or on pc.

So he got a 4k and is a joke? Got it.
i see what this person means. It’s a joke cause it’s so easily countered. However, getting a 4k doesn’t mean the killer was good. It could just as easily mean his team was bad and that’s why the Myers won anyway. I’ve gone against killers who were ######### but my team was worse so the killer won. Even I’m situations like this one^

Their last broadcast..they said when they look at a character their priority is to and I quote "make them more fun to play and play against " but as you can see for the nurse..that's only half true..
I mean sure, that’s the goal but I honestly think they just constantly rush themselves into things and when making decisions. Its a lot of pressure on them though.

The biggest pro for me is I can play killer even if I’m on WiFi now and don’t have to worry about salt about lag in post-game chats.
the cons are it takes me 30+ to get a killer game in the first place. That, and I get randomly disconnected from survivor and killer matches every other game.
Is the matchmaking an issue due to the servers or is it an issue just on pc currently? On Xbox right now, in my experience as of lately it has been pretty good on both sides (killer/survivor). However, I typically play in the healthier more populated hours of the day for my region due to my life schedule lol.
-
Personally I would say I don’t enjoy moris. I never use them because it cuts my games short. It’s also just that they’re imbalanced. I would rather them be a 2 hook kill. The offering shouldn’t be to end the game faster, but only to see the cool animations.
I also don’t like face camping or off hook tunneling til dead when you haven’t been toxic. I just don’t feel like I am given the same ability to play the game as my team mates at that point.
I don’t really mind many things as killer. Except low FPS or when audio is bugged.

"NOTE: I never play trapper. He’s annoying to play as due to how his power is mostly rng/luck based"
Someone doesn't know how to lead survivors into his traps... Hehe "Luck"
Figuring I’m the one following the survivors I am not “LeAdINg” them anywhere. They would be leading me. I can try to make them loop me in a certain direction or area, for example, around the T + L walls. I can set a trap by the fire barrel close to the window in the direction that survivor would run into it while looping at the structure. Yet, I cannot force a survivor into it. That’s why it’s luck based. He is also rng/luck based due to the map sizes and how spread out the traps are when they spawn. Again, he is also luck based on the fact that I may trap part of the grass right beside the shack wall away from the window. However, a survivor might be smart enough to not step in the grass while looping me at shack. That trap placement might work vs one survivor, but another might be a little more cautious to avoid it.

You familiar with the term "mulligan". Its a golfing term for a do-over, when you have a really bad stroke and want another try with the bad one not counting... DCing is a mulligan of sorts. They get to start the game anew with a fresh start and maybe NOT step into a trap the next time.
See, they didn’t step into my trap right off. It was sometime into the game. I managed to set a few traps. I trapped near my ruin cause my ruin was in the open and pointless to trap. I found myself in chase with one guy. I hooked him. Than once they both stepped in a trap they DC’d as rank 5s. The other guys who didn’t dc were rank 1s and actually decent. They didn’t even try is what bothers me. They got trapped and gave up. If that’s normal than that’s a problem.

Lol. “this might even expand your horizon regarding balance”. I’m so glad someone said something along these lines

Most People don’t want exclusively killer nerfs, they just want the game to be balanced and fun. There are things that are OP and things that are super weak both as survivor and killer. Everyone just needs to realize this.
I agree and I disagree. There are a lot of things on both sides that are very strong and very weak, amen! However, I disagree when you say that most people don’t want exclusively killer nerfs. I play both and often hear both killer/survivor arguments... daily (smh). Typically, I will always hear someone demand nerfs to a killer or a survivor perk/mechanic. They don’t often say “change” or “balance” (as far when I read people’s responses to things or when playing with random SWF groups here and there). I personally do not want absolute balance as that takes away the fun. I’m just hoping people begin to understand its about having fun and not raising pitch forks every-time they lose. That is becoming much more common attitude out of the community since the game came out, in my perspective at least.

Hello, is it possible to have a video that show the performance issue and also which platform (I guess PC and PS4 from what I see and what about Xbox ?)
We are going to bring that up to our morning live sync.
Thanks!
Xbox is pretty bad too. My FPS drops pretty bad on the menu alone. I play a lot of killer and survivor. It’s about just as bad on both killer and survivor. I don’t know my average frame rate on Xbox rn, but if I could guess it is between 15-40 FPS. 40 if I’m lucky.

I'm on pc, i can imagine what consoles look like right now..
I was a console nurse main. I’ve played her so much since her change. She’s just... she’s not as fun and it doesn’t feel so awarding anymore. It’s not that she isn’t a good killer still, but she doesn’t feel great. For me it’s just as much fun to play her as it is to camp someone in the basement. I’ve seen 2 other nurses since the update vise versa to how it was prior on console. We had many nurses. It’s a dying group of people on console sadly

I don't want to engage in this conversation too much, but I do want to point out one thing: Billy has a very high skill ceiling as well because his power has quite a bit of depth.
When you steer the chainsaw with Q and E like I do, there's a lot of practice and improvement involved.
I realize you don’t want to go very in depth so feel free not too as I don’t either. However, as I was reading the original post from I was thinking of how I agreed with him/her that some killers do not have as high as a skill cap due to idea of hillbilly. I personally do not play hill billy anymore because of the fact that I feel he is too easy to play. I don’t think he is that easy for everybody but I find his skill cap is much lower than a survivors. I play Console these days so my opinion could possibly be irrelevant to degree. I never played with a keyboard on pc back in the day anyway
-
I just ready up. If I lose, it’s most likely not my fault to an extent. If they lose, well it’s mostly the lack of teamwork on their side or I was just able to apply enough pressure. This game isn’t about skill. It’s about time management, observation, and making quick choices based off the information you receive from your opponent as well as even your team.

I don't think it should be forced, but it should definetely be more advertised. Similar to the news pop up you get, or the window for the daily rituals. If you have to manually click it away, people are less likely to decline it.
Even that would be fine. I just think something needs to be done about it. I feel like it’s a great feature for new players, but it’s almost as unknown as hill billy Myers.

@Mc_Harty Every map has crows on them, just gotta look for em.
It’s not that. Either it would take too long because the crow rng was poo or you just didn’t get have time to go run around and piss of crows lol. I mean, it’s not a hard challenge but it takes longer than it should. Took me 3-4 games
-
I’d say just extended the event by an extra few days and the tome/rift due it’s delayed so no one is behind or rushed to finish anything once the release is out. Even if not, it doesn’t matter to much. I mean there’s not much they can do about it so it’s fine
-
Yeah! And not all Bill mains run BT, so don’t be mad when I don’t cause I’m the only guy left to save you anyway. lol..
as Jules once said, “######### be cool! Ringo! Tell that ######### to be cool!”

I don’t run self care, because I’d agree that it sucks. However, bond is good for more than heals. Better together makes it 10x easier to do gens, get heals, and stick together cause teammates come to you instead vise versa to them.
