So take the L or the safety pip....don't ruin the game. If you ruin the game the survivors are going to DC. Devotion 10- boomer -all p3 killers
so instead of DOING what I can to WIN, on a map that is SURVIVOR SIDED, in a scenario that is HEAVILY SURVIVOR SIDED, I should just play like a nice guy instead of trying to win? tell that to the survivors when my ruin is dead in under 30 seconds. "ooo you got bad luck? well now lets not do gens to be super nice!" until survivors start doing that then NO
seriously this is the most entitled survivor main comment I have ever seen

Or don't slug and just try and win without cheap tricks......the slug in dbd is like winning in Mortal Kombat with the same move over and over.
it was red ranks SWF, my ruin was dead in under 30 seconds, coldwind Thompson house map

Holy crap. Those are some harsh punishments. I expected a 30 min lockout if you DC, like most games. Not a week ban or permanent bans. That seems a little excessive.
he said if they have about a 75% DC rate, that is pretty extreme, if they DC that much they deserve it

Don't get the money thing and 76 has been a blast for me, if you mean the atom store, got everything from there for free, so :/ yes the membership thing they did was dumb, but I rather randoms on 76 so doesn't affect me
o there is so much more stuff tho about fallout 76
the bugs
the "we will have cosmetic only in our shop"
the duffel kerfufel
the power helmet having deadly mold
the rum incident
battle royal mode that is horrible
the list goes on
if you like fallout then I think you will like this video if you haven't heard of it

do you know how long the punishments are/scale up to?

Hey now, Bethesda at least has a dope story in their games, mostly elder Scrolls but fallout has a nice unsettling feel with it
fallout 76 would like to have a word with you, but it will cost you $9.99 per sentence to hear it

I pretty much got the replies I expectd out of this thread, instead of killers adapting to certain mechanics they would rather mindlessly chase in a straight line and not use mind games or any other form of strategy to get better at the game, so let's nerf another survivor perk that was already (imo) really bad to begin with.
yes because a killer can adapt to Haddonfield infinite abusers (like myself) that would just run to the myers house every time they get in a chase and just abuse balanced landing. yep definitely the killers fault for just NOT ADAPTING

I played a lot SWF in the past 2 days. I had 2 Oni players in like 20 matches. And he felt pretty weak. I played Oni myself for like 5 games.. and he felt pretty weak. I've heard that he is super strong and stuff like that. Did they rly nerf him so bad?
btw.: I did not play the PTB so I have no idea how strong he was before
at the start of a game he is a 115 M1 killer with NO power until you hit a survivor and farm their blood, also absorbing the blood with your power DOES slow you down FYI. when you are in your power you are a hillbilly that doesn't really bump into objects and have overall more control of it. but you lose your power the moment you pick up a survivor
TLDR: he is a slugging killer and nothing much more than that, and his 3 teachables are garbage EXCEPT 1 COMBO of nemesis + PWYF. other than that his perks are pretty bad

Has anyone else found it hard to double pip with plague ? maybe it's just me but I seem to not be getting enough blood points using her power.
because of the chaser emblem, since you infect and get people broken that reduces chases, thus reducing your chaser emblem SIGNIFICANTLY. also because people never cleanse, after the initial infection you pretty much have no power now and you are a M1 killer but everyone is 1 shot. you wont get much devious points out of her

Red rank PS4 player here. I've played many matches as survivor since Oni's release yesterday, and only faced him about four times. The rest of the games have been Trapper, Michael, Spirit, Billy, Bubba, Pig to name a few.
I thought there was a lack of Demogorgon when he came out, but its even worse with Oni. Is this just me not seeing much of him?
he is a bad killer, I mean he has NO POWER until he M1's a person and then farms them for blood pretty much, and in his power if you pick up a survivor you lose it and have to re-farm so that means he is made to be a slugging style like killer since that is the most effective way to use him. problem with slugging is that you don't pip that much and you don't get that much BP

I decided to jump on today and play the new chapter, I haven't been on the map but only played against the Oni once.
What are your thoughts and feelings on this new chapter so far?
the killer perks are garbage, the new killer is a slugging killer and nothing else. 1 new survivor perk may become meta and 1 is useless while the other will be come meta for SWF

He's pretty good. But if a survivor is crazy good and denies that first hit, he can be frustrating to play. Still has a ton of potential but he needs good perks to work well.
his perks are garbage tbh, I mean windows of opportunity for killer? really? the other just hides your terror radius when someone stuns you and makes them the obsession, unless you are doing crazy endgame rancor plays or farming PWYF then it is useless, but both strats require you to use up 2 of your 4 perks and his last perk is just total garbage, when you hook someone ONLY injured survivors get exhausted for 45 seconds..... that is pretty bad and wont help you that much tbh
he is a slugging killer, that will be his best build and his best play style. other than that he is pretty bad

I swear to god if I get Brutal Killer after prolonging the game for an unnecessary amount of time after not using Oni's one hit down I'm going to scream. I use Demon Dash for map pressure but still end up getting gen rushed. I try slugging to prolong the game but it doesn't work. I've gotten Brutal Killer for the past 10 games I swear to god.
Edit: I screamed.
if you are trying to do it in red ranks GL, will be NEARLY impossible. doing it in green/purple ranks would be much easier. IM NOT SAYING YOU SHOULD DE RANK im just saying it would be easier in those ranks

His slugging ability is what makes him good. He has amazing snowball potential, and you'll have plenty of blood once you start downing people, especially if you use perks like sloppy to keep them injured. I wouldn't say he's better than Billy, but he's pretty close.
he is similar to plague, good snowball potential when he sets himself up for it but he is very weak early game and the survivors do have control over his power to an extent. and when he does have his power survivors can just play safe like when a Michael activates T3

They are preparing. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but someday, we will get hit with a torrent of "NeRf OnI" posts.
But seriously, he's in a pretty good spot right now. A Billy with better control at the cost of having to charge up his power.
nah he is weak af, he literally has no power till he 1 M1 + farm that survivor for blood OR you get 2 M1's. then if you down someone with your power and pick them up you lose your power and start over. yes DURING his power he is a better billy. but without his power he literally is useless and the survivors control when you have your power. he will be a good slugging killer but other than that I don't see him being better than billy at all

i know that new survivor players exist, i play with them when i am doing the survivor challenges and dailys.
this is not fun. i am being pallet looped, played with, i learned tonight body blocking the hook is a thing in this game, flashlights, decisive strike, and in all my games tonight, i have only killed one dude. i watched him die after they had saved the last 2 hooked people from me and he traded places for my only kill of the night.
this. is. not. fun. why am i playing a game that isn't fun?
welcome to the game where the survivor is the power role, you will get used to it. there is so few killer players in red ranks nowadays (because being a red rank killer is a stress induced panic attack where you make 1 small mistake you lose instantly) so most red rank killers de rank leaving not enough killers are red ranks so the MANY red rank survivors (since it is so ez to rank up as survivor) they usually get non red rank killers. also the MMer is broken.... again

This is amazing and sad at the same time :'(
best part is that unless you 4k you will probably only black pip unless you have pretty much everyone on death hook, had great chases and no insta down stuff like hillbilly. meat all those requirements and a 3k? you pip. but if you are a hillbilly or another killer with some isnta down techniques you need 4k's all day to just pip. sometimes you even depip with only 2 kills. also even better if it is one of those stomp games where people will kill themselves on hook, a 4k is stil a black pip

So I obviously can't speak for the world or even all platforms, but it feels like my region/platform combination (east US/Canada PC) has very few purple or red rank killers. For reference, I'm currently a purple survivor and a green killer. My survivor queues, even as a solo surv, take a few min (not terribly long, not complaining about queue times right now) and my killer queues are pretty instant. But what I've noticed is that my survivor games are typically against a green rank killer and my killer games are against purple/red survivors.
I've been to rank 1 on both sides, I got those achieves a good few years ago and no longer care about my rank - except that I don't like ranking up to the point I'm not having fun. I've been enjoying the weaker end of the killer line up more recently, so needing to go more or less full tryhard to do well when I'm encountering people two colors ahead of me isn't really my idea of fun right now, and it's a little frustrating not being put up against people near the rank I've been loosely trying to maintain, where I can have fun without running in a circle for half the match. I believe it's specifically a killer deficit because of the direction the queues take - if my killer queues took a long time I'd believe it was a lack of survivors near my rank.
I know people complain about queues and matchmaking doing a poor job across the board, but I'm curious if people have seen this trend in other regions, or if you're in my region and you're experiencing something different in this region I'd be curious as well. It's been like this since I came back in October for me, so either I've been put in a special matchmaking setup for some reason, I'm just unlucky, or this is indeed the trend.
why should killers play in red/purple ranks where the game can end in under 5 min? a single mistake means a loss, a certain map will usually mean a loss. and just all around stress stress stress. plus Tbagging, SWF, etc. what reasons are there to be in red rank? that is why I hit rank 1 then derank instantly

there is no hard limit, had some red ranks and one purple rank VS A RANK 17 THE OTHER DAY. he was so new he got 2 down in killer shack, he picks one up for me to flashlight save, runs people around to get them away then he picks up the other person facing towards the killer shack window and I get a 2nd one in a row. this is during the EGC BTW. everyone escaped. but I felt so bad after seeing his rank

Again, those aren't infinites. They are long loops, yes, but they are not infinites. A survivor cannot loop the killer indefinitely on them. Eventually the killer will get blood lust and the loops will be blocked off.
You wouldn't call an SUV a "truck" or a "bus" because those terms do not match the definition of what a SUV actually is, so let's not call any loops that are merely strong as "infinites" when that term does not match the definition of what they actually are.
When I talk infinites, I talk about loops that, no matter, a killer cannot and will not ever catch up to the survivor, such as this infamous game long ago:
I didn't say they where infinites, they are god loops. the time you would waste on them to catch the survivor is SO LONG that you will probably lose the game if they keep doing it. especially because they don't need to use pallets. the problem is when EVERY SURVIVOR YOU CHASE RUNS TO THESE LOOPS WHEN YOU FIND THEM, even if you get 1 free hit. it wastes so much time you can't chase them without losing the game
-
@[Deleted User] said:
I mean, they're nerfing balanced landing. That's nerfing most of the infinites in the game.
iron works of BS, the god window with the pig pen/cattle. mothers dwelling god loop. the basement house on Haddonfield/school map. all these are WITHOUT balanced btw

This. Aim assist doesn't exist in this game. The snap is just the animations trying to match game mechanics

@Centernova said:
Now for once this wont be a #########-post on this account, although i am going to use this one to keep my account that i post on for genuine stuff private , because this is most likely going to be trash talked by certain people who don't want to hear this kind of stuff
HITBOXES (Still not fixed, been broken since 1.6.)
My current thoughts on the game have me honestly losing hope for it, at the current time dedicated servers have broken perks, (note it has brought some good things but here's some of the bad) , made getting hit through windows much much easier on green ping
I.E. here's proof right here
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_NFysTLpc19FKaHzOJtKfLHrvpAS5HpT/view , video wont post so here's a google drive , ping to the dedicated server was 60 for me pretty good! although hitboxes didn't seem to like it , my friends ping (person who recorded this) was 65-70, and i got hit through god pallet while the killer was on the other side but i don't use nvidia so it wasnt clipped.
Killers (Characters, Not players)
Since spirit is getting nerfed pretty soon i'm not going to use her as my main point but nurse has been broken for years now, and she just got nerfed a couple updates ago, and spirit (i know i said i wasn't going to use her as my main point but this needs to be addressed) has been a low skill cap killer , yes i notice tracking comes into big play while playing her but considering most survivors are RUNNING in a chase theres scratch marks and considering it the survivor isn't using Iron will you can be heards so scratch mark juking isn't really a option since she can bump into you and hear you, and in the future update she is going to not be able to bump into you which is nice :)
Killers (Players)
Now i'm not trying to discriminate as one side because i play both sides majorly survivor but i do enjoy playing killer, Killer is a power role which i do understand and survivor shouldn't hold the balance in the game although survivor is nerfed almost every update as killer gets buffed, Many perks have been nerfed, gutted, from what they used to be, This game is one of a kind and i wouldnt like to see it go away but almost anything enough killers complain about is nerfed, I.E. Meta perks isn't something that should be complained about these days You can barely survive with them, ######### survivor is literally someone living off of scrap from the scrap yard, rarely you get great things, sometimes you get ok things and most of the time you get nothing
SURVIVOR (Players, And feelings about the side)
Playing survivor at the moment most definitely is not enjoyable, and you can ask any survivor out there who is half decent that the game is going downhill atm for survivor, its really hard to enjoy a game with a semi decent killer , and with killer queues being so long you cant really find anyone trying to have fun, and its usually just the same build, Why use a fun build when you have a hour long wait time to most likely get bullied by survivors just because you want to have fun, survivor is honestly just annoying to play at the moment and i'm not surprised why killer has such long queues
General Thoughts About The Game ( My Thoughts )
The game is very very unfun to play as survivor at the moment, currently hitboxes seem to be worse then they used to be which is honestly kinda disturbing that you can break hitboxes this badly, killer holds all the power now, survivor have barely any chance to have fun,
Queue time
Killer queue times take about 30-45 minutes , as survivor takes about 10, still pretty long just to get a 15 minute game, which makes it undesirable to use fun perk builds on killer, maybe sometimes on survivor but why use a fun build when you're most likely going to get bullied while using it then have to wait 30 or even 40 minutes to use it again?
Conclusion/End
To end off this post, Dbd is going downhill atm for survivors, killers hold TOO much power nowadays, and survivor seems to get the ######### end of the stick, its very hard to even enjoy playing one game like it used to be. anyways that's it to this post, Thanks for reading it even though it will probably get drowned out by everyone who doesn't want to hear this :/
the moment I read "killers are the power role" you lost all credibility. you are wrong, survivor has always had the power role and they still do, they still will for a LONG TIME. and your "every patch killers are buffed and survivors are nerfed"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1fkX3H84SE&t=THAT IS BECAUSE THIS WAS THE OG BALANCE! as survivors actually advance beyond potato status they learn how broken the game is and the TRUE POTENTIAL that a survivor has to run to killer for a VERY extended period of time. this "buff killers nerf survivors" is the ONLY THING that kept this game alive and still does. without it? there would be no one to play killer and with no killers there would be no games, no games mean no one will want to play it
Here is some more of the old balance (most of it is broken balance towards survivor btw)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wV-0pZVfXHI&lc=z23dghbylragdvx2vacdp4302lyx4r1bxxbphuvqxppw03c010c.1574806925356908BTW i am a killer AND SOLO SURVIVOR ONLY I NEVER SWF, not even DUO. survivor is still the power role in every way
-
don't wait at a pallet for 20 or so seconds waiting for the killer, make the killer need to run in a straight line towards you (of if you can go through windows/vaults to make him waste more time) until he is semi close enough that you need a pallet, then find a pallet and either use the loop to conserve it AS LONG AS YOU CAN SAFELY. if you need to drop it immediately DONT BE AFRAID TO DROP IT if it will prevent a hit, you don't need to loop every loop 3 times to then be WORTHY of dropping the pallet, some of my LONGEST chases have been because I just drop the pallet when I need to not to get the stun and I just keep running until I need the pallet
-
wrong, it is still susceptible to being dead in under 30 seconds, and like someone else said, by the time you got 3 stacks 3 gens have probably popped. and if you have a game where your Devour Hope was not found, imagine the kind of game you would have if that was your ruin? devour hope games only go good if they never find the totem, very similar to ruin

I find it easier to win as a killer. Killer the outcome of the match is 100% in your hands, survivor not so much.
Survivor is less stressful in theory, but in reality.....the best way to carry a solo Q team as survivor is to run the killer yourself the entire game. If you play stealthy you are relying on your teammates to do the looping, which takes the result of the game out of your hands, really (unless you have a key for the hatch).
If you are the one doing the majority of the looping you can ensure the pallets are being used efficiently, instead of being thrown willy nilly by your team.
There are so many games where my team is getting demolished when I have been avoiding aggro, and then the killer gets into a 2-3 gen chase with me and it wins the game. Or there are games where my team is all already dead and I get into some ridiculously long chase that doesn't matter anymore, thinking to myself that the game would have been won if I just took aggro from the start. That's why I think solo q survivor is harder to consistently win with.

Killer mains will complain, but this just goes to show how unbalanced the game is..
Not fun to play 50% of the time as a survivor. Not difficult enough to play 50% of the time as a killer.
Yes I get that taking Ruin off would make the game more interesting, but at the same time, when the goal is to kill all of the survivors, why would I want to allow them any more advantage?
im guessing yellow ranks. nothing to see here people

the challenges for just getting hooks/unhooks breaking pallets etc THAT IS ALL FINE. the challenges of 2 SAFE UNHOOKS during EGC is RARE since it has to be in a SINGLE TRIAL. getting ANY EGC unhooks is rare, let alone safe ones more than likely. then there is get 2 EGC kills with Noed when most people will just 99 the doors to don't forget, monsterous shrine camping. etc etc etc it is these challenges that require you to play a certain way or with certain (no so good) perks that make some of these challenges bad. also some of them are VERY situational

I don't want him nerfed to oblivion. I don't want that for any Killer. I just want some brief, momentary audio or visual cue before he attacks in stealth, akin to Wraith or Pig, as many Ghost Face killers ignore his special ability as you said.
Ideally, fixing the stalk/reveal design that the developers were originally going for is the best-case scenario, but I can imagine programming/play testing this to be as bug-free as possible would be incredibly hard, given the diverse amounts of maps/tiles in the game.
he does have that, if you have ears you can hear his little string flaps moving when he moves. that is how I can tell if he is near me when he is stealthed

Its honestly boring and very rarely ever fun to go up against, at this point I'm just gonna dc for every slow game legion and slow game Freddy I go up against. so you want every game to be done in under 5 min? so what you like lobby sim when the Q times are longer than the actual games themselves?

@Ratio said:
I need to air my frustration. I realize nothing will come of this, but it will at least let me feel a little better to vent this out.
The following does NOT take into account any add-ons; this is strictly speaking about Killers' base abilities.
All stealth Killers have some semblance of a "draw back" while they're in stealth.
- The Wraith must ring his bell to de-cloak before he can attack. During the de-cloaking, his speed slows and a bell rings to give the Survivors a moment to react.
- The Shape cannot lunge or reach any level of bloodlust while in Tier I of The Evil Within, to balance the lack of a red stain and virtually no terror radius.
- The Pig has reduced speed while in stealth and squeals before her lunge attack, or an audio cue of her weapon unsheathing will happen if she goes out of stealth, giving Survivors a moment to react.
Then we get to Ghost Face:
- While in stealth, Ghost Face has no red stain or heartbeat, maintains regular movement speed, and can instantly attack you while in stealth; there is no "cool down" or momentary "pause" before he attacks in stealth mode to give the Survivors' a moment to react.
I personally feel this fundamentally breaks core mechanics of the game. The terror radius and red stain are the two primary indicators to let a Survivor know when/where a Killer is, to react accordingly.
Stealth Killers negate these fundamental mechanics of the game by design--which is totally fine--as there is a "draw back" to coming out of their stealth abilities (see above). But Ghost Face breaks all these design philosophies to a fault.
There's a lot of balancing issues with this game, I know, and some are arguably more important to address before others, but man... Ghost Face, to me, is just beyond frustrating to play against in the grand scheme of things.
Now that I got that off my chest: I love DBD and the dev staff. I admire how far you've come with this game and grown as a team/studio. <3
he is still a M1 killer, the survivors can dictate his stealth, and his stealth is on a super long CD even with all CDR addons. also you can hear him when he is close even when he is stealthed. I mean the MOST OPTIMAL WAY TO PLAY HIM is ignoring 50% of his power and JUST using his stealth part, meaning you get NO deviousness points with him 99% of the time. yeah you can use his 1 shot but that is SO HARD and clunky to get off and you are not even garunteed the down. you still got to M1 them, so in some scenerios you will spend the time to stalk them and then get looped for 45+ seconds for that M1 and not even get it. WHAT A GREAT POWER. when you could of gotten 1 M1 on them at the start at least
-
Pig because she T bagged me once
Doctor because he made me go insane and not able to drop a pallet and I died
Clown because with how fat he is he should be slower than a survivor
Cannibal because I shouldn't die to his M2 even if I am running in a straight line
Wraith because he hit me once and I'm not okay with that
-
at least there is a tree, there is some totem spots on asylum that are just the totem and NOTHING ELSE, just the other day I saw 2 totems spawn on the same asylum map in the open. neither of them was ruin but still 2/5 of the totems literally spawned in the open
-
Bond, I can find people to heal me and know if someone is going for the unhook and just generally know what my idiotic teammates are doing while im trying to escape, also it is good to sandbag a bit by leading a killer I don't want to loop anymore to some new victims, or not loop that area so they can continue doing the gen.

Hey everyone.
I wanna talk about the red mori and I ask everyone to stay polite and calm. This is not bashing, this is supposed to be a civilised discussion.
Soo.. recently the insta heals (both, the red and the purple one) got changed. One of the reasons was "We [the Devs] don't like things that change the trial drastically" (e.g. a downed survivor who kept the killer occupied for 5 mins gets back to full life and ruins the killer's game experience).
I fully understand that this was necessary (though I don't like that change) but I am wondering upon what grounds the red mori stays at it is. When you speak of things that change a trial drastically the red mori should be the first one that comes to mind.
In some hands, that mori is just unfair. A (bad) killer who barely got one survivor on a hook (we are talking about average survivors, not the coordinated pro swf's) and who really doesn't deserve a 4k can get one with that offering easily.
I often hear the suggestion that the red mori (the yellow and green ones don't need to be changed) should be changed, so that the killer has to hook everyone at least once before he can start killing the survivors. This change could increase the use rate of the green mori, too. If I just wanna do my daily, I would just take the green one.
I play killer reguarly and if I take the red mori because I have that daily, I always try to hook everyone twice, so that they still had fun and I get more bloodpoints (as long as they don't annoy me or are about to escape).
Yes, I am a survivor main, but I'm interested in other opinions about this.
the balance change I have in mind for the Moris is that moris stay the same across the board BUT to use a mori you need to hook every survivor at least 1 time

Survivor main talking here.
Breakout for me is a op perk, because 20% is too fast for wiggle, if this perk is used on a swf, the others survs tank, the killer can literally make nothing, just one person tanking using breakout is enough for the carried survivor escape, for me this perk is gonna be nerfed to 10% wiggle bonus
pls rework balacing landing <3
😪
don't forget that you also get a hast effect to so dodging the killers M1's is easier since you are faster

Red ranks and the devs have said multiple times not to take the stats to heart but wait till he gets the new nerf and comes out on live even worse then before
don't forget about using the Oni's new perk on legion to make him broken, where if the survivor stuns you they become oblivious and the new obsession, then deep wound them and now they are screwed because of the oblivious

So we had a trapper who trapped both of the exit gates 1 gen left and he closed the hatch so its a 50/50 chance on him checking the gate im opening and if he doesnt i win right? nope because lets not forget the traps alert him so right when i disarm the trap i hear the terror radius so yep i go into hiding he comes back resets the trap and walks away. i went back disarmed it again and went to working on the gate until i heard the terror radius then i hid again he came back and put the trap back down again but this time stayed there and since there was like half a bar left on the egc i headed over to the other side and disarmed the trap and started working on that one and same occurance so i just kinda accepted my fate. RIP. (Im not asking for nerfs to trapper im kinda just frustrated because we did so good had 1 gen left and the last person died and he closed the hatch and i guess spent the time to trap the gates at the start of the game).
disarm 1 trap, go to the other disarm it then go back to the OG and disarm it again then open that gate, or if you REALLY want to mindgame, disarm, open until 1 light gets turned on then go for the other.

A 50% kill rate would be balanced. Meaning half your games are 4ks, half are 0k. Or, 2ks per game. Instead not a single killer is at 50%. All are above 60. And the highest, most complained about killers are in the 75% range. Is this not crystal clear now why survivors complain about OP killers? And now imagine if we had detail that showed 4 solos vs 4 man swfs. I’d reckon it looks even worse for solos. Probably 80-85% or worse. This game is heavily skewed toward killers.
75%!! This is a full 25% higher than it should be. And people wonder why survivors like to derank... it’s because the game is more balanced when higher level survivors play lower level killers. Thanks for releasing these stats Behaviour. I’m vindicated.
no.
yellow rank survivors and just survivors who don't understand what looping or even a PALLET IS. HEAVILY scew these numbers. I have been to yellow ranks when de ranking as killer. you could 4k 5 gen no perks clown easily against them. these survivors will not run to pallets they will pretty much do anything instead of gens, heck they will try to be a claudete the second they hear a terror radius. heck one time I even 4k 5 genned with spirit WITHOUT using her power against yellow ranks. don't punish killers because some survivors don't know how to play the game

I think alot of people can agree that keys and mori’s in their current state are pretty broken and unfun to go against. So here are my ideas on how to rework both of them.
Keys:
once the survivor holding the key gets hit by a basic attack X amounts of times, that key becomes broken and is unable to unlock black locks.
i’m thinking it will be 2 hits for green keys, 4 for purple keys and 6 for pink keys. There should also be add-on’s that can increase the durability with the max being 2
Mori’s:
yellow mori:
allows you to kill 1 survivor who’s on their final hook
green mori:
allows you to kill all survivors who are on their final hook
pink mori:
allows you to kill 1 survivor who has been hooked once
Let me know what you think of these changes.
if you have moris only be able to be used on someones final hook the time it takes to hook them will be more time efficient that using a mori. here is a change that will make moris fine
You can't use your Mori until EVERYONE has been hooked at least one time
that is the only change they need. keys are a much different story
