We've all had it happen to where we're on the hook and, even though the killer leaves us, our fellow teammates are too scared to come for the save. It's annoying but in the end I still don't get mad. I didn't pay for their copy of the game so let them play it as cowardly as they want. At that rate, even if I die, it's likely that I rake in more bloodpoints than them. But I still sure as hell wouldn't rage message them.
Yup. Completely understand. I gotten a camping Leatherace on the Jigsaw map, he brought in any ebony mori, and literally all he did for the entire game is hook someone and then sit in the corner with insidious and wait for someone to come unhook them just for him to use his chainsaw and mori the hooked person. Then It was down to me and one person who was on the hook, and while he was sitting there camping, I found the hatch and stayed there until they died, and then all of a sudden I get a message pop up on my screen from the Leatherface saying “COME GET THEM, TF.” I sat there and laughed for a minute straight because it was so childish.
Ohh Leatherfaces sure do love their Insidious. Lmao... what did he expect you to be like "okie dokie, omw!"

This may be a game, but it was intended for a mature audience. So quit acting like a child.A survivor bringing an item, playing swf or wearing p3 outfits is not an excuse for lobby dodging. They have every right to play the game fairly by utilizing these options given to them. The only reason a survivor would switch an item at the last second is because they're used to seeing terrified sissies dodging them the second they enter a lobby. So it looks to me like you're in no position to whine considering you're part of your own problem. 💁♀️
Dont put words in my mouth or are you lacking reading comprehension skills? Where did i say that i dodge P3 outfits? You cant even read yet accuse me of...what was it...ah yes..lacking common sense. Well, at least i can read. You obviously cant.
I said it's not an excuse for lobby dodging. Where did I specifically accuse you of doing it yourself? If you're going to attempt to call someone out for lack of reading skills, and even quote them on your post, perhaps you should actually read what they said first.
Tsk. Tsk.

I filter SWF and too many flashlights, only. That is it. No more. Was this game meant to have 4 people using voice coms to coordinate? Please tell me.Considered they implemented SWF, which allows parties of 4 people, yes.
@Envees said:
Till they address the imbalance that multiple people with coms cause i will dodge. Think i am the only one? Think again. Most killers do this.I already pointed out you're not the only one, hence the reason why survivors must rely on tactics such as switching their item at the last second in the lobby.
So to sum it all up, it's clear that you want the odds to remain in your favor. If anybody or anything risks to challenge that, you flail your arms in the air as you run away whimpering. In this game items and offerings will help you drastically, as will obviously coordinating with your friends through the mic, but it all boils down to one thing in the end: Skill.
Along with common sense, that's clearly a trait you lack.
Anybody can say what you did. Post a youtube video of you smashing a 4 man crew who are very good. Lets see it! Post your clip. Till then its just lip service.
Till then you are just a big mouth with nothing to back it up. As in a pathetic liar.
First of all, when did I say I got 4k? Second, even if I did, I don't have to show you a thing buddy.
Cute attempt at twisting my words though, I'll give you that. Now don't let that aching butthurt distract you from the fact that you have yet to make a single valid point in this entire thread, hence why you chose to ignore every logical thing I just told you and started relying on names and accusations to ease your poor little triggered soul.
It's okay, child. Life will go on.

Haha nice joke. Every time some survivor unhooks while I am still close and I down the saved guy, then I am called out for tunneling.Salty survivors will call you out for tunneling/camping even if you aren't guilty of it. That doesn't change the definitions of those terms.
@Master said:
And yes if there is a wounded survivor somewhere and even if the chase would last 5 minutes, I only need one hit. Chasing the other idiot who is clicking with his flashlight at me woudl require 3 hits to down him, why should I do that?It's adorable that you're tossing out all these what-if scenarios but we all know that not every match plays out the same. I already said that there are the occasion situations where, yeah, tunneling or even camping would be the best move. But if you heavily rely on those tactics every match, then you need to rethink your strategy.
@Master said:
If I allow a survivor to distract me long enough for others to do gens, then its my fault?Yup. Pretty much. 👏

What about something based on the Winchester mansion? Rooms and corridors could spawn in different locations each trial.

Halloween 2 Myers mask with blood dripping from his eyes. I always thought it would've made a great P3 reward!

That's badass! Sucks we won't be seeing anything similar to that in the game.

The game forces you to camp and tunnel tbf. It's not the killers fault, it's the devs fault.Wrong. There are the occasional situations in which camping/tunneling may play out as the best move, but for the most part those are poorly executed tactics by either salty or inexperienced killers (usually a nice little mixture of both) and in the end will cost them a huge chunk of BP compared to if they actually played the game with the slightest fraction of skill.
Tunneling is always the best move, explain a situation where it is not most effective please

Tunneling implies that you are zeroed in on one survivor and you're ignoring everything and everyone just to ensure—or hope really—you can catch them. If it was a simple chase that lasted less than a minute or two, it wouldn't be considered tunneling, but if you allow a survivor to distract you for longer than that while the others are completing objectives... Well, I guess that's a strategy. Just not a good one.

Nice! PS4 player here so I've yet to start my grind

So do you get rewards other than the shards when you level up? -
I'm terribly sorry for your loss.

But wouldn't that make it too easy for the killer to drag you to a hook, then pick you up and toss you on it?

The new leveling system should have new rewards, for two obvious reasons: Incentive to keep playing and rewarding devout players.
We are referring to the rewards simply being exclusive skins/cosmetics, not something that would alter the gameplay or give an advantage to the player. Again, if you don't have the time or don't want to spend the time to unlock them, that's all you. But, regardless, everyone would have the same opportunity to earn them.
-
Survivors that hold you to ridiculous obligations. For ex: Down to the last 2 survivors and Michael in Tier 3 is facecamping your teammate on the hook but if you don't attempt to save them = rage message.

@FreakingFresh said:
So you are suggesting to make an exclusive skin that would be very common in a season or two (cause there's lots of players who spend at least a hundred hours a month playing DBD) that will be a pain in the ass to get for someone who loves DBD but can't spend much time on it even if they had hundreds of hours before? Yeah, that's a terrible idea... There should be rewards for those who devote their time to the game. If you can't or don't want to spend the time to unlock an item that is nothing but a cosmetic then oh well. Something tells me you'll live.

Good luck with your future endeavors.
