Just what? If I help my dad he might gonna give the game dbd for switch for me and it's just today. I don't wanna get my hopes up though. I've waiting at this time to get it because I was playing fortnite all the time on switch and that game was annoying me #ToxicCommunity.
Hopefully that I can come to the fog once again and I just wanna know that I'm touched with this celebration.
Have you not played it before? For now, i think it's available on play store for your phone or tablet?
Obviously nowhere close to the consoles. But have a whirl on it βΊ

The same could be said about the pigs traps. Annoying doesnΒ΄t mean OP. Its just a matter of adapting to each killer.
Ah yeah those traps man. I swear that's the only thing that's annoying.
Especially when you take it off and she's instantly at the spot you are. Almost like you actually want that thing on your face π

Good thing they nerfed Freddy, now every one of these 20 posts a day about nerfing him will be about nerfing Spirit instead.
Makes me wonder who will they want to be nerfed after spirit, any bets?
Yeah I didn't understand the problem with Freddy he was pretty easy to go against. I usually just stayed in the dream for a bit to determine how close he was by the volume of the music. Even in chases I found him pretty easy to escape. I'm having issues with Billy and spirit at the moment tbh. I feel like unless I'm using Meg and her lithe and sprint burst, it's easier just to stand still with Billy and just take a spanking and hook. Yeah he dont turn as easy as we do but he's insanely quick. It's an instant sigh if I'm against either one of those 2.

Pigs kill rate is higher. Pig OP?
Nah man pigs alright the way she is. She's a pain in my butt but she's cool to go against. Spirit on the other hand is annoying asf! Can't understand how anyone who's played against her can't see any issues with her if I'm honest..
-
Borrowed Time.
It's useful in some ways, unless of course you try and play it close to the chest infront of the killers face. They tend to get annoyed with that and sandbag my ass before I get the unhook π

Stealth killers are strongest in indoor maps, every other killer hates those maps.
My favorite is ghostface on midwich or myers and pig on lerys. I hardly lose a game with them on those maps.
I had a terrible day with pig yesterday honestly!! Like without running bbq she always seemed to know where I was, and I wasn't injured, only to realise whilst i turned my cam round as i got to a gen she was actually following me but crouching π³π
I messaged the dude afterwards laughing, and said "my god how long were you following me " the reply was "5.minutes, why you being toxic?"... was just a general question and did have laughing emojis to go with that message. Even said gg and n well played too, but apparently that's not okay anymore. I find Michael easier than GF and pig I dunno why. I think its because he's my killer main so have the experience of what he's like stealth wise?
-
@HollowsGrief said:
Because she isn't overpowered and doesn't have an overly high kill rate?
You joking? π
-
Yeah indoor maps really suck for new survivors. I've played for a while now and it's still confuses my head. I find the laboratory map a bit harder than midwich.
If you got the deja vu perk I find running that is helpful, it detects the closest gen auras for you.
-
Pretty cool, but don't the gens randomise? I kinda feel like everytime I play on maps to go for a gen that's usually there it's not π
-
Sluzzy man πππ
Once again a bait post to trigger the snowflakes. Good job π€¦ββοΈ
Just swap sides get both experiences.
Or if I start getting vexed I clearly need to switch the game. I've never seen so many people take a game so seriously ... π
-
It's one of those games where which ever side you're on something doesn't fit right. Either way you look at it both sides equally need changes.
Hand on heart though I can't remember the last time I mailed just one side.
-
Not rule breaking but it is a crappy game play. I usually just crawl away as far and secluded as I can to avoid being hooked and leave them wasting time tryna find me on the map.

It saves you 16-32 seconds, as evidenced by all the swf teams that use it.
Adrenaline is a perk that rewards you for actual gen rushing. IE, not doing anything but gens. That's honestly it's only purpose is to make sure you get a free heal in time for the endgame. It's speed boost is a complete non-factor.
Edit: 16-32 seconds at bare minimum, assuming the killer didn't have a slowdown perk in play.
Oh I gotcha now
-
@MadLordJack said:
Adrenaline is a genrush perk that prevents you from using Exhaustion perks in the endgameΒ unless it drags on too long. Sprint Burst is an extremely powerful Exhaustion perk that gives you nearly free distance on the killer at the low cost of a little micromanaging. Both are very strong. Far more commonly I see Adrenaline/Dead Hard, but there's no reason you can't use SB.
Oh i haven't noticed any difference on gens when I used it π€ odd it being a gen rush perk if I don't see the difference π
-
@Kebek said:
Sprint burst is always great no matter what if you're using it properly.
Adrenaline on the other hand is extremely risky perk to use is solo que. In SWF it's extremely powerful because they can coordinate it and time gens around it.
I'd say if you were to pick only one, it's always sprint burst unless you're playing in SWF. Adrenaline is more of a meme perk in solo que as most of the time it won't do anything useful for you, it has it's moments where it's really good but those are rare.
Aww okay awesome I really wasn't sure as they both look pretty cool to have. I'm quite comfortable with meg at the moment especially with her being able to escape chases alot more easier. Where as I find my other characters really sloppy in chases but effective in other objectives.
-
Have you tried playing different game then if this one vexes you so much? π€
-
Agitation is the one you want pal.
-
Trapper I'd say, I find him fun but only on certain maps. I feel like he doesn't really fit in well with the new maps or Haddonfield though if I'm honest.
Saying that I don't think ANY killer or survivor suits haddonfield well.

Everyone thinks Billy is OP when they first start out. Heck, I used to. I couldn't comprehend why a killer would have near infinite mobilty and instadowns meanwhile I'm playing Micheal with his no mobility and timed 1 shot.
I changed my tune very quickly when I started going against good survivors and realised Micheal was the problem.
You have a fair point pal.
But PLEASE..... don't put my babe down π Michael's the master of horror π

...No. They're not meant to keep up with Billy, and Billy can't turn as well as the Survivors, so juke him instead of trying to out run him.
Ooh that's not a bad idea didn't think of that.
Top man β‘
Even though that sounds incredibly sarcastic I genuinely mean that. X
-
@Power_Guy said:
As far as I am aware, all Survivors move at the same base speed. And no, Survivors don't need a base speed increase. That would dragon out chases when every second counts as it is.
I think survivors do when it comes to billys speed. A 50mph killer and a 10mph survivor. Doesn't really cut it.
-
@Parallax said:
Get behind cover when you see billy revving his chainsaw. Billy cant turn very well after starting a chainsaw spring, so changing direction helps in open areas.
When Billy initially starts a chainsaw sprint, he will be able to make a quick 90 degree turn, so keep that in mind.
When having trouble against a killer, I find it helpful to play the killer so that I can learn their strengths and weaknesses.
Oh I play Michael main and adorable bubba... but havent tried Billy yet. Might give him a go. I mean he's cool with his perks don't get me wrong it's a struggle having a survivor running 10 mph and a killer that runs 50 π

I was wondering what everyone thought of Wraith now that he has been buffed for a bit.
He definetly is viable now to play as which is nice. I do a little bit wonder if he is too good or not though. I havent used him enough to entirely form an opinion but I've had a lot of early game 4ks with him since his buffs.
I don't feel too strongly about him one way or another honestly
Nope still ringing that bell like a total spaz chasing around the map π³ and still annoying asf. Not much difference really.

I cant see because of the sunlight, the corn is to fat and large, and its still survivor sided.
How an earth is that map survivor sided? Its broad daylight π surely that would make it easier for you as a killer.
Its just a new map you'll have to practice on. So many times have I run out infront of trapper today like ππ
Change is good, and I don't think they've done too bad of a job with it tbh.

There is definitely a chance for it to come again!
and even if you reach lvl 50, you donβt need to prestige if you donβt want to. You can still progress through bloodwebs and will get new ones, just the level itself will not count up anymore!
Aww thankyouu β‘ i thought you had to prestige to carry on the blood Web. That's what I did with my first survivor Kate π and lost everything ! Now I know I can carry on the blood Web to get teachable this was a big help, thankyou x
-
@Mandy said:
This is the joy of RNG I'm afraid. The perks can show up completely randomly. On Yun-Jin, Dead Hard was one of my last perks to get - that's well over a 100 levels as I have every perk on every survivor so all teachables as well.
@Gladonos said:
Your mistake is playing multiple survivors.
Survivor grind is super easy because I have never and will never play anyone besides my beloved Feng. I grind a char to level 40 then just level Feng 6 times for the 3 teachable perks. Rinse and repeat.
Killer grind on the other hand is god awful. I am trying to be very strategic and make sure I know exactly what I want and don't want less I end up with 50 garbage perks that each have 3 tiers that I have to grind through for every single killer. That is why I am playing only Spirit and made sure to grab all the meta perks for her before I begin the awful grind for Hag, Freddy, Doc and Trickster. Which I have yet to start because it is so intimidating.
Awww cheers man i didn't know you can carry on the blood Web lol il try that I've most of my survivors on level 50, I like to change characters and try new ones out just to see what each perk does. Don't really like sticking to the same ones. This was a big help thankyou x
-
Ohh I'm so sick of carrying first aid boxes π like I feel like I'm targeted most of the time by the killers because of those things I carry.
Il keep trying, if I have missed it by off chance is there a chance it'll come back or high chance il need to prestige and start over. I'm sitting here like she's 3 stages from being level 50 and haven't seen it ππ

My favorite people are the one's that go in lockers as soon as I hook someone, and you see them go in the locker, and they are still in it when you go there. That's the best moments in my opinion.
πππ can't tell you how many times I've done that when I first played, then I'm captured over bubbas shoulder like "yeah why did I make that move and why didn't I just leave that locker?" Got so annoyed at myself!

I think BBQ is one of the more solid tracking perks. Most people don't know how to really counter it that well. That's why there's a lot of survivors that complain about it. Even though it's the most healthy perk for killer. If people learned to counter it better I think people would see. You should give Trickster a try though he is quite a fun killer to play, and when you get really good at him he becomes a pretty decent killer not the best ever, but low b tier.
Oh absolutely... I'm not gonna lie to you I've complained about bbq when I first started playing only because I had no idea how to counter it. Does take some time to get the hang of but survivors get used to it. Obviously running Kindred is a perk that does counter the bbq quite well? Just need to get out the aura range quick enough and be smart about the moves. Most survivors I've seen will hide in the only locker in that radius π€¦ββοΈ and still complain of how and why they got caught? Like, you're hiding in the most obvious place. Only locker in the area and you hide there... First place they gonna check mate π

I do just fine with bbq on him. Most players just don't know how to use bbq on him properly along with most of the 4.4 killers. You just gotta predict mainly where the person is going to go. It's pretty solid on him in my opinion. Plus it feeds my addiction lol.
Yeah I admit have bubba and he's got the bbq add on... its just getting used to running it? As him only is the one I use it for. Haven't used trickster yet as I haven't brought his DLC yet. Its quite complicated for me to get my nut around, but as I've said i literally only run it if I'm using bubba. I feel it takes the tension away, I like find the survivors myself and not go by a give away aura? Michael's my "main babe" anyway.
When playing as survivor though I'm the master of bbq counters. π I sort of know if he or she is using it or not now.

I don't know why I literally spend all my bloodpoints on him. Also don't mind the melodious murder low count... I use it all the time, and the bloodweb hates me.
Yeah I'd hate to go up against you son! π³π
That bbq perk though! π How's the chases getting on? Everytime he has bbq on I swear I'm already gone from where i was by the time he even gets go that location. Gaaals not messing around for that.

Myers needs too long to get out of T1. He has a really bad early game. His T3 is not threatening enough and theres a limit how long you can stalk someone. Compare that with Oni.
I mean I'm not gonna lie i disagree with his T3 not being threatening enough.
Have you not seen how quick the geezer is? Michael's a mad man. His chase music gets me everytime! Forget about me playing the game for several years π³π

If the killer tries to play nice and farm or goof off with other survivors, that's fine by me. But if I choose not to participate, and I continue to play the game normally, I will report survivors/killers for working together if they go out of their way to rat out my location and/or sandbag me.
But why would you not participate in a bit of banter and some goofing around? Please tell me you're not that type of player that literally must do gens and get out quickly? .... see loads of survivors kill to have a bit of banter with killers and some fun, and when they are doing just exactly that turns out the survivors are too hard serious and complain the killers being nice and friendly. And they'll also get reported or toxicity for being a complete rat during the match.
Poor killers can't win these days.
And yes I'm talking behalf of BOTH ROLES.
Gosh, some players need to get a grip. And don't put yourself in a sandbag situation and be too serious with the game. Let your hair down and laugh you're are entitled to that sir. Don't get many friendly killers out there, so dig the matches you do and make the most of them.

So I opened this topic cause Im not sure if its bannable. I like chilling with survivors and sometimes I just feel empathy to bad survivors let them escape and sometimes I only kill 1 person and let others go is this bannable ? At the other times I just watch survivors to scare them with myers but I only watch them without stalking is this bannable ?
Why would being a fair killer be bannable? I shouldn't imagine it would be seeing as it's a game of play how you wanna play.
If anyone was to report you for it then it more than likely be the one you've hooked or the fact someone doesn't like you being a softy... either that or definitely taking the game too seriously.

Yh they are strong. I win quite often against both of them, but thats bc i have a lot more hours then the average killer. If its a good spirit with stridor i cant win in solo que.
Exactly how many hours as we talking about? Yeah even being in an swf though she's still pretty hard. Having said that I barely go into it with swf because I just prefer to go at it alone. Don't enjoy hearing fluent dbd, find it takes the fun away. I like not knowing I'm safe, and not knowing where the killer is ... if that makes sense.

Nah those 2 are ridiculous. It's literally an instant sigh with them, you know its never gonna be a fun match or half the time a no escape. I've only ever got out 3 times if that against spirit. Rest of the games it's literally a 4 gens left and we're all done.
