NOED because it's annoying to work hard in a match(yes I do bones too only to get screwed over at the last second. also most killers who run it don't let a match reach endgame so.

I was playing as the pig and I had a Steve pinned between me and a closed exit gate. the other one was open but he was so focused on opening that gate that the EGC killed him

I was never mad about the HUD, I thought it was just a stupid argument because people needed something to complain about.

I´d love to be able to personalize my lobby. We had some great event lobbies in the past. With cool music. I´d love to have that all the time.
I would love that Idea. then I could mix my lobby up every once and a while. I loved the Silent Hill Lobby. maybe the Demos lobby.
that would be a great idea. I wish you could do the same with the games intro cutscene. but that might be asking a bit much,

As killer? Not a whole lot. People that just sit at the exit gates, I guess. Ushering a set of survivors out of one gate just to have to trudge to the other to get the other set out is fairly tedious.
that's why I don't do that, I know they're at the other gate I don't care, I'll wait them out, they'll either leave or die

As Survivor: waiting so long to get into a game only to be tunneled out in the less then 5 mins and then be called trash. any killer that runs NOED when they clearly don't need it.
As Killer: playing against a team that doesn't realize you're just playing for fun and has the must win at all costs attitude. I'm not tunneling or camping you're just played fool if you don't. and if you do you get the same result. playing killer feels like a chore. You do bad in a match you get made fun of you do good in a match, you get insulted. I'm glad I mostly play on console so I don't have to see that.
oh and when a whole team DC's on you so one person can get the hatch.

Anyone who has TTV in their name. I'm not playing the game to entertain their stream and the fact that they play toxic and annoying as hell just for that I don't like.

Self care isn't a bad perk per say. I prefer inner strength. It's faster and you actually need to do something that helps the match to activate it. Self care is good if you know that no one can help you at that point.
what annoys the hell out of me is when you see people self care right in front of you when you could heal them faster. but nope they're just gonna sit there and self care. or when they're self caring over in a corner and not coming to help you off a hook when the killer is nowhere near you

yeah speaking of a waste of space, I'm going on the free track as of now. On the free track you get 9 things total for 30 levels
at least on the paid track you get something for your work on BS challenges

Getting facecamped by a Bubba, ok, no problem. But the second he moves ( which includes M1 and M2 ) the effect of Insidious should stop.
But that's just logic, so i guess that doesn't fit in this game.

don't feel too bad, they're punishing survivors for AFK killers now. not like we have a choice in the matter.
you can no longer get chase points if the killers don't move.

Thing took me like 20 minutes and then at the end they wanted me to spend another 5 minutes booting up DBD and getting that ridiculously long ID code. Honestly if they're gonna start asking for your ID they need to start rewarding people for doing these surveys. Or make them much shorter

It's a matter of selective attention. But mainly the title is relevant in that it introduces the issue at hand. It's not my fault users refuse to read the whole first post of the thread.
I did read the whole thing and what I took from it was
"I don't think it's fair that people get banned for a DC from a game and should be able to do it whenever they want. look what happened to me."

The original post highlighted the unjust ban to further open up about a bigger topic. It is on you and others to decide to care for that part of the conversation instead being only fixated on my ban specifically. And most people are to lazy to read, so they choose the latter.
If you were using the topic to open up a greater conversation maybe you shouldn't have had I got a 5 hr ban in the title.
of course I'm going to focus on that. and every time anyone tells you that it's your fault for the situation you claim they're not listening and that it's the devs problem or the games fault for your poop choices

I'll repeat the same response.
If youre waiting for 10+ minutes for a lobby, that's another problem in its self. And most times, as devs said in a late stream, there are not enough players for survivor or killer during certain times. And so I can argue that you are playing at inappropriate(or late hour) times. That is the players fault for choosing that time to play.
and I'll repeat what I said to you then, If you're getting a five hour ban for Dcing you're doing it far more then you really should be. the devs have also said that the DC penalties are there for a reason, the more you do it the longer they get. so there's a very simple solution to the problem really. Stop Disconnecting from games period. it's that simple, no extra effort needed, if you can't do that then enjoy the bans as they longer and longer. the game wont miss you

10 to 20 minutes in some cases. It takes a while to find a match most of the time and it ending because you decide to DC is pointless.

How is a match ending immediately after a DC wasting a player's time? It's not like players spend hours finding a match either.
It's wasting the players time because they weren't the ones who DC. they shouldn't be punished just because you decide to bail on a match because you don't like it.
I'm using you as an example only since you're the one who feels that you shouldn't be punished for disconnects and giving the impression that you feel you should be able to do it any time without consequence.

It shouldn't matter. If I said I was banned for 3 or 12 minutes of said reason, no one would blink an eye.
Imagine DCing twice because of bad matches. Then DCing twice again because of game crashes. You'll end up with a hour ban. Is that fair? Is that justified?
If you're up to five hours, you're DCing far more then you're letting on. Yes it does mater how many times you do it regardless of the reasons.
Internet and PC problems shouldn't add up to 5 hours. This means that you've disconnected a lot of times for selfish reasons. a bad match is no reason to DC other then you being upset.
You've got no one to blame for this other then yourself. sure it's not the best solution and could be better but if you didn't DC every time something went bad it wouldn't be such a big issue.

from what I understand, being a fog whisperer is pure marketing for DBD. it's meant to get the game out there they're not QA or testers

what was the point of updating the animations if they just reverted most of them within 2 weeks.
I know the running injured animation looked kinda weird but it feels like they went back because people didn't like that they couldn't use old tricks anymore. and I do mean tricks because that's what they were.

It's not just red ranks I needed the 3 iri emblems to even get a pip at rank 16. oh and if someone DC's before the match starts there goes the pip I just got.

360's were already pretty much BS to begin with but a wiff is a miss a survivor can't really do that. the juke makes sense though.

I noticed that too they changed the order of the emblems and sometimes the emblems don't even show up even if they should.
I'm just chalking this up to another broken aspect of the game that came with the update. some things were not broken why try to fix them?

there's no word on that, though I'm intrigued by your hatred of it. It's not really that big a deal. you get blood points for a rank range and it resets, also that's the way it was when the game first came out minus the blood points.

that can happen, they're trying to be entertaining to an audience that you as a player aren't part of.
I think putting TTV in your name is a bad idea, all it does is paint a target on your back. I know it's kind of lame but if I choose to play killer and I see TTV in a name they're the first person I go for.

the rift pass is premium track, it has different things on it and you get both levels when you unlock rift levels.
the premium track contains free auric cells too. and the farther you get along the rift the less you'll get on the free track. It's worth it if you want the outfits on it. if you don't care it's not.

Yeah the new HUD definitely needs some tweaks to it, but it doesn't need to be dropped entirely.
The hitboxes are kind of broken though, I'm sure the devs are aware of it by this point.
The animations are fine even if some of them look weird.
The thing that makes me facepalm the most is that this game is rated M, meant for people at least 17 and up, yet some of the most vocal of us act like 6 year old kids on a playground.

Someone compared this community to fortnite, the difference is Fortnite is targeted to kids, this game isn't.
