as the title asks ahould tunnel killers and face camping killers be banned because this basically takes over the game for a certain survivor or each at one point, because you cannot do anything you cannot do a gen or heal because the killer is constantly chasing and hooking you, now ik there are perks to counter this but new players cannot use these, so it ruins the game for new people, as a player base lets show the developers with a vote what we want.

Well that explains a lot

Not like that. At least with camping it’s a 50/50 because you either get a kill or all survivors escape. There’s nothing you can do in this situation AS SURVIVOR which I think that’s the point you’re not getting.
If your friend hadn't stepped on trails this would not have happened. Sounds like he needs to be more aware of torment.

After playing TF2 for so long DBD's $5 glorified pallete swaps are a joke
I could buy a light beige recolor of the Nurse.... or I could buy an entire chapter/a new game
-
Ghostface is best stun but Myers is good too
-
Cosmetics are ludicrously overpriced in this game for being glorified color swaps.
Maybe once I build up tens of thousands of shards I'll buy a few but for now I'm fine with default/free rift.

Ol' reliable

Dead Hard is the second strongest exhaustion perk if used correctly.
The only situation in which DH should be used for invincibility is against ranged killers, otherwise it is very powerful for extending loops.
If you end up exhausted on the ground odds are you didn't use it right.

Good survivors know that their main objective is drawing you away from generators and wasting your time; even committing to one chase can forfeit your 3-gen if they hold W.
My main advice is to stop caring about the first few generators and try to think about the late game. If you let survivors pick and choose their locations you'll have a really hard time keeping up pressure.
Run Pop, play like Hag, win games.

I would bet my right arm that no perk on either side comes close to the frequency of use of BBQ. The aura read while seems minuscule to most people is huge amount of information for killers. Map awareness is key to guaranteeing a victory. Killer mains have no grounds to discuss why survivors pick the perks they do when they are stuck in a rut picking the same perks every match.
BBQ isn't that great of a perk outside of the bonus bloodpoints, why would I see far away survivors for a short period of time only after a hook when I could run perks that:
- Passively block off the 3 furthest generators, forcing survivors to converge on the killer's location and preserving a 3-gen for later
- Reveal nearby survivors after every single down, making snowballs consistent and maintaining pressure
- Track healing survivors, allowing the killer to capitalize on abandoned chases and Borrowed Time gamers
Dropping all your pressure to go after a BBQ'd survivor is a terrible idea on most killers and is just begging good survivors to yoink your 3-gen from under you

Everybody except for Tru3

That is an incredibly misleading title

Would you rather remove Object of Obsession and buff Decisive Strike, or remove Decisive Strike and buff Object of Obsession?
Imagine if you were given this option.
Killers:
Remove Object, no question

Love how every word unde the sun is being used instead of the word camp.
Defensive = campy
Territorial = campy
Just say you camp with her and be done with it.
Zzzz
So how do you suggest Hag should be played if defending gens is "camping"?

Trapper; stepping in bear traps makes me feel like a rank 21.
They should still buff Trapper though, he and Wraith are almost entirely reliant on addons.
-
Addons are stronger than his actual power
-
None of the above
Make Trapper, Wraith, and possibly Ghostface less addon reliant and give the first two a buff
-
As Doctor it's better to chase as a normal M1 killer for most loops, only shock once the pallet is dropped to keep them on one side or to prevent them from reaching strong windows.
If you shock a survivor waiting to vault shack pallet from the window and then immediately vault you will have enough time to smack them, so leaving god pallet up can actually net you some hits.

Idk I wouldn't mind Tru3 getting a break from DBD, he seems pretty upset with chat these days
-
-
Trick question;
It's Nurse mid-blink with a max speed of 333%
-
Gee, who would've guessed a guy who literally plays DBD as his full-time job would be better than the average player
-
What
-
Use lockers to block BBQ or Doctor's static blast
Otherwise you don't need to jump in a cabinet to hide, just go behind a rock and crouch or something so that you are able to move freely instead of being stuck in an insta-down deathtrap
If you really want to hide in lockers then use Iron Will
-
Not exactly optimal but sometimes when I'm bored I run Amanda's Letter + Last Will
Slug 2 survivors, trap them, and go stand in front of one Jigsaw box
Odds are you'll get at least 1 head pop, maybe 2 and it's fun seeing everyone gather around you once they realize what you're doing
-
If Object of Obsession was an option I would pick that
-
Why does nobody on these forums understand how polls work
You can't make 4 extremely specific negative options, one broad positive option, and "other"
Whether intentional or not a poll where some votes are split between many similar choices and some aren't is inherently weighted towards the more general choices
-
His best addon is brown
That's a problem
-
My favorite part is the new pallets that drop my frames to 12 when they break
-
There's a lot more to learn seeing a good killer play than watching xXsUrViV0rMa1nXx spin rank 20 Billies and hold M1.
-
No Mither, Self-Care, Inner Strength, For The People is a good build I use a lot.

Doing the harvester tech without swinging and actually downing someone with it

Dark Devotion is fun

You can escape as killer by lunging along the rock's side
The real problem with this spot is that killers can abuse it by dropping downed survivors there
-
I find it pretty difficult to take a guy who labels anyone with differing opinions "unintelligent" and "pushing a narrative" seriously
Every time he gets called out his primary response is personal attacks or banning "survivor mains" from chat
He seems like a decent guy and I respect his game knowledge, but censorship can't win you arguments
-
That's not practical from a business standpoint.
Shards are there to make the game 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 not full of paywalls but of course getting all the perks and non-licensed killers with just shards is completely unfeasible; because BHVR is a company and the point of a company is to make money.
-
Ghostface stomps low ranks because he combines insta-downs and stealth, two things beginners have a lot of trouble with
Otherwise Ghosty is definitely a high tier killer; not at the level of Nurse/Spirit but he is undoubtedly the best stealth killer
-
Haha 99'd survivor go

Hey just wanted to make one comment on every reply so far:
It doesn't matter if you "avoided" DS by patrolling gens instead of capitalizing on pressure
It doesn't matter if you take the time to down unhookers instead of unhooked survivors and prevent getting Decisived
Any way you slice it survivors with DS will always get insane value out of the perk because it forces you to play killer inefficiently and go for non-vulnerable targets regardless of whether or not that involves getting a piece of glass in your shoulder.
-
Yeah dude just make survivor perks completely trump killer perks even when there are 16 of them in a match as opposed to 4 on killer side
Seems balanced to me, especially when Iron Will is already a significantly better perk than Stridor outside of synergy with a single killer
-
@Babyyy_Boyy said:
It’s fine. I don’t see the problem with it. I use it in SWF and Solo if I feel like it because it lets you know when the killer is headed your way and if you’re in a dead zone you have a few extra seconds to leave.
If by "A few extra seconds" you mean potentially an entire map's length away for you and anyone on comms with you then okay go off
-
They removed MMR because it wasn't working
The reason matchmaking is way better now is because there's a huge pool of players to pull from every rank.
Same reason why killer queues are instant and survivor queues are longer now; everyone on console plays survivor because killer with controller is awful.
-
They need to implement a more complex DC penalty that punishes survivors for killing themselves on hook, otherwise it only affects killers.
-
As killer you can lunge sideways along the rock's edge to escape and it's possible to pick up survivors without entering 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘥
Survivors without sprint burst/dead hard/adrenaline are screwed though
-
Also map offerings, lots and lots of map offerings even non-haddonfield/ormond ones.
-
Where is Freddy?
-
Playing killers that punish BM is good for restoring sanity after playing match after match against these people.
In my experience Myers performs way past his actual strength in most matches because toxic survs will always clicky-clicky teabag on the other side of a pallet and feed you Evil.
-
Saw a baby Dweet get trapped twice in a row last night lol.
The killer can also get stuck in hills but you can escape by lunging along the long side of the rock where collision is normal. As far as I know survivors are just screwed.

Claud has a million different outfits since she's one of the original 4 but okay
