I went with meg was going to say gens if it was up there.

Even if you've got We'll Make it they run into the corner of the map and then stop at a dead zone.
Oh man I should have added gens but wasn't thinking about it at the time.
I also almost voted An injured survivor when you're trying to heal them so true sadly.

All of them are incorrect, its demos shred. Shred is the absolutely fastest thing in the whole game.
100% one of those guys. Instead of healing at the Hook, they run somewhere where it is not even safe and want to get healed.
4 survivors. With green brand new part toolboxes. Gen rushing.
Disconnects before the game even started are surely the fastest ones.
If you run both Compound Twenty-One and Compound Thirty-Three on the Blight, his last lethal rush is faster than the Hillbilly with both engravings, clocking in at 289% extra speed. Of course the Nurse blinking and the Demogorgon shredding move faster than this, but the Blight still has the fastest "maintainable" movement speed.

I suspect it would be a Killer moving at 134%, i.e. using Play With Your Food and getting three stacks, and triggering a Perk like Noed which adds another 4%. There might be a few other Perks to get even faster, but off the top of my head this is what came to me.

To my knowledge:
Technically demo is fastest, but only over very short distances. Alchemist with the bounce speed add-ons becomes fastest over longer distances after 4 bounces.
