They are most likely bugged.
Btw. Scratchmarks are bugged for Legion anyway, they need to wait for like 2-3 seconds for them to appear when they (Legion) leave Frenzy mode. -

F13 is a different story, Last Year is way better, fun and polished than F13 and DbD combined.

I think people get confused when someone says that the devs should play their own game.
Of course devs don't need to play their own game just like race car constructors don't do races. However, car constructors do have to make their product perfect or else their consumers will choose somebody else that does better job.
The problem is that there are not enough slasher type video games. This is almost the only game we have so they can say go and play civ 5 but after a couple of years later, there will be other games that the dbd players drawn to.
Before it is too late, they should get rid of their arrogant attitude and accept their mistakes. We were right when the spirit was released, I believe we are still right.
Last Year is coming, I'm looking forward to switch there from DbD, it looks way more polished and fun.

But their job was to make the game and maintain it, not play it. They have lives of their own to lead and can’t tell what a community of thousands want changed in their game because every individual wants something different. They don’t need to say it’s fun. They need to know their customers are having fun. Again, development of the game is their job. Playing the game for anything other than inspection would be a waste, I imagine. They have their lives to lead. I presume they can’t sit down like us, the customers, and get so worked up on the game. Why would they need to waste their private time, or waste any time in fact, playing a game that thousands do already? They’re the developers. They’ll get the data they need anyway to know whether the game is fun or not.
Ok let's say they need to have "know their customers are having fun" who they will do it by listening community in wicth survivors can be lounder. Oh i see they will use the data they have but wait those data are all wrong like the data that saw how many survivors get out alive. Thay need to play the game to know how it's work and what need to fix.
That sounds idiotic. They don’t prioritise the opinions of the survivors. They try to be as objective as they can. They already do a good enough job with what they had but if people had constructive criticism instead of just whining they might actually be able to change things efficiently.

Devs are full of themselves and listen only to one part of the community (Freddy says hello). They are not objective by any means. You did not hear what they say to us, do you can't really tell.

Go watch damnnohtml recent video, u can see how broken Legion is. He's absolutely skillles to play has nearly no counterplays in 1v1. The counterplay is genrush but every slow movement killer has this problem.
Also, can u name some streams/youtuber who r much better than tru3 and said this? Want to watch their statement aswellArdetha, ScottJund, TydeTyme and maybe Monto.
I don't remember what Zubat and Marth said, but you can check them out too, they probably think the same.

The answer is "No". People play it because there is no game like this. DbD's devs are too full of themselves and don't even play their own game, or respect their customers at least.
Just wait until Last Year's release, maybe some good people will start playing it instead of DbD.

But wouldn't legion work well as a distraction squad and while they was kept busy the others could capitalize on the damage they do and once the siege reaches night Freddy could decimate them in there sleep
Someone needs to prepare food, clean the fortress' quarters and warm beds taking care of all needs of our warriors needs.
The weakest will serve. Freddy is their chamberlain, the master of all servants, while Legion are his, ekhm, bitches.
