Yes, actually, because it's not feasible to do otherwise.
It's not feasible to individualize which rules and laws every single human being on the planet must follow depending on their past and present behavior, and personality.
It's not feasible to make sure every single one of the tens - maybe hundreds - of thousands of players have legitimate reasons for dodging or DCing.
It's not feasible because we do not live in a perfect world with unlimited resources at our disposal to do all that. The best you can hope for is that you minimize the probability of something going wrong, and that is exactly how justice works.
If you don't like that, then by all means, propose a feasible way to individualize which players can have access to which information. Or just admit that the devs can't monitor tens or maybe even hundreds of thousands of people across millions of trials to figure out which ones should have the information and which ones shouldn't, not to mention the absurd programming effort to create an infrastructure to allow that level of individualization.

So far, most disgusting killer ever. If you charge her power while it's in the powered-up state, but the power-up runs out, she will swallow her own vomit. You can literally hear the "gulp".

I live in the US but I have crap internet and am jealous of people who have above 10 mb/s.
The USA has some of the worst internet in the developed world. You pay too much for too little. I'd move to literally any other country if I were you.

There is an simple solution, just dont play legion or hostage doctor and people wont dc even a quarter as much. Because honestly, as someone who plays both killer and survivor I dont want to waste 30 minutes against a hostage doc or a legion who immediately breaks chase and follows or tunnels off hook. Furthermore if they suicide or DC they screw themselves over more than the killer by getting less or no points themselves.
We killers get more BP rn than survs anyways tbh.
Permitted gameplay is not a justification for DCing.

That’s what I mean, the main effect should be what’s different, that the point of upgrading the perks. Make the % of regression the same for all tiers, say 10%, but keep the main effect different as an incentive to upgrade it.
The main effect is the main reason why people use the perks. What's the point of tiers I and II if only tier III is useful?

The tiers are still different. They just made all tiers more consistent by providing the main effect across all tiers.

Do you know why the devs don't use UTC? I get that their own timezone is probably EST, but UTC is the basis upon which all timezones are defined (EST is UTC-5, for example) and would make it far easier for everyone not in EST to understand.

They still repaired a few generators (######### corn makes me lose what little sense of orientation I have, so I had some trouble finding them at first), but yeah, overall they were destroyed. Chases were quick and decisive, and everyone died after one hook (obviously).

@Orion I don’t think they really had a choice. There would be times where you couldn’t find a pallet anywhere or only one half of the map would have pallets.
That sounds like a problem with the way the maps are generated. That's not a reason to just vomit more pallets onto the maps.
