Nue Dying Light: for every sacrificed survivor, every other Survivor gets a penalty of 6/8/10% to Repair and Sabotage speed, as well as a bonus of 10/15/20% to altruistic action speed.
Remove the obsession, it doesn't eliminate tunneling but it does eliminate the focus on tunnelling.
Perfect, I'd change the numbers.
Repair is fine.
Altruistic is 2/4/6%, you get the bonus upon their death.

Iron Will, Lightweight, Quick and Quiet and the most important, Diversion.
All the other perks assist it and it helps you sneak away and lose the Killer and fake him.
Pop Goes the Weasel, Whispers, Surveillance and Monitor.
Gen stopping build. Get up close.

Very fun to play, especially with PGTW, stops chases almost insantly, strong and fun, rare.
ON the other hand, counterplay is not to get hit when she follows your sound and scratchmarks.

Pebbles aren't even strong, they are fun and I love the perk, don't get me wrong, but it's not worth limiting.

Not as good as Myers but you can play him like a better Wraith or just hit people into exposed, he has little to no loop potential.

You could have 2,000 hours, to me you're opinion is still nothing but any other players' opinion. Reworking them to do that won't work and screw their meaning over, just learn to play around it, they just need an add on rework and maybe a small QOL change or something. Most Leatherface players M1 anyway.

It could be something like Michael Myers outplays Laurie and escapes her traps she planned for years, which put her into an anxious and fear stricken state to where she feels her chances to stop Michael may not have any play over her survival, she is only doing the inevitable by using the last of her energy in a knife fight, he gets her family to leave while she would leave to confront Myers in a better spot. She ran through a set of woods after being stabbed in her right shoulder by Michael, she forced herself off the blade. Michael saw Laurie Strode run from her this time. This made his hand tighten around the handle of his blade. Laurie heard ominous breathing from all around her in the forest, she had to stay strong and resilient as a sole Survivor, she made it then, and she could make it now. She made it up to a highway, using that as her advantage. She waited for Michael to peak her head above the way she came, she was exhausted. Little did she know that was not the way Michael walked up.

If you use it for Spirit Phasing, go ahead, otherwise, why would you use a QOL perk over a perk that truly helps.

In their livestream, they announced their plan to work on Nurse, Doctor, Michael, Legion and 'the Chainsaw bros'. Not my words, theirs.
They wanna rework the add ons but I think some of Doctor's add ons might become basekit and I think he'll be receiving some QOL changes.
