Worrying Direction for Dead by Daylight
Pain Resonance, a slowdown perk that was meta before 6.1.0, and is still seeing use post 6.1.0, is getting buffed? Questionable, but not really important. What is important, is that to buff Pain Resonance, they brought back a meta perk interaction, because Merciless Storm would very occasionally be stronger than intended? And to do this, they nerfed Dead Man’s Switch?
So there was an unnecessary nerf to DMS, for the sake of an unnecessary buff PR, for the sake of nerfing a very niche scenario where MS was stronger. If Merciless Storm could happen multiple times on a single generator, perhaps this action would have been warranted, but it doesn’t. And considering that the bulk of 6.1.0 was intended to shake up the meta of multiple slowdowns and perk interactions, it seems very counter productive.
This change also sparks renewed concern over addressing the use of multiple slowdown perks. Before 6.1.0 hit live, Overcharge was nerfed significantly due to its potency when combined with Call of Brine. Which was and still is an odd change, when simply preventing the stacking of the two could have introduced more build variety without an unnecessary nerf to perk that individually was not a problem. The same could have been done to Thanatophobia and other similar perks i.e. Dying Light, Gift of Pain, Pentimento, etc. etc.. Doing so would increase perk variety and open up weaker perks for buffs that were previously ill advised.
The 6.1.2 update seems to be very counter productive of the goals of 6.1.0.
This update was baffling. They addressed maybe one thing people were complaining about and everything else was changes that nobody asked for while ignoring some of the issues people have been complaining about in the forums and on streams/YT channels since the last update.

Thanatophobia Rework
Each injured, dying, or hooked Survivor will now provide a 1/1.5/2% action speed penalty. If all four Survivors are either injured, dying, or hooked, Thanatophobia grants an additional 12% penalty to Survivors’ action speeds.
So after one survivor dies, the perk is nearly useless. In addition, you can only get good value with plague, legion and nurse.
I think this will mostly only be used on plague and legion though. They are kind of homogenizing perks.
It’s back to trash tier

It now increases aura reading time for any aura reading perks or abilities as well. It's no longer just a 10sec start of match waste of a slot.
You are correct - I forgot about that. My bad :)
-
Thana is useless once again. Well done, devs
-
No, it’s not overtuned. You get maybe one down from it if you have a highly mobile killer and you’re really lucky. Then you play the rest of the match with 3 perks.

Seeing as there is plenty of complaining, arguing, sarcasm and just general angst, I figure that we can try to be a bit more constructive and spitball ideas in hopes of improving the game. Please don't ask for nerfs for killers, this is just for giving solo some better quality of life.
- DS should be base-kit, go back to a 5 second stun and proc after both unhooks.
- Visual indicators of what perks teammates have. For example, I would like to run head on to help teammates during a chase. The problem is they have no way to know what I have planned and would think I'm just hiding. Perks should allow teammates to know whats up. So for head on, upon entering a locker, the doors will highlight or glow white to indicate that it's active, allowing players to have some better coordination that swfs have. Borrowed Time could let the perk holder have a blue aura as they get in range of the hook so everyone knows to let them do the unhook. These visual "buffs" would only be visible to survivors and killers should not be able to see them. I know it would be a lot of work, but the devs should really go over all the perks and see which ones would work best with indicators.
- Action icons. They said they were working on them and in typical Behaviour fashion, they put it on the back burner. This is ridiculous. While solo will never be on par with swf, they should get access to as much information that swf has. People will argue that buffing solo will buff swf, but this would do nothing with swf since they're already on coms and make call outs. Solo players are just as important as the other players and this habit of letting players suffer imbalances for extended periods of time needs to stop (remember how long it took them to nerf keys after they butchered moris (though they needed to be)).
- Cleansing totems and opening chest speeds should be reduced by 30 percent. Seeing as how the main objectives are longer and killers have ways to slow them down even more, one can argue that the side objectives don't need to be as long as they are. I would think that killers would rather have survivors off of gens for a short time cleansing some bones or looking for a broken key instead of have them power through gens. This would encourage them to do so.
- While I would like this to be a thing, it may be too strong, but I'd like some form of Kindred to be basekit. They can water it down like they did with the basekit BT and make it last 10 seconds or just stop showing the killers aura after 5 seconds.
- Harsher DC penalties. One of the most frustrating things for me is when I'm about 80% done with my first gen and all of a sudden a teammate DC's the moment they get downed. It's basically a loss after that because the game gets much easier for the killer. Some would argue that they shouldn't be forced to play a game they're not having fun with, and I would agree, which is why they should go play something other than DBD if they can't handle loss. It should be an hour ban after the first two or three DCs. The game should track all the serial dcers and just have match making start grouping them up all together.
- Basekit map marker. The glass bead add-on is a slept on tool that many people don't know exists. I've started using it to attract survivors to central gens in hopes of preventing a three-gen in endgame. While I found it funny when teammates would come and stare at it, twerk while standing in it, or point at it, I found it sad that they didn't know what it was. Good thing was they all eventually got the hint and started working on the gens I set it next to.
- Delete RpD.
- Nuke Poo Poo Bird Lady. Replace her with this
I think you have a lot of good ideas, but basekit DS seems a bit much without compensating killers accordingly. I’d be good with basekit DS if killers get basekit BBQ (with bonus BP restored as well) which would encouraging leaving the hook and hooking every survivor at least once.

I was relieved to see that the devs didn’t forget to make their trademark “change that nobody asked for” with MoM nerf. #########??

GOD WHY instead of reworking it in a good perk after so much time it was garbage now you are making it literally unusable PLEASE just lower the required hits to 2 and remove all these downsides, there is literally no reason for this murder.
LOL - classic BHVR: seeing complaints on forums about a ton of other issues, ignoring them all, and then making a change that nobody asked for 😂
I guess people have been complaining about Thana so at least they nerfed it a bit. But this MoM nerf is a complete joke.

I really Love the Update and the new Prestige Systeme and i understand Why they Has removed the BP Bonus from the Perks
but the Grind feels awful whitout the BP Bonus it takes Way to long to Prestige a Character
Before the Update i have get like 2 Prestige Level in a Day now i hv need like 2 Days to get my Nemesis to P3 because i Wanted his Level 3 Perks
Plz BHVR make the BP Bonus basekit
That would be great if bonus BP from those perks were basekit, but highly unlikely that will happen. I’d be plenty happy if the devs just undid the change to BBQ and WGLF. Nobody asked for those changes and the devs made up terrible excuses for them.

It also happened that last month during June it got its biggest gain ever of 17 000+.
I feel like this was one of the most hyped update yet that also was a big let down for a lot of players....
And no, I am not saying the game is dying, the avg player is still around 30-40K with peaks of 60K+ its just a bit worrying cause we only had this big hit of lost gain when SBMM was in its final phase before relase (Late August 2021-early September)
DBD is on a rough path right now, soloq has gotten more miserable. killer queues are still over 5 minutes no matter what time of the day u playing.
The perk grind is reduced but the actual grind is still the same, on top of it we still dont BP incentives active
cheaters running rampant
bugged killers
and much, much more. DBD need a pure health patch ASAP, it will benefit BHVR in the long term
Ugh - please stop quoting player numbers directly after an anniversary event that temporarily brought in a ton of players. You have to wait at least a month after the event ends to see if the numbers stay stable after the event ends or if they continue to fall. I’m not saying that there might not be a drop in the baseline number of players; I’m saying it’s too early to tell.
With that said, I agree with the other comments above about lack of motivation to play due to the BP bonuses being removed. Each match feels incredibly unrewarding and I have been playing less because of it.
-
@TheKissKing said:
makes sense to make up for the lack of bp and slower queue times. incentives were made to help with the grind but they arent here cuz of some mistake the devs accidentally overlooked, this makes the grind harder and players are suffering for something out of their control.
A lot of people have been asking for it, but highly unlikely it will happen. Devs know that the grind keeps people playing and they won’t change this unless they start losing players. It’s really frustrating because of all the hype around the “grind reduction”, which was not nearly as impactful as promised and actually made the grind worse for some players like myself.

There is a movement currently where players are deliberately either sacrificing themselves on hook, disconnecting or hacking in order to try to convince you, BHVR, into reverting the changes that were made back in 6.1.0.
This is problematic for multiple reasons, including the fact that it's ruining the games of normal players and streamers. Seeing people--who are, quite frankly, unskillful if they resort to this--do this to try to either manipulate statistics or try to completely force your hand into reverting this patch is abhorrent and shouldn't be tolerated.
That is why I made the title and put it in the main threads. This is an important message to the developers of the game, and I'm wishing this could be done as soon as possible.
Two months
- Two months where Survivors are incapable of doing the following actions:
- The ability to attempt self-unhooks unless Deliverance is currently active.
- The ability for skill checks to spawn in the Sacrifice Phase.
- The ability to disconnect from the game using the in-game Leave Match option.
This is a necessity in order to stop non-cheating players from attempting to ruin the match for everybody, and to catch people attempting to disconnect through other methods in order to get out of a match.
This would stop the attempted manipulation of statistics and stop the average complainer from trying to force you to make a rash decision (such as reverting the changes you've made), and would give you the ability to better monitor games under most circumstances.
Two months, too. Just disable these features for two months in an upcoming patch, maybe even longer. This game does not deserve what a vocal minority of people are attempting to do to it, so I'm urging this here.
Or at least asking you to please do something before this gets way out of hand.
Ok, let’s go ahead and do what you want. Survivors who want out of the game will just go run right back to the killer to get downed and hooked again, or will otherwise purposely not try. No matter what the devs do, they can’t force people to try.

Without WGLF/BBQ, matches feel so unrewarding. I've lost the motivation to play.
Right now, Dying Light 2 is doing these little events every week. They're short and small and they don't offer rewards, but they bring a bit of newness and they're fun. If something's not very fun, rewards can distract the player from realizing it; if something's fun, rewards aren't necessary. DbD has always struggled with being both fun and rewarding, but now it's so far from being either that I'm just not even starting it up. I'll parkour around in Dying Light 2 collecting Chamomile and sending zombies flying, doing nothing of importance and enjoying every second of it.
I feel exactly the same way. Matches take long than they used to due to longer gen times and greater prevalence of gen slowdown perks, and now no more BP bonuses from BBQ and WGLF. I just get sad and demotivated when I see the pitiful BP total at the end of my match that will buy me a few useless items and addons in the bloodweb.
If the devs really are listening to player feedback like they claim they are, I hope they’ll consider bringing these BP bonuses back.

For example. -24% players in july doesn't sound very healthy for the game.
There is also a decrease in avg player base compared to July 2021.
The player count drops you’re seeing are due to massive spikes in player count that always happen during the anniversary events. Don’t quote player count drops without some context. Check recent daily averages/peaks vs recent history outside of special events and you’ll see that the player counts are not dropping.

It’s just incompetence and/or lack of caring. If anyone put any effort whatsoever into fixing it, it would function just fine. I’d prefer that BHVR just get rid of the end-game chat altogether. The only purpose it serves is as a platform for toxicity.

I play killer and survivor (solo q) equally. I have no complaints about this patch other than BP bonus for BBQ/WGLF being taken away. I’ve escaped 40% of my matches (I’m don’t consider myself a very skilled player), and honestly that feels about right to me. Survivors have had it way too easy for a long time and are salty now that they’re not escaping 80% of the time. That’s not the way this game is supposed to be. Maybe survivors mains should try playing killer to get some perspective.

I recently placed a ticket with Behaviour about the highway robbery this most recent patch has committed against my prestige. I've calculated an estimated 200 million bps worth of prestige that has practically vanished from my account at the new "prestige conversion system". Having numerous perks I once had unlocked now completely locked (even at yellow). I placed this ticket with support at the very start of the most recent major update, and have received almost ZERO response other then.. "we'll look into it". It's become quite apparent that Behaviour simply doesn't care that they have robbed me of roughly 5-20,000 matches worth of bps with this new system. I have since basically QUIT playing the game all together... This is not a single person case either as have many of my friends who also play with me... Behaviour Has made it VERY apparent that they only care about their "fog streamers, cosmetics, introduction of sexualities, dating games etc." and has given long time players with 3,000+ hours a very cold shoulder.. To put it simply BEHAVIOUR DOESN'T CARE..
With the vast majority of players down right quitting this game you would think they would.. But, let's be honest....
Do you Think they care at all? because, I sure don't....
Sorry to hear this - hope they resolve your issue soon. But your comment about “vast majority of players downright quitting this game” is not backed up by the available data at all.
-
BHVR literally said that this patch was intended to increase kill rates, i.e. buff killers. Nobody should be surprised that playing survivor has become a little more difficult. Killers have been getting the short end of the stick for a long time, and survivor mains have gotten spoiled with easy games and broken second chance perks.
Plenty of solo q survivor players have said that they are happy with this patch and this game feels more balanced now, including myself (I play about 50/50 killer/solo survivor). Camping and tunneling have always been an issue and they will likely always be an issue - if you don’t like it, play something else or heaven forbid maybe try playing killer yourself. For all those complaining, it’s time to start considering that maybe you and your expectations of the game are the problem, not this patch.
Also, you can bet that BHVR will make adjustments if the kill rates get too high. It’s been like two weeks and everyone is expecting immediate adjustments already.
-
@Vetrathene said:
Why? I'm not saying as killer I haven't camped, but its a last resort when I'm down to one gen left. Why do it immediatly out of the gate? Its not happening all the time, but as I've played survivor more I've noticed its happening a lot more since the update. I just don't understand the amount of insecurity it takes to get to that method of playing I guess? Its a method thats in the game, but it honestly dosen't seem fun for either side to me.
BHVR purposefully nerfed one of the strongest anti-camping killer perks, so you can thank the devs

I think as a whole, competitive gamers, need to see a game as being fair.
According to BHVRs last stats they showed, the kill rates were hoovering around 55%. Which to me seemed relatively fair. It would have been better at a straight 50% but I understand that it's difficult to hit that rate when you have an asymmetrical game.
However, after patch 6.1.0, where the developers intentionally gave wins to killers because they wanted killer to feel like "An unstoppable force", I feel as if I lose to a killer, that the killer didn't deserve that win.
If feels to me as if the killer is running developer installed cheat software that gives killers free wins, regardless of their skill.
The game is no longer fair to both sides after this patch. How can I respect my opponent when he is just given wins by the developer.
I feel like we would have a lot fewer of these types of posts if people bothered to play both the killer and the survivor roles. I’ve lost all respect (actually I never had any respect) for people who say the other side is too easy when they exclusively play one role.
-
@Sweet_Potato said:
Many killer mains claim survivors can't play without old DH, so they just need to learn how to loop properly (especally against Nurses and half the other killers with a build-in anti looping capability).
But to be honest, if you take a look on popular and skilled dbd killer streamers, they never had a problem with achieving a 4 k (or 3k + hatch escpae) in 90% of their matches before this update.
So why is there such a huge skill issue within the killer base, that apperently many killers can't win games without 125% movement speed after 25 seconds, forever-gens-builds and buffed camping and tunneling strategies?
Yeah you’re right. Everybody should be as skilled as streamers who play twelve hours a day, every day, for a living.

its actually noticibly worse for some people, depending on what their priorities in the grind were. Killers who need specific addons got hurt a lot more than helped, since addons are consumables and thus require a lot more replenishment. Same with any survivors who preferred specific items/addons. At the very minimum they're spending 20k in monopoly monies every time they reach level 50, and getting rewarded with their next 41ish bloodwebs being pathetically low quality.
Like usual, they overlooked things and people tried to warn them, but they did it anyway and said they'll fix it later. We have zero idea how many days/weeks/months/years it will take, and many are worse off than they were because of it.

I just wanted to know some of your guys opinions, from both killer and survivors.
im a survivor main - who was sort of losing interest in the game about a month before the PTB. Obviously love dead hard, but I primarily used balanced landing for years. I do miss the old dead hard, but it’s nice to change it up (trying not to use balanced landing either since I did use that for a longggg time).
I find it harder to play as survivor in general. Everyone says it’s the DH nerf - but I feel like it’s just much more than that. It feels like no matter what I do the killer is always on my ass. (Ex: the buff to breaking pallets, vaulting, basekit unrelenting) Idk, just seems like I legit am either on the hook immediately or it takes like two whole years to complete a gen with all the regression perks (which can be pretty boring honestly.)
as for killer though - I genuinely feel like it’s easier to play. I probably don’t have a high MMR as killer because I definitely consider myself a baby killer, but even going against baby survivors before the patch was hard for me. Now I feel like I can easily get a 4k and actually catch up to the survivors instead of getting stuck in an infinite loop for 3 gens lol.
id love to know what everyone is running perk-wise as survivor and as killer, as well as how your play-style has changed and whether you all like the update or not.
I’m fine with everything except the change to take away bonus BP for BBQ and WGLF. That was a kick in the nuts from BHVR that nobody asked for, and my matches are much less fulfilling now that I’m earning way fewer BP. If BHVR restored those, I’d be pretty darn happy overall with the update. I play killer and solo q survivor about 50/50.

lol chill, they said "this is the single largest reduction to grind we’ve ever made, cutting it by roughly 75%." and it's just a lie, grind is worse for me
It’s worse for me too. I already have most of the perks I want on the characters that I play, so I’m grinding for survivor items and killer add-ons. BP bonuses for BBQ and WGLF are gone now, so the grind has been made 2x worse for me. The whole “75% grind reduction” thing was for the very specific situation in which you want to play every character and prestige every character. BHVR didn’t bother to mention that for a lot of players the grind reduction was far less, and actually even worse for certain players like myself.

Player count on steam (which is the only source we have) is decreasing through out the last week even though we got a new rift. So you're pretty much wrong on your "opinion".
This isn’t my “opinion”. First of all, you need to understand the normal weekly patterns. Player numbers always drop after a weekend. Second, you need to understand how statistics work. You can’t draw a conclusion from this small of a data set (you said “throughout the last week” so I’m assuming you’re only looking at one week of data. Third, you need to take special events into account - things that artificially increase the player count from its “typical” levels, like the recent anniversary event and the new patch.
I suggest you start with the three-month chart, in which you can see the peak player count from each day. Today’s number is about 42K. That’s a similar number or even higher than recent weekday peak counts outside of the special events.
Look, I used to post about player count drops all the time earlier this year when the player count was actually dropping because I wanted to point out how BHVR’s actions (or inactions) were hurting their player count. But I didn’t throw out that claim without numbers (and context) to back up that claim, like you are now. You may be right that player count will drop if enough people are not having fun with this new update, but it’s way too early to make that claim and the stats don’t back it up yet.

Let's be honest. The midchapter is a desaster on several levels. When do we get some statements on the miserable situation? Will they try to sit it out? Do they think data will change miraculously if they waitlong enough? Feedback from ptb was ignored, they purposely forced their "balancing" unto the community. How long do we have to suffer from this disastrous midchapter? How many players are they willing to sacrifice for their unreasonable changes? They really need to put up some extraordinary statement to justify this mess.
How is it a disaster? Player counts have been stable (not counting the large spike that they had during the anniversary event). Their measure of success is player count and revenue. Obviously we don’t know how their revenue has been tracking, but we do know that they are not losing players (at least not yet).

Same reason they took away BP bonus from BBQ/WGLF. They know the grind keeps people playing so they had to offset much of the grind reduction that they bragged about to the community. For players like me, the grind is actually worse now. Thanks devs

Legions stacking dying light, thana, call of brine, overcharge (or some variant) with iridescent regression or mending add ons. By the time you've mended your gen has lost more progress than you can make up by the time they come back to your generator (assuming you AND your teammates hit every single overcharge skillcheck!). This is especially a headache in solo queue because if even ONE player isn't pulling their weight it' s impossible to get gens done at all, and that's assuming your teammates aren't repeatedly going down and feeding the killer multiple pop goes the weasels, jolts or pain resonances.

In some of this matches, they were ragequitting and afking even when I was actually losing, and I'm not kidding.
It was a match with hag, the match for me was awful, maybe the worst possible scenario (who playing hag, knows...) the only thing why I won this match, it's coz 1 guy just DC'd after I (somehow) downed him.
What is happening with survivors? What is the point of even getting into the match, if you know you're going to dc or ######### on hook?
Are they hoping to get a "baby killer" to go against? Are they protesting the changes that way? If so, I don't think it's a smart way.
I also looked up some Youtube vids to see how some survivors playing soloq, and they're mad. Don't get me wrong, they're mad on their teammates, ruining the game, killing themselves on hooks and denying to play.
I looked up more, and I've seen more people just ragequitting in a 100% winnable match. The killer 100% will lose this match, and they still DC or K themselves on hooks...
Dear survivors, what is going on? What are you exactly want to achieve like this?
What do they want? To get on to the next match as quickly as possible.

With the combination of regression changes and generator times, some matches just feel like they take forever now, specifically those where the killer is heavy on regression perks. Gets very boring frankly and I find myself just suiciding on hook most of the time.
“wE reDuCEd teH GrINd” - BHVR. I guess they want to ignore the fact that with the new patch, matches are taking a lot longer, so you’re spending a lot more time playing the game to earn those BP.
I’ve posted a lot about this already, but I can’t emphasize enough how frustrating it has been to not have bonus BP from BBQ/WGLF anymore. Spending 20 minutes or more in a match to earn enough BP to buy a few worthless items and add-ons from the bloodwebs has been incredibly demotivating.

I'm speaking about "Strength in numbers" challenge, where you have to have at least one survivor escape while you still in match.
Trivia (can skip to the next part)
Another SoloQ example. I'm 1.2K hours (so no comments like "you just have to play more"). I almost never used DH before, so nothing new for me perkwise, using same familliar loadout.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/2P8VZPLY5EIC/image.png
Only once I escaped through hatch as last survivor.
Only 3 games were not 4K.
I have starting to get lots of gold and iri "Evader" emblems and be in chases longer than 2 minutes (exept nurse, ofc), which means killers I'm matched with are completely unskilled. Yet almost everytime is 4K
Tunneling is off the charts!
Finally got that book challenge because was matched with 3 SWF bully squad and killer was fresh.
What i wanted to say
SoloQ is literally unplayable, unless you're some pro tournament streamer. Devs should get up the nerve and make a statement: survivor gameplay is supposed for friend play. SoloQ is not meant to be and it's at your own risk. No problem with that, many quesions will be ceased immediately.
System requirements: internet connection, PC/Xbox/PS, 3 friends
Let me give an example: Hunt Showdown. You play 3 vs 3, or 2 vs 2. You can go solo agains duos and gain "underdog" bonus, or agains trios and get super "underdog" bonus. So solo is officially left for streamers, tryhards and challengers. Everyone fine with that. Why just simply acknowledge the same thing in DbD?
That awkward "you kinda can play Solo, but kinda can't" is really disorienting.
Another thing that stumbles me
Why many perks switches off at the EGC? It's like "You lose, but you can play well and go to the end, and then lose anyway". Why? Why killer is obliged to have win? There's some quota?
I have roughly the same hours as you, and it hasn’t been that bad on my end for solo q. Pretty close to the 50% escape rate that survivors are apparently supposed to expect (if devs are trying to target 2K/2E per match). I’m sure there are a few who are getting really unlucky, but I have a hard time believing things are as bad as some on this forum are claiming.

In any game player should be using the best strategy to win. In dbd as a killer that is camping and tunneling. Tunneling a player out gives a huge advantage and news flash, in every single comp dbd tournament they are going to camp and tunnel. It feels pathetic that I have to sometimes thank killers for not camping/tunneling a player out because that actually gave us a chance to win. The devs should be fixing this instead of expecting killers to have some honor code. Any game that has a cheap tactic in it, the devs will make it so that tactic doesn't work anymore. We shouldn't expect the killers to change, the devs need to fix it.
There are tons of possible solutions, I could list many for fixing both camping and tunneling, but the best example are crows when you hide. If crows didn't exist in the game people would probably say "well hiding is just a part of the game!", but they put in a game mechanic to fix something that is cheap and stupid.
I’d love to hear any solution that won’t guarantee 4 escapes every match.

Pretty sure my nurse has like a 99.5% 4k ratio, (hatch here and there but doesn't exist) and these games are just stomps lmao.
Hopefully BHVR turned it off and launched it into space, because it was useless and never worked. Not worth it for them to spend any more time or resources on it

Its probably the biggest concern im hearing from the Dead by Daylight Community , particularly Streamers and i think so myself. Rank seems to be worthless because sometimes you get matched with total newbies and sometimes pros. Also Rank 1 shouldnt be the highest Rank or it should be harder to achieve Rank 1. From my experience its all about playing enough games to get there, not if you deserve to be there skillwise. So i think there should be a total overhaul for matchmaking to make it more balanced and that you feel like the highest Rank is actually worth anything.
This has been my experience as well. Matchmaking is as trash as it has ever been. BHVR might as well turn it off permanently and never spend another minute of people time on it because it’s a waste of resources.

I haven’t played a lot of matches yet, but it’s been a mixed bag. Matches against any decent Nurse player were miserable and I just gave up. Against other killers, it was fine. Killers who struggled to get hooks would end up camping at the end of the match, which I understand - what else are they supposed to do? Matchmaking is still as garbage as it’s ever been. Getting matched against very good killer one match and then baby killer the next match.

Every time I hear the nurse's blink, someone from my team disconnects and I have to kill myself on the hook, and I go to the next match, and guess what, it's another nurse. (I love going against nurse but apparently my team doesn't like it) and when one of my team does not disconnect, she is using double range, literally you have nothing to do. I never thought it would be so boring to play against a nurse...
I agree. I just started playing again for the first time in a while and had a few matches against Nurse. They were miserable. If the Nurse is any good, not much you can do.
