I'd change it to the following.
The I-Frames stay but the distance is removed and if you manage to react to a swing and dodge it, you get a small speed boost for 2 seconds and get exhausted.

nice try on the deflection but there are 2 Gold ranked survivors, 1 silver ranked survivor, and 1 bronze survivor (with full purple perks) vs an ash killer who has about 1 hour of Killer experience in the past 5 months.
High Grades don't mean that they're good, it means they've played a lot during a season.
Not sure how often this needs to be explained. I've seen a 100 people now who think that grades are for Matchmaking. (They aren't)

Rogue? If I intentinally want to be evil I'll use the Meta Perks you already listed. But I can send 2 builds I enjoy for both sides.
Killer: (Otz's Mr Nice Guy)
- Grim Embrace
- BBQ and Chili
- No Way Out
- Deadlock (my choice because I hate Pop)
Basically a build which rewards you for going after multiple Survivors and has less value when tunneling someone.
Survivor: (Disappear in plain sight)
- Self Care
- Bite the Bullet
- Lucky Break
- Overcome
A really fun build. Killer hits you, you sprint away with Overcome and Lucky Break, go into a corner which the Killer won't expect and just start self caring. With Bite the Bullet you don't make a sound. The amount of times I've successfully used this build is huge, it's probably my new favourite meme build.
Edit: You can also use a Med Kit instead with Distortion. I've had a few times where Aura Add-ons/Perks cucked me.

What about Tombstone Piece + J. Myers Memorial? If I had to guess, the odds of you getting two or more kills off a single Tier 3 with Judith's Tombstone is low if you're not also using Fragrant Tuft, so why not use the Piece for the lesser penalty to the amount of stalk needed to hit Tier 3 (and I guess no speed reduction in Tier 3 either)?
You physically can't get 4 Kills with TP because of the penalty you get for Evil Within after killing someone. You can get 3 at most.
Theoretically you could by waiting till the last second of Tier 3 and then kill someone, if you enter Tier 2 during the Kill animation you won't get the penalty on Evil Within. But you'll have to do it 3 times, which under all circumstances is practically impossible.

Most swear on Tombstone + Tuft of Hair. I personally think that Judith's Tombstone + J. Myers Memorial is better since you switch between Tier 2 and Tier 3 all the time, making sneaking up easier. If you approach someone with unlimited Tier 3 they gain so much distance can and easily jump into a locker.
Perk wise, I'd go for consistent slowdown + PWYF.
- Play with your Food
- Corrupt Intervention
- Deadlock
- Monitor and Abuse
Those are my go to Perks when using Tombstone. Deadlock and CI give you free extra time to stalk Survivors, PwyF gives you the needed speed and M&A gives you the sneak up factor.

Spamming M2 really quick as Demo. The animation looks hilarious from Survivor PoV. I never see it.

Tbh, making her 4.6 wouldn't make a huge difference. Sure, she'll be able to squeeze one or the other hit in sometimes because of those 5 % extra speed but that's pretty much it. If a Survivor is at a loop they'll start phasing as they do now.

SIKE! No worries, I don't get diarrhea because of coffee, it happens sometimes because I drink to much milk. The problem is, I love milk.
Tbh, I had a similar thing happen to me, just that they didn't say that they don't want any friends, they just randomly bailed me one day and never came back. I accepted it, though I still think about it to this day sometimes. It was in 2016 so almost 6 years ago because it was April. I sometimes feel guilty for what happened, thinking I caused the split. So I'd say it's best to let go as well and don't feel regret, it was her decision in the end.

As for your question... I really don't know what to answer, as I only play Smite and Paladins besides DBD (and other single player games). But I'd recommend you give Smite a shot if you haven't already. It's really fun.
My advise for you : If you already bought Clown with Shards, then I'd recommend you to keep those shards for BP or use it for another Killer you'd enjoy.
Asking whoever is next: If I get diarrhea every time I drink coffee, what advise would you give me so it stops?

I've played 5 Survivor matches so far and 4 were Blights and 1 was Trapper. Funnily enough, the Trapper did better than all of those Blights.

P.S, the chase music stops once she’s begun phasing so it won’t affect a survivor when it comes to listening for the whoosh sound while the spirit’s phasing

Unfortunately, my work isn't closed.
But here in Austria, the winds aren't as extreme. We do feel them, but it's pretty little.. thanks to our mountains 😚
My friend in Germany didn't sleep for 2 nights because the winds kept knocking on her roof. She lives pretty high up, near North Sea.

Maybe some of this heavy winds ripped something off of the server locations, making them useless.
That is.. if server locations work like that. Just my theory.
Edit: Since it's EU, both of us.. I'd guess it has to do something with the heavy winds.

Tried to enter the game as well, same notification.
I was like.. surely I have no internet, my name is blue on steam, my PC shows that I am connected, I am watching a YT video at the same time, but somehow I don't have an internet connection.

My question is, does it impact FPS? Because I have it slightly stretched and will keep it that way because 16:9 makes the game look kinda "long" vertically.
I'll keep it even after the fix for the advantage.

I was standing here, reading Mandy's post before and asking myself "how hard is it to switch a thing off which makes this game so much utterly more frustrating than it already is. Not a single soul on this planet would complain about neither RPd or Boil Over being disabled.
How stubbborn can someone be and thinking "yeah, it's not game breaking or anything so there is no reason to do it".
There is no reason to NOT do it, it is indeed game breaking and frustrating, but don't worry, I feel save here in the life boat, because I am seeing the ship (dbd and bhvr) slowly sinking.

Played a bit of dbd with my friends yesterday and the first thing I said once we got into queue was: "I have such Blights to show you." It was fitting but we didn't play against any Blights.

I read a good change recently and they basically said that the stun after wiggling free should be longer, rewarding you for wiggling out with those 100 % extra struggle effects.

They made a power for a Killer so generic that they didn't know what Add-ons to give him.
Old Freddy was different, interesting and had better and more unique Add-ons. I remember when I used old Z-Block with Red Paint Brush to have a 0 meter Terror Radius but being a 4.4 m/s Killer.

Every CoH nerf is good, but this one wasn't enough. I tried "nerfed" CoH yesterday and laughed my ass off after I saw that "nerf".

I mean, almost the whole patch were only number tweaks.. like they noted in the patch notes.
But they didn't fix Coup the Grace's problems with this buff. I would've liked a version where it works similar to Fire up.
- 1 gen done: 10 % faster lunge speed.
- 2 gens done: 20 % faster lunge speed.
- 3 gens done: 25 % faster lunge speed.
- 4 gens done: 25 % faster lunge speed and 10 % longer lunge duration.
- 5 gens done: 25 % faster lunge speed and 20 % longer lunge duration.
I like the idea of Fire up (event though it's to weak) and you could really apply that to Coup the Grace well by making it stronger as the game progresses.
Edit: Those numbers are there only as an example, before someone screams "TOO OP, THANK GOD YOU'RE NOT A DEV REEE" and so on.

Picking up Pigs is quite difficult since they're quite heavy.
I would recommend someone else to help you because first of all, the Pig will resist and the weight makes it impossible to carry it by yourself.
Also, why would you want to pick up a Pig anyways?

I did, but there is no denying that Demo IS the most loved Killer.
I still see many people hating on Spirit, and tbh, I would love vs'ing her more too but every Spirit uses MDR+DCB, which kinda feels like cheating.
