Killers tell survivors to do bones and now that it comes with a benefit its a problem?
Because there’s ONE Killer as opposed to FOUR Survivors. Killer DOES NOT have time to do this.

Devs hate fun.

Calling them a terrible idea based on accidently released information is overreacting don't you think?
No it is indeed a very terrible idea from what we have seen

"Who would win, 1 dude vs 4 other people with knives"
Legion ONLY has a good chance with numbers, Slinger would eat any one of them on their own for breakfast.

M A P S PLEASE

Claudettes are awful players

Imagine saying this when Rusty Shackles and Wraith's addons exist lmao

Hmmm, Self Preservation seems to be a good one. Self Care is literally you selfishly caring for yourself, so that's another. Windows of opportunity could be her looking for, well, opportunity. Camaraderie could be her selfishly clinging to life by waiting for someone to sacrifice themselves for her. Tenacity her being tenacious, and distortion could be good so the Killer goes after your teammates first.

Not just killers how about survivors they need more good perks than killer cause almost 90% of the survivor perks are useless
Survivors have room to screw around with 16 perks in total, Killers are much more restricted imo. But both deserve better perks for sure

Anyone who says anything besides Hag hasn't played against Hag enough. ######### Hag, ######### the Devs for making her and ######### people who play Hag.
######### this Killer. Shouldn't ever be allowed in this game, every match feels like a deliberate waste of my time and I'm at a point where I will 100% DC upon discovering I am facing a Hag.
Delete this Killer, I don't even want a rework, just get rid of her entirely.
-
Nope, don't make finding a match take even longer.

For Nurse and Billy, yes. Console Nurse isn't mechanically limited by anything - you can still be accurate enough with your blinks on a controller and with practice the only issue will be the framedrops and stutters. Billy is much the same, but obviously won't be as rewarding because of the near-impossibility of hitting a smart survivor at a decent loop with the Chainsaw. Curving is harder but curving has become a pipe dream on most reworked tiles to begin with.
Blight, though, is hard-capped on a controller. It's better now than it used to be, but you still lose out on accuracy - and especially with Rushes, the incredibly high Rush sensitivity combined with the narrow hitbox of a lunge out of Lethal Rush means you will often curve around a corner only to miss a good 30° to the left or right of someone, which doesn't really occur on PC. There's also DPI and all of the other PC exclusive Blight issues.
Blight and Trickster, followed up by Huntress are the killers who suffer on a controller the most. Most other killers at least function, even if not to the best of their ability, and you can make them work. These three killers will always be much weaker than they could be.
I thought they fixed Blight's turning/flicks on controller, and he was fine at max sensitivity no? Or is this talking about exploits/DPI or something?

@Phasmamain said:
When trickster exists only he can be the most unfun
Trickster at least can be looped for a wee bit and has to stop to reload knives. Hag just spams her traps and isolates an area to be a total no fun zone. It's actually amazing how unenjoyable it is.

The developers are incompetent? What a shocker.

You added nothing to the discussion.

I play crossplay on, on Xbox One, I am perfectly fine with facing better players lol.

^ This is a good solution, good for both sides of the discussion.
If you are perfectly fine with crossplay, then explain why you are against mouse and keyboard on console. Other games do it and it causes no issue, tell me what makes DBD so special?

Some people just prefer playing on gamepad, buy a PC if you wanna use M&K.
There is no reason at all to be against keyboard and mouse on console. You just don't want to face better players, admit it.
-
Dev's don't care about console players. They aren't fixing the lagging or freezing, they aren't adding mouse and keyboard support despite the game having crossplay, they aren't doing anything that doesn't make them any money.
They don't care, and have consistently proven they don't care. And it hurts, this game and it's players deserve better developers. They deserve people who actually care about the game. This is a joke.
-
@Grimmy_Bluues said:
So people on console who play crossplay off don't have to deal with the advantage they turned it off for.
If you can afford a console and game you can afford a mouse and keyboard, this is a non argument.

I mean, can you expect her to keep chases up, she was abused and she is old, not really the type for walking, might as well figure out another way to transport yourself, lol
Don't care, not fun.
-
Whoever looked at the game and thought Killers needed more busywork is a psychopath
-
Yeah it's called bring Detectives Hunch and win the game. There are perks that counter totems. Use them.
-
It's a problem that affects Killers so expect it to never ever be changed or fixed ever. Devs don't care about Killer players.
-
Many maps are just too damn big. Shrink them down, trim the fat.
-
Implying anyone is pleased RN lol. I doubt old gen Console players are very enthused to play on either side.
-
I'm force closing the game if I see offerings for either lol
RPD is at least interesting, Haddonfield is boring AND awful.
-
Cybil, Leon, Tapp, Jane's delicious ass
-
Great on Killers with mobility, okay on everyone else. Nerfing it would make it okay on mobile Killers and probably bad on everyone else. So leave it as is.
-
I blame maps. Maps like RPD or Haddonfield are a joke for Killer, feels impossible if Survivors are somewhat competent.
-
We're gonna live forever and BBQ and Chili, cakes, party streamers, survivor puddings. You can bring small game and saboteur to get 1k bloodpoints per totem and 500 per sabotaged hook.
-
Have you heard of your lord and savior Detectives Hunch?

@SunderMun said:
It's not sudden. He got a load of buffs between two patches, and while it was mostly what we all asked for, it was slightly too much, so now he's gone from a fun killer to vs to a killer that you can't do anything about at all if he knows what he's doing, and he almost always gets a free first hit.
It is baffling to me the Devs give Clown his mediocre at best buff that didn't really boost him at all and yet they give Wraith these monstrous buffs that boosted him to Hell and back. They don't play their own friggin game I promise.

God for bid the killer just want a chill game. No they need to play sweat lord nurse if they want a chance to do anything. He's really not that strong He's a low skill cap but he's not super strong so he doesn't need to be difficult. He a killer you can kind of turn your brain off and still have a decent game
A Killer you can mindlessly play shouldn't be very strong. He is easier to play than Ghostface, Pig, Trapper, Myers, and yet is stronger than all of them.
-
"Randomly" Every Wraith I've gone against has been a toxic sweatlord.
Wraith is really good and REALLY easy, means even a monkey can pick him up and at least do somewhat decently.
He's too good for how easy he is. Why bother with Ghostface or Pig when neither have half the amount of pressure or stealth that Wraith has? It's a joke.
-
It's fun. Broken as all hell but fun.
-
Trapper, Myers, Hag
Myers is just bad, Trapper needs some quality of life touch ups desperately and Hag SUCKS to play against. She is not fun in the slightest and can camp hooks by just spamming traps. It's lame and always a chore to play against.
-
Lol it doesn't feel like it, that's how it is. They don't care about console players.
-
He became playable on console and can now do like 99% of what PC players can do, he actually feels very nice on console now. He's a fun and good Killer, that is why he is being played. Most Killers are okay-ish at best.
-
Just cut the first tentacle hit sprint burst in half, and maybe make the hindered status last longer.
-
Most balanced Killer in the game. A tier deems appropriate.
-
Because the Survivors might get pissy I guess
-
No, and I'm tired of seeing this topic. It wouldn't change the people you face nor their skill level and it would make queue's longer.
We gain nothing from 2 separate modes.
-
No, but many things aren't fine in DBD so it's just a grain of sand on the beach.

A Blight won't let you do gens. Tinkerer is so strong it is actually unfair. You can have a gen almost done and he shows up from nowhere and then Ruin takes it all away.
Not if 2 people do gens at the same time. He's not 2 Killers, he is one. He can only be in one place at a time.
-
Do the totems. No, shhhh, don't say anything. Do the totems.
-
@Sluzzy said:
I've seen enough of Blight. He is too OP. With those perks it is a free win and that's why people are complaining now. If those perks are nerfed, there would be more variety.
When do you ever win against a Tinkerer/Ruin Blight? Never unless the Blight totally makes a lot of mistakes.
By doing gens, shocker. He can't be in 2 places at once, he cannot stop 2 gens from opposite sides being done. Why nerf good perks when most perks for both sides are already useless? I don't want good perks made bad, I want bad perks made good. Everyone wants bad perks made good.
-
Make Sloppy Butcher apply on Killer powers

@WexlerWendigo said:
Tinkerer nerf is coming, so I’m fine with it.
And you know this how?

@kyogul said:
It would be interesting perhaps if Alchemist Ring got changed to where it does what it does now, but Blight's base movement speed becomes 110%. That seems like a kind of decent trade off.
I also think people are missing the point with this argument, and I don't get why it's not obvious. No one is questioning the power of ruin/undying/tinkerer or why people want to use it. People specifically single out Blight because an odd saturation of players use this build and seemingly nothing else. The only other killer you see such an optimal build ran on is Twins and they have legitimately and pretty significant perk compatibility issues that conflict with playing them efficiently and well to win.
No one is answering the question of: why is it only Blight players who go so hard in the paint and use basically quasi-tournament builds at all times in pub games but you don't see such a high saturation of the same build on any other killer?
Why don't we see Nurse's, Spirit's, Billies, Oni's, Freddy's, etc. who have an absurdly high saturation of using ruin undying tinkerer? All of these killers I mention, players have some variety in their builds and they don't need ruin undying to pub stomp, let alone do you see that even an eighth as frequently as you do with Blight players.
Blight does not need ruin undying to pub stomp, point blank period.
I will ask the question again: Why is it only Blight players who use optimal builds to such a high saturation but you basically do not see this on any other killer?
Because on Blight specifically it is very good. But frankly, the only perk you would swap out on other Killers would be Tinkerer and it'd still be a very, very good build.

I just run Ruin, PGTW, Tinkerer and Bamboozle.
Makes his strengths harder to deal with and helps get rid of weaknesses.
I also like Bamboozle on him, some windows are very hard to deal with.
