you are not connecting the accounts per say. You are just getting a code from Amazon gaming that you then enter in any account of DbD.

Because both BHVR and the actor for Quentin in the remake went to the license holders to have the Quentin rework because the actor hated the way his character looked in the game.
Yeah but… it’s literally the character of the license holder and the actor has no rights whatsoever…
its just weird they approved this but didn’t approve any cosmetics as it seems. And those would have brought in money…

I don’t think we can expect anything for the NOES license to get added into DbD. It’s the only license that doesn’t have ANY cosmetics added to the store yet..
(i still wonder how they got the Quentin rework done…)

i have also written with many many people saying nice things, commenting on fails but apologizing, laughing together etc.
many good things came out from end game chat for me. And the negative things? I can laugh at those. Or report if they cross the line.

I think I have seen others mention it’s bugged for Legion but not for others (PH, Nemesis). Not sure on these though.
at least for Artist it worked every time for me.

I at least hoped for more legendary skins for original killers just like Robbie the Rabbit legion. Especially from Silent Hill and Resident Evil.
For survivors I also think legendary skins are enough, we already have so many perks… RE should have also been only one surv with multiple legendary skins…

I always wonder why people call them cash grabs without even knowing if those cosmetics actually bring in more than other cosmetics? It’s more likely resulting in less purchases…
also Robbie the Rabbit legion is actually licensed and not original.

I think they decided it was too confusing to have the same perk with different names in the game and it was not due to a bug.

i guess you should create a support ticket, they can look into your account and see if something is wrong.. (it might take a while until they answer though as they have currently many tickets coming in…)

The video I watched about claiming the codes said I need to have a Twitch account to claim the rewards. Is this true? Or can the rewards be claimed with only a Prime account? I can't check for myself because I would be using someone else's Prime account to claim the code. If someone could explain this to me before I ask to use the account that would be berry helpful. I also do not use Prime or Twitch or computers honestly so please keep that in mind if you explain it to me.
You can claim them without a Twitch account
just log in to Prime Gaming with the Amazon prime account, claim DbD Code and paste it into the Redeem a code in the store

I've tried to contact support in some way, but it seems pretty useless.
In the guide to redeem the code they says:
"Select the STORE menu, navigate to the FEATURE tab."
on console there isn't any "feature tab" but a "redeem code" button only that I usually use to redeem any other code I had in the past...
Really don't know...
It’s still the same button, the button is part of the ‚Featured‘ tab.

for December (Dec. 10th to Jan. 10th) it will be two artist outfits. After that every month a new reward until May, those were not revealed yet though

Well. That will be complex as well. Epic doesn’t support the Switch controller naturally, but there is a workaround, where you need to launch the Epic game from Steam (you can create an account and download Steam without paying anything)

Yeah, I do that.
if you are using Steam, it is super simple. You just need to connect your controller via Bluetooth or cable, go in Steam in Big Picture Mode and enable controller usage and it should work.
on Epic I at least had used my Switch controller on GTA V but i would need to see if there was any configuration needed
edit: You are talking about the Switch Pro Controller, Right?
if you need info on how to use the joy cons as one controller…. That is possible but way more complex

The Winter Party Starter will be found in the Bloodwebs of the survivors.
Snowmen will be found inside every trial - 6 of them in fact.
These Snowmen will supply shelter to the survivor in their time of need, perhaps you can even escape through the Exit Gates in one!
In order to unlock a winter cosmetic you must do one of the following -
- If a Survivor uses a Snowman to protect themselves from a Killer's attack
- If a Killer hits a Snowman while a Survivor is hiding inside
- If a Survivor escapes through the Exit Gates while inside a Snowman
(you don't need to escape the match to get the cosmetic, it will be rewarded randomly at the end of the trial)
You will earn a random killer or survivor reward and it does not need to be for the character you are playing in the trial:

When I play killer I get them every game.
You don’t get the reward if you get hit while jumping into the snowman, the animation had to be over.
you will know it worked when you get the sparkles around your character in the match.

That is interesting. I already bought the pack on steam without binding so I hope it will still activate afterwards. But my big concern is, if I bind the 2 accounts, will I still be able to make a custom games between those 2 for practice purpose. No, daily’s will be shared and you won’t be able to make a custom match between those two accounts. You can only log in into one of the two accounts when they are linked.
buuuut. You could create a new Epic account with another email and just get DbD for free on there. Then you could at least create a custom match that way?

You can’t use the code on Epic, but if you link your Steam and Epic DbD accounts then you will have access to the killers from the expansion pack from both platforms!

Yes you can link a Steam account and an Epic account via BHVR account!
purchases and Progression will then be shared on those accounts.
cross play is a base function for every platform (except mobile). You can turn this on and off in the settings and don’t need a BHVR account for that.
what Steam codes are you exactly talking about? If you mean in-game codes for cosmetics etc which are given out during events then yes.
if you mean actual Steam codes for dlcs then no those are bound to Steam..
