I haven’t played it yet because I don’t have Steam (or a PC :/) but it was something I was genuinely looking forward to as a guilty pleasure game. I NEVER thought they would actually make a dating sim so when they announced it I thought “wow they’re really putting their pride aside to give us what we want? No matter how ridiculous it is? They’re actually doing this?” and was excited to see what they came up with. But what I’ve seen from others’ playthroughs is that it spends too much time being like “lol look! Now you can rub lotion on the Spirit’s feet lol!” rather than truly having you form a deep connection with the characters. I get they’re literal serial killers, but if you’re gonna go through the time, effort, and money to make a dating sim just go for it and be serious about it. Some of the jokes are genuinely funny (like IP Island), but there are so many meta jokes that it takes away from what a dating sim should be which is forming bonds with the romance options. They hold Trickster (undoubtedly the most thirsted after male Killer in DBD) and tease this secret route that will probably never happen as a “gotcha!” moment for players who thought they could finally bang him. It makes you feel like an idiot for getting your hopes up. And these characters brutally murder innocent people in horrific ways…..but Entity forbid if there’s a smidge of nudity? Mmmk. I feel like they focused too much on being meta and breaking the fourth wall and not enough on actually forming a relationship with the characters which is the whole point of a dating sim.
But maybe I’m just a stupid clown who needed to manage their expectations. Judging by the other responses, it seems the latter is the correct answer 🙃🫥

For a licensed chapter my top 3 (in no particular order) are:
1.) IT- I’d love Eddie and Richie as the two Survivors with the other five Losers being legendaries, but I know it’s simpler to do Bill/Bev. I just think having it be Eddie and Richie would be a great way to bring in more LGBTQ+ characters plus I can only imagine the cool names those two would get for perks lol. “These Gazebos Are Bullshit!” (Iconic line), “Inhaler Poison” (or something along those lines), “Lover” (like his cast) for Eddie. “Beep Beep”, “R + E” (I feel like this would be an aura reading perk like Bond or something) “Trashmouth” (I believe that’s his nickname) for Richie. And then as every other IT fan has said: sewer map, 2017/19 Pennywise as Killer and Tim Curry Pennywise as Legendary. Characters from Chapter 2 though obviously.
2.) Scooby-Doo. Velma and Daphne as Survivors with Fred and Shaggy as Legendaries. I know everyone wants Shaggy for the memes but IMAGINE the cosmetics Daphne could have and Velma getting her own perks just feels right to me. “Jinkies”, “Meddling Kids”, “Where’s My Glasses?” for Velma. “Jeepers”, “I’m No Damsel” (because Sarah Michelle Gellar reinvented Daphne’s character and we have to stan), “Ginger Ambition” (like blonde ambition…but she’s ginger. Weak I know) for Daphne. I would love the Werewolf castle as a map or Spooky Island from the live action movie. As for killer….not sure. Maybe the Witch Doctor? Or the Werewolf since that’s a highly requested killer (I agree).
3.) Stranger Things 2- It may be a long shot, but I have hope lol. Netflix needs the money and the money is there for sure so who knows. Robin/Eddie or Joyce/Hopper as Survivors. Vecna as Killer. Starcourt Mall as map.
If any of these happen catch me being an Eddie or Velma main lol. Jason is a close fourth, but that’s pretty much confirmed to happen on Behaviour’s end so we only have to worry about the lawsuit and license holder.
As for original chapters I’d love a witch. No offense, Mikaela but I want someone to throw orbs of magic at me and cast spells and #########. Also, vampire, werewolf, banshee, any sort of classic horror monster. Castle map, beach map, jungle map. Anything visually different than the ones we have now. Or maybe even add onto the current realms. A village on the swamp, a soldier camp for Red Forest, the actual mountain for Ormond, etc.
tl;dr- IT, Scooby-Doo, Stranger Things 2. Witch, Werewolf, Vampire, classic monster. Unique maps or expansions of currents realms

I love going against Dredge. Maybe it’s recency bias, but I have no problems with him…?….it? I honestly like how dark Nightfall is. I play on Switch so I can’t see ######### lmao but it gives me that horror vibe of just running blindly and hoping to escape the killer and I enjoy it. I wish I played against Dredge more often

Just had a match on Switch where the same thing happened. The prompt to interact with it didn’t appear even after dropping the pallet

I don’t know about others, but when I do that it’s because I’m waiting for the other Survivors to leave. I kinda just hang out in the gates and make sure everyone else gets out safely before I escape. If the killer shows up, I run out before they can get me and consider myself “chased out”. I don’t mean it to mock the killer or taunt them, I’m just trying to be polite to the other three survivors and make sure they’re ok lol

I love facing Killers that I don’t see that much like Twins, Blight, Artist, and Demo. And then other Killers I love seeing are Ghostface (especially when they meme around with us lol), Trickster (because he’s hot and sometimes memes around too), Pyramid Head (for the booty XD), Dredge, and Plague.
The only Killer I HATE going against is Doctor. I hate him so much. His shocks, his annoying laugh, his chase music, everything. And it’s not like I want his power set or music or anything to change either, he’s very unique and original and I love his concept, I just personally can’t stand him lol. Honorable mention to Wraith. I love Wraith, but 90% of the time they camp from the get go. Five gens, five seconds in and they hook you and just sit there.
Other Wraiths and other killer I don’t mind either way.

I agree. Especially since it’s so specific how you earn them. For example with the current Gold Evader emblem community challenge, I had a game where the entire match I didn’t even see the killer up until the exit gates were opened. I wasn’t near them the whole time and only got hit as I was running out, yet I didn’t even earn an evader emblem. It was a blank space. I get you need to be bold and sneaky and win chases, but how is completely avoiding the killer the entire match not enough for at least bronze? You only need 4 emblems (and eventually 3 and 2 for the last two community challenges) to benefit the rewards but it’s too dependent on the other players. I can’t control if a killer AFKs the entire round or something like that. Or maybe I’m just a ######### survivor XD

You won't find it on the store, but if you go on to your profile icon in the eshop, there should be a section called "Redownload software". It should be somewhere on that list.

I’m using the same account and I checked the store but the DLC isn’t listed. I think it was removed :/
