They need to remove enduring hard countering it and DS, it makes both the perks useless and more dangerous to use.
👍

So basically you insult that player. Very mature.
-
SWF was always broken, I don't see your point.
-
I understand.
-
Nah, it's better with tenacity
-
This perk is weak tbh.
-
@Orion Nevermind, the steam works again. At least for me.

Apparently, they'd put out an announcement that they'd be going down today. See here: https://tech2.org/austria/it-goes-off-in-protest-against-epic-games-store/
I thought it was a ######### joke, but I guess not.
24 hours... Are they serious? Who cares about that poor drama though...
-
Steam is ridiculous.
-
Eh.. At least thanks for spoiler.

Yeah, but punishing for not bringing Enduring is also not optimal. Before the Buff I also said that it should not be affected by Enduring, and I would stick with it. Rather that instead of increasing the Stun Time.
But well, lets see how this DS-Version will perform. The new DS was quite weak, compared to other Perks. And I did not use the old DS before.
This.

Well.....wish I had gotten DS from the Shrine when I had the chance...that is a ridiculous buff... 3 seconds with no Enduring affecting it is much better. Sometimes you NEED to secure a kill, or the person who was just unhooked is the only Survivor you find when going back to the Hook or scouting for the rescuer...and guess what at LEAST 6-7/10 times I'll find the person who was just unhooked.
Because anyone running Meta Perk loadouts more often than not run Unbreakable too. Which means even If you slug them to counter the DS they'll just get back up (esp with the flat increase to recovering from it). 5 seconds is a long time to restart a chase or to find someone. Running Enduring is going to be a pain...its a dumb and boring Perk imo -_- so,feeling forced to run it is not my idea of fun
You just answered your question... If you don't have it, how can you know if this perk is ''op''. It's now situational.
-
Yay <3
-
DS was a crutch before the 2.6.0 comes out.
-
Mhm
-
Here we go again. There is a counter for this: Stop tunnel.
-
Idk. I don't like the downside that you need to ignore your obsession in order to make this perk more powerful.
-
Yes. I will buy every DLC in any time.
-
Nice.
-
A lot of things need to be fixed.
-
You just not say that. Trust me you don't wanna be survivor main.
-
Around 10-20 minutes today.
-
6%?
-
Different ways to gain a tokens from this perk, please?
-
wow

I tested MoM out in kyf and it was only ok. Flip flop will be strong if you let it or swf make it, not much you can do about that but 4-man swf isn’t common and buckle up will be good for solo play.
Buckle up seems weak tbh
-
No. The real problem with the DS is the stun time.
-
What about Head On? It will need some rework too
-
Do you play on console?

What if I'm Huntress? Or Nurse? Or Hag? How far the killer is from the hook is irrelevant to how safe it is to unhook. Dude could get saved and run straight to the killer for all you know.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/385377#Comment_385377
But HOW is what I'm saying. The game has no way to determine how safe it is to unhook, as there are way too many variables to make that call. Variables that are not all tangible to the game. By that I mean... a video game is a computer program. Computer programs work on calculations. If you can't quantify a variable it can't be computed. It's part of the reason certain things work they way they do because that's the only way to quantify something in terms a computer can understand. A human can understand when it is safe to unhook because we can take those intangible variables and make sense of them. A computer can't do that. Even the smartest AI can't yet do this. You're basically proposing the game figure out something that is impossible for it to figure out.
Like I'm not tryna ######### on your parade, just being practical here.
The whitest aura is, than better situation is to safe a person. This idea of this is to help rescuers to rate if it's safe to rescue someone for both (Rescuer and unhooked person)

Yay! <3

@Ihatelife Have you read this paragraph? <<Maybe also Recovering (to know if the dying survivor is full or not), Sabotaging a Hook or a Bear Trap, Snapping Out of It and Using a Generic Item (map, aura reading key, flashlight...) should have their icons...>> What do you think about it? Would you add these icons in the OP, please? :)
Sure, but idk if the game have some of those icons 🤔
-
@Entità said:
@Master I'm not against your idea: you are against mine. If the Devs want to add in game voice chat, nothing to object. I'd prefer the @Ihatelife's icons and passive skills for both roles, linked and explained in the OP.
Thanks <3

I mean, the current system isn't bad, you're not wrong. However, it just feels awful to avoid the killer for the entire game just to receive a sliver emblem quality, ya know?
That's true. Even if you chase with the killer for 5 gens and miracle escape + get an iridescent evader, you will still don't get a pip.
-
Only if you love blood on your main
-
I prefer the current state of Evader. But stealth definitely needs some reward though.

This perk doesn't need a buff. The only reason it looks weak and no one uses it is because of the broken end game hatch mechanic which renders the perk pointless. If they finally ever fix the hatch mechanic to actually be balanced this perk will finally see use.
Tbh as the solo player I would run this perk only for bonus bp's. I don't think it should be an end-game perk though. 12% bonus speed to actions is boo boo.
-
I was trying to be creative lol

I was trying to make this perk more viable for solo players, since SWF already has that info 😉

@Entità said:
Any news about these brilliant ideas?
Sadly, nope 😔

@thesuicidefox said:
Sorry but how do you measure "chance of safely rescuing" someone? There is no way you could accurately do that.
I agree it needs some buffs though. Not sure what.
You will be know, when is the best moment to rescue someone by looking on their aura though.
-
Bbq, stridor, predator/shadowborn,ruin
-
I'm 100% that the devs created the MoM as the counter to the legion. We'll see how it will be looks like in the gameplay.
-
It's good as it is. Perks only affects solo players though.

Ah yes, we should totally balance the game around casual solo players. Wouldn't want a survivors fun ruined. :c
Trust me playing solo surv is more frustrating now, than playing as the killer. I've more fun playing as the killer in this patch though.
-
Self care is already useless though. Good survivors doesn't need that.
-
Crashes during the loading screen.
-
No one will still use it though. Saboteur was meta, because the hooks could be permanently destroyed, which it was impossible for killer to win a game.
