I use distortion and aftercare often. As a solo I love them.
Aftercare gives me a large map awareness boost to keep my cover and help, and distortion helps me figure out what kind of aura perks the killer is running. they are truly fantastic.
if a survivor can’t handle bbq at this point I’m just sad for them.

half of these are killer made up rules, they want you to abide by in order to make you “think” they are less likely to camp or tunnel you. I promise campers gonna camp and hook chasers are gonna hook chase.
It DOES NOT matter what you do or don’t do.
I’ll bring an item I paid for with my hard earned bp if I want to. I’ll suffer your made up “consequences/reasonings” if you catch me.

PS. Just be honest you like easy games Bc survivors will fall for it, and MOST killers feel like they need more time Bc they can’t tunnel and camp 4 survivors to death when they don’t fall for it. I’m not calling anyone specific out but if the shoe fits wear it on your head or whatever.

Yeah it’s part of a meta that’s going around. I run into a lot of Sb killers, or thanaphobia.

This game takes time to get used to, and each side has their weaknesses. It has a fairly decent size learning curve for either side. Playing survivor or killer in bottom rank sucks Bc both sides are just learning how to play the game.

Look it’s one thing to say camping is unfair, and ask for a change, but we don’t bully killers around here. They need us as much as we need them.

More killers have caught me tonight from your continued forced help than by actually hunting for me. If someone has just been hooked and I am moving (avoiding BBQ), I do not want you continuously stopping me so you can grab some points.

Maybe on larger maps, but on the smaller maps it’s a nightmare to go against tinkerer billy , nurse, legion and spirit. So if I was a killer using tinkerer I’d play a map offering that would work well with the perk.ClogWench said:

The map is really good for rng killers , and trap killers given the minimal amount of objects and them all being on the outskirts.
Not to mention once you’ve learned how to track through corn bloodlust can be easily gained. -

Thank you, that means a lot to know I’m not the only person that feels this way. Not to mention all the wide variety of cosmetics now available for characters making bloody clothes almost irrelevant as a need to have for your favorite characters as far as “camouflage”. Literally happened to me earlier with a wraith, he camped and they fell for it. I did all the gens by myself only to be hit with noed at the end once he had already killed two off. The last guy got out but I died on my first hook. I has 0 time to look for totems I cleansed the ones I saw, but didn’t have time to look. Literally I blame my teammates. I have all my characters to 50 and only one fully prestiged. Bc it’s a waste to me to prestige them for a piece of clothing, it undoes all your progress for the character. It’s wayyyy too time consuming and wastes an incredible amount of resources that were well earned.JawsIsTheNextKiller said:I'd like this. I voted yes, but I also have my reserves about this as a solo survivor. Considering this is about solo survivors , and NOED here’s my starting opinion on it.
upside: totem counter would be great for solos
downside: a lot of times gens don’t even get done so adding another thing people think they have to do being cleansing totems on the half chance a killer had NOED would be a huge time waster for survivors.
upside: if I see nobody is cleansing totems I can cleanse them.
downside: if I see nobody is doing totems and I’m already doing all the gens by myself basically(which happens a significant amount I feel like when I’m in a group with three man swf)then I’m completely boned Bc they aren’t going to give an f about me when noed triggers Bc they already hooked swapped each other to the point of next hook death. This will happen with or without the counter to be honest.
Upside: survivors can no longer complain about getting hit with noed
downside: did I mention the huge time waster if They aren’t running hex perks?
double downside: could greatly impact other killer hex perks other than noed, which really isn’t fair Bc there will also be an increase of cases where totems do get cleansed.
eithter way I see it playing out about normal Bc survivors already ######### around and don’t do gens, I’m sure they’ll do the same with totems, Bc who cares about gens to escape when you can go head to head with a killer and someone else can do it?(a significant amount of survivor logic )
So to sum it all up it will ######### both sides in different instances. It will affect killer hex perks for mid game more than it would noed. When noed is the issue for solos so it doesn’t even really tackle the issue.So buff small game to include a counter. Not tokens, but a counter that shows how many totems are left. That way if doesn’t affect killer hexes to such a problematic degree, nor survivor gameplay. Meaning buff for small game would be the most balanced way to implement this.
