Great job! That's bad ass, now I need to try and this ''achievement'' XD
I didn't know you were on PS4 that's awesome, I don't face a whole lot of Pigs but I'm pretty sure we haven't faced each other, my PSN name is the same.
I don't have any personal achievements I want to do but my proudest accomplishment is having all 4 basement hooks occupied at one time <3 It's the background of my profile on PS4

Hmmmmmmm...
Nah, jk. 😋
My eternal personal goal is to get 4 kills using Hex: Devour Hope.
I got this with Spirit, they thought it was Haunted Grounds so they didn't touch it until it was too late.
-
Everyone has already beaten me to the punch about Spacecoconut lol I was going to try and use the ancient summoning technique lol.
-
I've been in lots of games like this on the console lol It's crazy
-
Well we've only really seen her in the CGI trailer, we haven't been able to get a good look at her actual character model, from actual gameplay she looks really gray but that could be because of the map.
I do agree that she should be racially accurate to the location but it may just be the designer's lack of knowledge or their take on what people from back then looked like.
-
I haven't had anything too similar to this but one time I was playing with my friend and I got hooked and then farmed by this Dwight and instead of unhooking me he just pointed at me and hid in a locket whenever the Killer came by.
When I died my buddy did the same exact ######### to the Dwight, he was motioning him to come over and pointing at him the whole time he was on the hook and let him die. It was nice.

You don't need a disease to get any hotter than you already are.

The stun will be 3 seconds, hopefully stays that way, so Feng may not have been able to pallet stun with the new D-Strike, theoretically of course.
This looks good though, I like that it's the closest example of what we'll have soon. I don't think it will be too powerful unless you have really good Survivors who save it for endgame but the trolls won't be using it as much I think.

They said before the end of this week so I am guessing it is not gonna be on the next Tuesday.
Either Wednesday or Thursday but Thursday is much more likely.
Oh ok I must have missed that in the stream. Hopefully the lobby times aren't as bad the last chapter, it took ages to get into a game and I really want to test this.
-
Line of sight is the problem, I'm an experienced stealth player but for this game it's only for Killer, I can get in close without them seeing me most of the time. The only thing better than a 0 TR is an actual perk/ability that grants REAL invisibility, and the only killer to have that is Freddy.
This new Dark Devotion perk could be amazing if the timer is decent, none of this 12 seconds like Tinkerer, i'm talking 45-60 seconds. You smack your Obsession and you have time to get close to Survivors without them looking around because they'll be listening for you and not pay attention. This will only work well for normal speed Killers who also don't make much sound so neither of the saw bros. There's a thread about Freddy and this perk and it could possibly be best used on him.
-
If the perk lasts a good while, it would def help in sneaking up on Survivors who are trying to break out. But it all depends if the Devs give it a ######### timer like 12 seconds or an actual timer like 45-60.
Dark Devotion, PWYF(speed boost on your way to kick ass), Discordance, Surveillance.
You strike your Obsession and lose chase for a token, if no one is in Dream World hopefully Surveillance or Discordance will show you where Survivors are. Either way you'll get there 5% faster and smack a #########.
-
How do you think Dark Devotion will work on Legion? Do you think Killer's Instinct will still show Survivors in their TR despite you not having one anymore?
(Gimmick build)The Entity's Chosen----Corrupt Intervention, Bamboozle, Blood Warden, Spirit Fury
(Real Build)Pig--Infectious Fright, Remember Me, Dark Devotion, NOED. It's an Endgame build, with NOED I would down the Obsession, transfer my TR and see anyone who is nearby and then down them as well. Once the snowball has ended I'd trap whoever is down , hook em and then keep hunting.

Most probably Thursday.
I got it wrong, I thought they were gonna release the PTB after playing with the streamers but nope, the intention was very different.
As you know, almost always killers get changes and they are never stable because of the feedback. Most probably devs wanted those streamers' opinions on the new killer, her power and both survivor's and killer's perks.
This is why we didn't get too much information about the numbers on Monday stream, they will test the stuff with the streamers and will tweak those numbers (be it perk, status effect or the killer's own power), release them with the PTB and get the community's feedback.
Streamers will come back on Thursday so there is no need to delay the PTB further.
That sounds like a solid plan, I thought the stream would feature the streamers but since they didn't I knew it had to be for some extra testing from their valued members. I just hope those streamers give good feedback instead of confusing the Devs and ######### things up.

Finally, the true master of the high five gets love <3

I'm excited for this killer because it just looks fun to play as and against. But I'm afraid she's going to be nerfed
I saw that thread where they were talking about that. We have loads of mid-tier Killers and we need to get into the heads of everyone that it's ok to have powerful Killers. I really hope she doesn't get nerfed if she's as powerful as I think she'll be.

They are already claiming sh'es OP. I was watching the dev stream with a streamer (survivor main) and their audience. This streamer's chat was already crying that the killer's perks were OP and survivor perks weren't strong enough.
Those kids sound adorable, I bet they get scared when they go see Santa at the mall.
-
This is hilarious, I rarely ever get to be the Obsession but I play Nea and this goes well for when I use Diversion to screw over some #########.

Some time after I made this guide I reached the red ranks and I put Surveillance in the "Choose your own perk slot". I now seem to almost always rank up as I prioritize controlling generators above everything else.
You want a free unhook? Go get it, I don't care.
You gonna run away to a loop? Okay, have fun!
You gonna touch my generators? LEGION GONNA GIVE IT TO YA.
Ooh nice, I like that, whenever the next 2x Bloodpoint weekend comes I'm going to P3 my Legion and when I get perk I'll def use it, that's nasty good gameplay right there I love it.
-
I don't think it's blood but that would be awesome.

+HatCreature Basically the way it works, is that when you use Hex: The Shroud, The Shroud is the only lit totem. Ruin, Devour Hope, NoED, Haunted Grounds, The Third Seal, Huntress' Lullaby, etc. will all appear as dull totems until The Shroud is cleansed.
Ah I gotchya, not as powerful as it could be but this is fair I guess. I would totally use this with Haunted Grounds, it probably wouldn't work the way I want it to most of the time but I can just imagine the priceless reaction of someone cleansing a ''dull'' totem and getting Exposed LMAO

The positive vibe is continuing because no one has played with the content yet.
A lot of people were excited for Chapter 10, especially after the map teased a snow realm.
We didn't know the Killer's power at that time, before the PTB yeah everyone was excited but no one knew what the content was. This time we got everything before the PTB so there's no surprise on how bad the power is.
-
Infectious Fright, Distressing, NOED, Sloppy Butcher
Dark Devotion, Unnerving Presence, Huntress Lullaby, Distressing
Corrupt Intervention, Spies From The Shadows, Ruin, Whispers
Head On, Self-Care, D-Strike, Dead Hard---my runner/can't catch me build
Poised, Deja Vu, Sprint Burst, Technician---my sneaky Gen jockey build
Solidarity, Empathy, Autodidact, Borrowed Time
-
It's 3 seconds it's not that bad, and it requires precise timing. This will be godly for Basement saves and if the Killer is coming towards your Gen and you hide in a locker, BAM you get a three second head start to a chase.
-
Remember Me is really good on Legion, I've been able to juggle both Exits and stop them both from opening. I go to one Exit and FF them then go to the other Exit and FF them, hook one and then run all the way back to the other Exit and smack them down.

Yes, I can feel the darkness rising with this set up.
-
This is a great totem idea, I think no one commented on it because you posted this on the same day that the new chapter was revealed. I love this idea, so your totem that causes the Shroud is that shrouded as well or is it lit up? I think it should be shrouded personally because it's kind of like Thrill of The Hunt. This would confuse Survivors to no end, they would know Ruin is active and can't find any active totems so they don't break any. Unless they're like me of course and just break them, this would definitely give totems a much bigger chance at actually doing their job.
-
I can get behind this, there's only 1 perk that gets rid of the Red Stain and it doesn't work, this perk would be perfect for it. But yes we don't know the numbers for this or the other perks and those numbers will make or break everything. Of course I'm expecting something ######### like 12 seconds so it needs to be higher than that. I'm thinking 20/25/30 or 40/55/60

There are 7 generators in the game, not 8.
Depending on the timer, something like deja vu after every generator would be overpowered af. The last 3 generators will not even be repairable for a time.
Everything depends on the timer, if it is something like 20-30 seconds, it is a wasted perk slot but if it is something like 60-90 seconds, it is a really good early game perk. There are killer like the hag too, you will be able to close those 4 generator area.
Thanks for the correction, so that means 4 Gens are potential targets instead of 5, I can see how powerful that would be early game. And like you said if the timer is too long and it was like my idea it would def be OP. Well I'm excited for the perk now, hopefully it's longer than a ######### 12 seconds.
-
@Delfador said:
The perk is powerful enough to be not a base feature.
Gen rush needs something serious not a band aid, and when we get that stuff, this base will be too powerful.
8 Gens at the start of the match, minus 3 you got 5 and if all Survivors are spread out there is 1 Gen with no one on it and if the Killer finds that first then the Survivors have time to hide when they get close. This isn't powerful if it's just the start of the match for maybe 12 seconds, this fine if it was base because it's maybe 12 seconds.
As a perk I hope it's like Deja Vu and activates after every Gen, if it doesn't and it's just the 3 at the start, this perk sucks and needs to change.
-
I'm when Monto does a perk build for her he'll call it Exorcist lol
I'm beyond excited for this Killer, I wasn't too excited for Legion but ma gah I'm hyped as fuh. I love plague/disease characters, when I play Skyrim I play a plague Necromancer so this is right up my alley <3
-
Overall I'm SUPER excited, I love plague/disease characters so I'll be puking over everyone with a sick smile :)
-
I'm hoping Corrupt Intervention is like Deja Vu and activates after every Gen, this is the only way that perk can be useful.
Head On will definitely give Iron Maiden more use and I'm so happy for it but it still needs more than that 15 seconds. I know I'm running both of these perks.
Solidarity sounds interesting, I wonder if Autodidact works with it, I love using weird perks that are beneficial but complicated so I'll run it.
Besides the first perk mentioned i'm worried about Dark Devotion, if the timer for the TR is too small it will be useless. It needs like 30 seconds to get any real momentum from it.
-
No you're right, but since it's not it better be like Deja Vu where it happens after every Gen.
But yeah this should be base game, no reason not to.
-
I love plague characters, I'm right in my element with her and she's not even out yet. I'm gonna puke all over Survivors and watch them suffer in agony.

The obsession related perk would only be good if it has a timer of at least 2 minutes. I doubt it'll have that much... Knowing BHVR and how they give bad, arbitrary numbers to perks... See Pop Goes The Weasel.
Scream perk might only be worthwhile on Huntress... It's basically a better Spies From the Shadows.
I completely agree with this, if the TR is only on them for say 12 seconds that's not good enough for any real use from the Killer. Pair it with Unnerving Presence well so what they'll be Self-Caring alone and the Killer won't reach a Gen in 12 seconds because it's not enough time for Tinkerer either. 25-30 seconds minimum would make this good because it will give the Killer ample time to sneak up on someone or to divide the Survivors.
I'm excited for the Gen perk myself, I hope it's like Deja Vu and happens every time a Gen is completed. If it's literally JUST at the start of the match it's a waste of a perk slot, oh yay 10 seconds who the ######### cares.

She doesnt look that powerful doesnt her power just make you cough and cant heal? That's not really nerf worthy
So I heard that once you cleanse yourself the fountain becomes corrupted and only turns to normal if the Killer activates it to buff their power. Theoretically the Killer can get everyone to corrupt the fountains then never get her powerup and deny the Survivors from cleansing themselves again forcing them all to be Broken the entire match and vomit.
If this is what can happen she'll be super powerful, I hope this happens and that this will be ok, I don't want this ######### to get nerfed.
-
She's the only other female killer who has normal movement speed, I'm happy for that alone.
-
Besides my question on Autodidact I am worried about this but I don't think it'll be too much to worry about. Yes, healing won't take as long but I don't think those seconds saved will amount to much trouble for Killers. This perk looks like an alternative to Self-Care for solo Survivors.

Idk if anyone even uses autodidact. It’s too punishing, when there are better healing perks.
I use it, if you can get all 5 tokens it's super powerful. If this works with Auto then this will 50% heal you super fast.

They forgot to mention this in the stream.
Nice, so a better Doctor. You infect Survivors by puking on them or pallets/gens and they can spread it to others and eventually become Broken and make noise notifications. This is bad ass, I love sickness based characters <3 I'm excited for her cosmetics, shame the dead Survivors don't turn into zombies.
-
Hmm, someone needs to test this with Autodidact, do the skill checks effect your healing as well?
-
It's a good strategy but I don't think it will be anymore powerful than D-Strike. Also this means that the ######### perk Iron Maiden could get some actual use, it still needs a buff but now it has more chances to be used.
-
It's good for slugging but also for defense, if someone with a flashlight is nearby waiting for the save then you know they're there and can get ready for them.
Infectious Fright, Third Seal, Sloppy Butcher, and Distressing, maybe this will be a new build?
-
The one that corrupts Gens is similar to something I came up with but of course it's different, I don't know the full info about the perk yet but I'm super excited for that one. Hopefully it's kind of like Deja Vu where every time a Gen is completed 3 Gens get blocked for several seconds.
-
I'm 100% running this perk, as a Killer I am for excited that the Basement has a counter to it which is weird to be excited by lol As a Survivor I'm excited because it's a great stealth perk and one of the few Exhaustion perks I can with another Exhaustion perk.
Head On, Dead Hard, Urban Evasion, Self-Care, if I'm caught then I stun with a locker and no Dead Hard but if I can't find a locker then I have Dead Hard. This is badass.

How would survivors know the gen was in the drawing? Instinctively, the survivors would be afraid to even approach the drawing because they would think Lucy was in it and not a gen. Fear will keep them from approaching and then Lucy could simply hide 5 gens in drawings... That's what I'm afraid of encountering with the killer power. I don't want the players to hate her like Legion - I want people to see her as a fair killer like trapper and the other orig killers.
Well it would be where the Gen would be and the drawing would have the Gen on it, so a normal drawing would be whatever and then a hidden Gen drawing would have a Gen on it. Then they would have to destroy the drawing to get it out which could take like 10-116 seconds.

@HatCreature There is evidence that enough brain damage can change ones personality significantly. The girl stabs him with the Pin which destroys a good part of his brain but not killing him. This change made him feel guilty for wanting to hurt the one he loved and decided that he would not kill anyone to respect her memory, he doesn't know if she managed to escape from the forest, if some animals killed her or if she killed herself. So basically brain damage caused him to feel more guilt than he did before, and said guilt made him decide to not kill anymore. Also I thought that the brain damage may have lessened his desire to kill in general, kind of like if someone gets hurt badly enough they can get into a coma or forget their past, in his case he lost part of his killer instincts. He still remembers quite a bit about his past, but he also forgot a lot, some things he does out of muscular memory, like the chase and how to use the knife correctly.
In short: Blame the pin.
That makes sense, I'm a writer and that's good enough for me lol he sounds really cool.
-
Awesome perks, I can see myself running all of them, especially the first one ;)

This is really good, Joker isn't just an iconic comic book villain, he's a damn psychotic serial killer and this is beautiful, great job. I especially love the laughing as his terror radius <3
