Its horrendously bad. Yesterday I was in an all red rank lobby and we got paired with a rank 15 killer. Felt so bad afterward.
Had to message the player and apologize. So unfair to them.

You're just getting bad players. Challenges are perfectly doable without costing your team the match.

I'll actually go through a few here...
ANGRYPUG - He's mildly above average. He has the most escapes in the game (which is actually true), but he also plays more than anyone else. It's a time based thing. If you watch him play, you'll see his spins are, for the most part, awful, and as a killer his main playstyle is tunnel/insidious camp. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's not skill based in the least.
Vince - He's an average survivor and a below average killer who has amazing gimmicks and entertainment value (Officer Leathercock, anyone?).
Cahla - She might be the most wholesome DBD streamer you'll see who isn't StreamDad_, and as a killer, she's decent, but she gets tired of killer quick these days and switches to survivor, where she is slightly above average as a survivor.
Tofu - I mean, he can be good. He's like any of us. He has good games, he has bad games. He's unlike most of us in that he doesn't take it personally and throw his PC out the window when he loses. Though, he does seem like a survivor main who plays killer rather than a killer main. He has this "i won't use spirit fury because it's unfair for survivors" attitude. Mostly though, he performs as good if not slightly worse than your average killer. Great guy, though.
The only god tier survivors are really No0b3 and Zubat (and Edgar to an extent - he's an amazing looper. Still a shame what BHVR did to him). God tier killers are Marth, Zubat and...well, really thats it. Hexy is a great killer too but he uses tactics survivors don't approve of.
What I'm getting at here is that DBD isn't a hard game. You can be as good as them with a fraction of the time.

His reveal mechanic is so broken. You can be staring right at him, middle of the screen, nothing happens and he exposes you.

Love playing as:
- Myers. My all time favorite. He's my main as killer.
- Clown. Not strong but a lot of fun for me.
- Wraith. Bing bong boy has some really fun add ons and builds.
Hate playing as:
- Nurse. Just frustrating on console.
- Hag. Too short, boring, no fun.
- Legion. Stabbing frenzy dullness.
Love playing against:
- Myers. The most legit creepy killer in the game. Always looking over my shoulder. Scratched mirror is the best.
- Clown. Just fun all around. Love his laugh. He tests my looping abilities more than any other killer.
- Huntress. Hatchet dodging is always a blast.
Hate playing against:
- Ghostface. Broken reveal mechanic. Most GF's just camp the hook waiting to expose the rescuer and tunnel the person just saved.
- Legion. Mend/heal tediousness. If there's sloppy and thana then its hell.
- Spirit. Rarely met a non toxic Spirit.

To my knowledge, I actually don't remember Michael ever killing a kid. I still stand by Freddy as most evil licensed killer but I agree that Michael is up there. I feel that by calling him evil incarnate, it doesn't make him the most evil, feels like a title to me. Just my opinion though. Love both franchises lol
Michael murdered a kid in the 2018 movie, during his escape scene.

No. I really don't want to be able to constantly see the killer's aura. Takes the fun out of it.

You can see it at the beginning of the match, the end game screen, during a mori, and in the lobby.
You knew this already. Everyone who plays the game knows this. You are not being tricked into believing you can see it during a match. So there is no scam. People buy these cosmetics of their own free will knowing these facts.

I don't get Legion. Half the survivors could whoop their arses. They don't impress me at all. Just whiney 17 to 24 year olds sitting in the lodge worshipping a picture of Bernie Sanders while hoping none of their victims figure out they can't fight their way out of a wet paper bag. Seriously, David King or Tapp would destroy those punks
Maybe that's why they are the one killer I can't stomach running.

I'd say Michael does get off on killing to an extent. When he was stalking Annie in the first movie dude was breathing like he was about to get laid. Then in the new movie dude goes house to house killing people.
I think the most explicit piece of evidence that Michael gets off on killing is in the first movie. Two key scenes. First the double whammy kill of Bob and Lynda. After he murders Bob he stands there staring at the corpse, tilting his head from side to side like he's admiring a beautiful painting.
Then he goes and disguises himself as Bob wearing a ghost sheet, and toys with Lynda by pretending to be Bob before murdering her.
The final one is when Laurie discovers her friends' dead bodies in the upstairs bedroom of the house. Michael has put them on display, like they are some great work of art he has done. He even uses his sister's head stone (which he stole from the cemetery earlier in the movie);
This is a guy who loves what he does.

Doc may have had a sadistic evil career as a Doctor, but Michael has been murdering since he was a child. For no rational reason. He just picked up a knife as a child and he's never wanted to put it down since.

I love Bond. My favorite survivor perk. The information it gives you can save lives including your own.
I use Prove Thyself and it pairs well with that to find team mates working on gens.

Hands down Ghostface. Its like that character attracts the toxic players.
Pig would be second most toxic.
Least toxic ones would be Michael, Huntress, and Nurse.

I was fortunate that I had all the killers pre Plague done before they changed it to the stupid double pip requirement. I've only had to do Plague, Ghostface, Demo, and Oni under those conditions.

I've seen this issue happen to friends a couple of times. But we just made a new lobby with new host and it worked fine.

I always assumed kill meant mori type death since that is how they distinguished it in the dailies. Death by hooking was always labelled sacrificing.

The worst moments I've had are because of random team mates. I've had some of the most selfish incompetent potatoes the last couple of days.
Its no wonder so many people swf.

I honestly cannot remember a match where ruin lasted til late game. Its as rare as a four man hatch escape together.
