    1. I didn't say he was unbalanced. I'm pointing out a few kind of ridiculous mechanics (in my opinion) that come with him. Blocking windows and pallets by getting shocked is fine, play around it, easy. I just don't like that I can't heal my teammates or pull off a clutch play without going into a 30 second cooldown to get out of madness
    2. For your second point, I've stated multiple times that I don't play killer and acknowledge that this post will be survivor biased because that is my strongest side of the game. And yeah, it is an overall bad map. I just don't know what makes it bad from the killer's point of view.
    3. What you're talking about doesn't happen in red ranks. (Assuming the people in red ranks actually deserve red ranks, the rank system in this game is pretty bad) But once you become an experienced survivor, you can tell when its the games fault that you get hit through pallets. And sometimes I make a mistake where I throw it too late and get hit, that I don't complain about.
    4. BHVR absolutely can do something about face camping and tunneling. They can introduce incentives to not face camp or have punishments to try and prevent it. This of course won't solve the problem, but it will help. Tunneling on the other hand, no, BHVR can't really do much. And that's my point, I can't have a fun game without bringing decisive and borrowed time AT LEAST to avoid getting tunneled or face camped just because the killer is upset that I ran him for a couple minutes.
    5. I mentioned gen-rushing once in my post as a sarcastic term to point out how bad the ranking system is in this game. That is, if something possibly out of your control happens (like getting actually gen rushed) then you lose your rank, even if you couldn't do anything.
    6. You're right, because of my skill I only get high ranked killers and therefor have to bring meta perks to win, bringing meme builds to have fun simply doesn't work.

    Just by the by.

    I'm constantly in Rank 1.

    Solo Queue.

And I never feel obligated to bring Meta Perks. Purely because Survivors are more versatile in what they could bring that contributes to the game. Keyword being contribute here.

I've run a Red Herring-Blast Mine build alongside Quick & Quiet and Head-On. Do I get plays every game? No. But when I stun a Killer with Blast Mine, and then stun then with a Head On stun. I am wasting a lot of the Killer's time and having fun.

Or how about purely altruistic builds? You can build your build around Mettle of Man and getting stacks that way. Yes. You can still use Mettle of Man despite it being nerfed out of the meta. It's not overpowered, but it's fun when you get it. Because no one expects you to be running it.

If you want to be chaser but also stay quiet, you can also use the trusty Iron Will + Fixated combo. Add on a couple of other perks that makes you both versitile in chase and in stealth and the Killer might be wondering and looking around on where the ######### you went.

I think when you say "meme builds" you're purely thinking about perks that don't really go well together, so you assume you have to go with the meta. But for Survivors there are a fuckton of options to pick from that still contributes to the completion of the game. ######### Fast Track with BNP is technically a meme build but it's super effective.

Flashbangs and plays based aruond it can be countered, but people run it anyways because it's fun to blind the Killer mid-chase or when they're picking them up.

You have no one to blame except yourself if you genuinely don't find ways to make fun builds as a Survivor. Unless you're playing Sabo Builds. Those tend to be the least fun since you're almost never in range to get good sabo plays.

  • In general, Killer is harder than playing Survivor. You don't need to worry about multiple things at once as Killer to net a win.

But as Survivor, you're mostly relying on teammates. And with Solo Queue, it can be an even more frustrating and difficult experience than Killer is.

I've noticed it tends to be in extremes. Either you get the people that expect you to be "thankful" and never verbalize the things you're unhappy with, or you get the people that pick apart every tiny detail and can't find anything positive about the game. Way too emotional about criticism that I'm sure most people are feeling, like the constant problem of fixing one problem and causing five more like you mentioned lol

There are some people who understands the nuances. But they're far and few in between.

I do think BHVR is an incompetent mess, but not it's developers. Mostly it's management that deals with the decisions behind the game's direction.

I do think they should work on fixing bugs, and they should delay content chapters because of it.

But I'm not going to say that DBD has been a complete disappointment to me. Especially 3000 hours in.

Only perk that annoys me on blight is Tinkerer. Now that I am learning to play him myself, I dont use tinkerer simply because how annoying it is to verse as survivor.

But to answer your question why they use it? Simply because its the best for him and these perks have high synergy with his power.

Even as Survivor I understand Tinkerer is annoying.

But it is fun to be the nuisance rather be the subject of nuisance. Partially why I love playing long ranged Huntress and Deathslinger shots.

  • Two words:

    Blight's Bugged.

If you play Blight for an extended period of time, you'd know that you don't have much room to use other perks that compliments his power.

I once tried running Surge and Surveillance on Blight since I know he can get downs in good generator spots with his rushes. Except his rushes don't count towards Basic Attacks, they're Special Attacks.

You can argue then "Well, maybe STBFL would be good for him if he uses Special Attacks for his rushes". Problem with that is that his rushes are one of the most consistent and easiest ways to get hits on Survivors. You're not going to be building stacks, and if you're going to be playing an M1 Killer you might as well be playing Wraith who does a better job at doing hit-and-run playstyles.

Let's not forget the fact that his Blight Rushes are also inconsistent with maps and stuff. Yes, it's the most consistent output of damage if you know how to use it. But the maps themselves are so ######### that you don't know if you'll catch a Survivor or get ######### over by rock geometry and have to wait until your power restores itself again. Basically like a more ######### Spirit.

Also, if you are stunned at ANY POINT during a rush, you will be bugged and you cannot use your power without swinging your weapon which gives Survivors more distance in a cahse.

Also, ALSO, if you break a pallet or a wall with your power there is a chance for you to get stuck in place and not be able to move WHATSOEVER until the game decides you can.

Which brings us to the build almost every Blight uses.

Ruin is good because Blight is great at exerting map pressure all over the map with his Blight rushes.

Which is why protecting it with Undying is a no-brainer.

And that leads to Tinkerer which allows him to get some nasty hits from across the map and force a generator that is almost completed to go back to 0% if defended properly. There is literally no reason not to take this.

And of course, BBQ, to help with the insane ######### grind as well as show auras of Survivors from miles away. I've had cross-map hits with Blight that are not possible without the help of BBQ.

This build is basically a "Solved" build for Blight, It's objectively the best perks you can bring on him. It has the most obvious synergies with every other perk that is brought in as well as synergies with his own power.

And with the amount of times you get screwed over by nothing but the game on Blight, some players might feel like they don't stand a chance if they don't bring these kinds of perks. Now, I run it myself but the only reason why is because of BBQ. And because I don't feel like sweating that much if I just want points (But don't fret, you still sweat a ######### ton in Red Ranks).

DbD's report system is awful, its like they expect players to regularly record their matches for the rare chance of coming across a hacker/cheater. The average player does not record gameplay for the rare chance of catching cheaters.

Most games don't do this, you report the person and the match you've reported them for is reviewed.

This is why I use Xbox Game Bar on PC.

That 30 second clip is most of what is needed.

No need for infinite storage space. Plus I get to save my cool moments.

While we're at it, can we get a brightness setting too?

Also, can we get a setting that turns any kind of grass off? My hardware lags cuz of all the corn.

I don't think you should turn off grass and brightness.

But that's mostly BHVR being ######### at optimization.

  • No. I don't think so.

That won't help with the grind whatsoever, and if it does it does jackshit to it.

    Think of it this way.

At the very least you're saving 895,000 Bloodpoints from the grind. And that's just the teachables themselves.

I made an entire thread about it and that is just a drop of water in the ocean that is this game's grind.

    @DelsKibara said:

    Gutten tag, everyone.

It's about time I make another one of these threads like I used to before. And here's one I noticed only got worse with the more perks and the more characters are introduced into the game.

Now, let me just state the obvious. The one everyone is thinking when it comes to Perk Tiers and why they are so problematic and needs to be removed from the game:

    THE GRIND

I think we all know at this point why Perk Tiers are problematic, and the most common complaint is that it creates an exponential grind. One that, in my opinion, is going to be unhealthy and detrimental to the game's health in the long term.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/99R2VMPFLUJZ/dbd-bloodweb-ss.png

    Here's why.

Let's assume for a second you only want to level one Survivor to have every perk in the game. Without considering Prestige, since that is just something to brag about without any real benefit to you, you would need to get a total of 92 perks (not counting the ones you already have on your survivor). Times that by 3 (and 2 for the ones you already have) and you basically need to get 282 Perks for a single Survivor.

Converting that into bloodpoints, without factoring how much you would need just to buy the random items, add-ons, and offerings scattered around the bloodweb would require us to multiple 276 perks by 4000, 5000, and 6000. And of course, the other 3 perks you already have which would actually be 6 perks be multipled by 5000, and 6000.

Giving us a total of 4,206,000 Bloodpoints.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/CG2DHIC2KLGC/iconhelp-bloodpoints.png

And again, that doesn't factor in the fact that you would most likely need to quadruple that amount with the amount of items, add-ons, and offerings you would need to get to get these perks. So even if you are efficient with your bloodwebs and have the entity eat up whole branches everytime, the grind itself is still ridiculous.

That already seems bad enough, right? Well, hold onto your hats because it's about to get worse.

    Much. MUCH WORSE.

With Survivors, you can just put all of your points into one survivor and get the same experience everytime. Since every survivor plays the same way, you wouldn't need to necessarily invest points into the others except for of course unlocking their teachables (if you like to hoard shards like yours truly, almost 200k btw)

    With Killers... Not so much.

Since every Killer plays the same, you would want to have a specific or unique build with each of them. Perks that are worthless on some Killers (like Distressing) can be really powerful on some other Killers (like Doctor or a Slugging Oni)

That means, that with the current setup with how the perks and the grind is. If you want the chance to maximize a killer's potential or just to create fun memey builds you may come up with. If you want to have access to all of those perks to be able to do that, you would need to get at least 3,711,000 Bloodpoints.

But again, remember. Every killer is unique. So you're going to have to repeat this process with every single one. Assuming of course, you play every single Killer, and not just your mains. But I'm making it every Killer to put into perspective just how mindboggling the grind truly is.

    And that number is...

    drumrolls

    311,724,000 Bloodpoints.

And once again, that is without factoring the cost of even getting those perks in the first place. And this is assuming you would never want to prestige your characters, sometimes I know some people who are completionists or are mains of a certain Killer would love to do.

No wonder perks like BBQ & Chili are so common. Because the requirements to get the perks you want on the Killer you play assuming you have every teachable unlocked is ridiculous. Players shouldn't have to intentionally keep a teachable not unlocked because it can lock them out of other perks in the bloodweb. But if they don't unlock it, they wouldn't have to deal with as much of the grind.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/FU9C8CCO9W6H/iconperks-barbecueandchilli.png

But now can you see the problem here?

You shouldn't have to have a strategy with spending your points, your reward for playing the game. You shouldn't have to overthink it. You should just be able to get the perks you want the moment they appear in the bloodweb.

And this is why removing Perk Tiers from the game should be considered by BHVR. The game is already long enough as it is without the need to add more perk tiers into the mix. Let us spend our bloodpoints on perks we want, rather than on perks we would rather just stay away from but we still have to purchase anyways because otherwise they'd just reappear in the bloodweb again.

If we completely remove perk tiers, and have every tier always be at Tier 3. It would make the grind so, so much more bareable.

For Survivors, you only need to spend 552,000 Bloodpoints to get every single perk in the game as of this update on a single Survivor. Still a good amount, but much much more managable.

As for Killers, if you want to get every perk on every Killer in the game, you would just need 11,664,000 Bloodpoints. That's 468,000 Bloodpoints per Killer. You can get that much in a couple of good games with BBQ to max out the perks for one Killer, and I don't think it's too much to ask considering how many Killers there are in the game and how often bloodpoints are wasted on perks that are either useless to the Killer (like Insidious to Huntress) or just never end up finding the ones that are useful because you keep picking up tiers of perks you already own.

    But.

You wouldl think reducing the grind would be a good enough reason to remove Perk Tiers. But I would argue there are EVEN MORE equally as valid reasons why we shouldn't have to deal with perk tiers entirely. And that comes in the form of...

    Game balance

Let's be honest here. Who here has seen BBQ or Decisive Strike in their bloodwebs but seem to never get Tier 2 or Tier 3 of it no matter how much you sink into it?

Now, who here thinks that balancing perks around tiers is ######### stupid because it basically forces the grind onto newer players as well as annoy the crap out of veterans?

Anyways, after getting that out of my system, I hope you understand what I mean.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/6V95XYV64DUM/iconhelp-shrineofsecrets.png

Balancing DBD with three tiers of perks basically makes it so BHVR has to account for the tier levels when creating balance changes. Basically creating a balance of three perks for just one. When in reality, it would be SO much easier for BHVR to create even new and interesting perk designs if they are constricted with having to force three levels of it on each perk. Because balancing things around one perk rather than three is always going to be easier. Both balance wise and design wise.

If all perks are the same, then new players are also not going to be at a disadvantage against killers who are used to playing the game. They can already start playing the game with the most the perk can offer without needing to put more points into it. Allowing them to experiment with more perks and playstyles to their liking.

It also helps with giving Survivors and Killers an even playing field. Yes, everyone in Rank 1 has every perk on Tier 3. But what if they're trying out a Killer they don't usually play? Or Survivors want to use a unique build for shits and giggles?

Then you're out of luck unless you, once again, grind for the perks.

You can of course still try to win with the perks you have. But good ######### luck getting much value from Tier 1 Self-Care or Tier 1 BBQ on a map like The Game.

By removing perk tiers, you create an even playing field for everyone. So even if the perks are not exactly what you wanted, you aren't exactly ######### over by them requiring a longer cooldown to activate or having a less powerful effect than their Tier 3 counterparts.

It would help with learning how to counter these perks much more easily. Since they are a lot more predictable. Though I doubt many people would find much use from that.

With the ridiculous grind, and how hard it is to balance the game. I sincerely, DESPERATELY hope that the developers take the time to read this. Or at least the community becomes much more aware of it.

Because Perk Tiers needs to go away. As it is unhealthy for the game in the long term, especially if BHVR chooses to stick to their guns and stay with a 3 month release schedule. Instead of a more reasonable 9 month release schedule.

Anyways, that's my arguments as to why DBD and BHVR needs to remove perk tiers from the game. As it only makes the grind much more exponentially grindier, and makes balancing the game much more difficult.

I'd appreciate if there is some discussion regarding this, since I know that this is a major gripe of the grind but it's being overshadowed by the same discussions about nerfing Spirit or how broken certain loops are on some maps. However, I think addressing this is a very important topic. Since this can make or break DBD later on in it's life.

Well this is just going out on a limb and guessing but most of the threads were seemingly started by newer forum members, which might imply they could also be newer players in the game, so there might be a surge of cheaters at low ranks so mid to high rank players might not see them if at all

Nope. Rank 1, seeing them constantly too.

Not as often but enough for me to not want to play DBD for a short while.

Granted I haven't seen them as much as I used to, but I still do see them. It's not TF2 levels of bad but it is BAD.

  • @PalletsAndHooks said:

Add big black bars on the side of the screen. Problems solved. FOV is perk-specific *feature* and has nothing to do with anyone's particular hardware.

Sucks for those dealing with stretched resolution, but most modern hardware can be set to have something as effective or similar to the black bars anyways.

Edit: most hardware resolution changes prompt dbds software to adjust the FOV accordingly. FOV is intended not to be controlled by the end user at all.

    People complained about that.

But to be honest, ######### them. I'd rather have it be a fair playing field.

This is the result of a 15 minute game I just had against a SWF. Two disconnected after their 3rd downs to prevent the last hooks and pops. Last two ran for the hatch. Downed one who disconnected so the hatch would open, but I immediately closed it and downed the last player. Seems like this type of gameplay should be against the rules.

That screams 4-Man team who just doesn't want to chill.

what do you mean by killers would be stronger without bbq? and who is they.

They mean that Kilers won't feel obligated to use BBQ in favour for more stronger perks.

Strength wise, BBQ is good for tracking. But won't give you an immediate advantage. Unlike perks like Retribution or Bitter Murmur.

  • Even as someone with a lot of Killers Prestige 3-50ed, the Grind is still something I'll continue to complain about. After 3000 hours, I still feel like I am nowhere near the end of where I want it to be.

That would be cool. Sadly I’d doubt they’d do that because since BBQ comes from a licensed killer, it will generate more money for BHVR if everyone wants the perk. Still though, I would be down with making it basekit.

Making it basekit and keeping BBQ to having the extra bloodpoints as is without extra effects feels alright to me.

    More points is more points.

  • @Manhunt said:

My only problem with dead hard is that it can ignore the killers power if I throw a hatchet at them it hits but it doesn't count as a hit, this is the same with other killers like deathslinger. You can also go straight through a trappers trap. This is the only exhaustion perk that lets you do all this

The amount of times I shot from a distance as Deathslinger only for them to just Press E is just.... Not fun.

  • @EldritchElise87 said:

If anything it should have a slightly longer distance but remove iframes. If you couldn't DH into walls and dropped pallets to just phase through a hit it would feel a lot more fair from the killer side, and mean the survivor has to have space in front of them to actually dodge the hit.

Actually, I'm in favour of that. I rarely ever use Dead Hard to dodge a hit, I always use it to gain distance.

This way we won't even need the whole "waiting for Dead Hard" ######### Killer has to do.

Because let's be honest, that is just janky and it's just a bandaid to Dead Hard as a perk.

Exhaustion perks are meant to be about giving distance anyways. Dead Hard if people keep using it the way it's used right now is basically a free heallth state which you can recover if you escape. People don't complain about Sprint Burst, Lithe, or Balanced Landing. It's only Dead Hard because it's the only one that gives iFrames.

Power cosmetics would be pretty cool

Playing huntress with a big fancy axe and still throwing those dusty ol hatchets feels weird too.

Problem is not every killer has costumizable powers so that's why they probably don't do it

    🤫

    I wonder about that.

Trapper has his bear traps (Can't be a darker colour because of the darkening add-ons, but can be a different type)

    Wraith has his bell

    Hillbilly has his chainsaw

Nurse has her blink charge (Imagine how cool it'd be to have flames coming out of it)

Myers probably can't have a cosmetic power regardless (######### licenses)

Hag could change the shape of her hexes

Doctor's cosmetic could even be tied to his gameplay. Like his different shocks could give Survivors different jumpscares.

    Huntress with her hatchets

Maybe Bubba can also have chainsaw cosmetics?

Freddy is a definite no, ######### licenses.

Amanda could maybe have stuff like the Shotgun Collar as a replacement for the RBT?

    Clown has his bootles

    Spirit probably can't have one.

Legion's power cosmetic is already their power.

Plague could maybe have different coloured bile? Maybe not.

Ghostface is the same with Myers, can't have one.

So is Demogorgon, unless the portals could be customized?

Oni's Kanobo could definitely be customized.

Deathslinger's gun can already be customized.

    Pyramid Head's cages maybe?

Blight maybe something like a trail effect for his Blight rush?

    Twins definitely could customize Victor.

    Trickster could customize his knives.

Nemesis with his zombies or tentacle?

  • BHVR really needs to consider giving the powers a cosmetic effect.

It's basically free money. We know how many people spend on skins in this game.

  • Didn't BHVR say this was an exploit until they implemented a DC Penalty?

Pretty sure it should still be considered one since it's an unintended consequence of disconnecting giving the last Survivor a major advantage.

  • @Carth said:

I think People are annoyed because while Bubba/Billy are more dangerous throughout the course of the trial an individual survivors has full control over their interactions with these killers. If someone has avoided Myers all game and then he pops T3 on you or is roaming around after stalking your 3 teammates all the way it feels like you played 'correctly' but still get punished.

    This.

Solo Queue makes me hate Infinite Tier 3 so much.

  • Honestly, my guess is they tried it, something broke hard and they abandoned it without saying anything.

Although since we now have AIs in the form of Tutorial Survivors and Killers, I'm guessing they are going to change it to that instead. Which tbh, is going to be more of a detriment to Killers in a way.

Yeah they can easily be looped and such but they are still going to be doing generators god knows where and you cannot pressure them like a normal human would.

  • The ability to sell unused items and offerings. Doesn't even need to be at full price, sometimes you just wanna sell old offerings and items to get back some bloodpoints since you have so many of them and you're never going to use them.

With that said, the ability to save (and name) loadouts for every Killer and Survivor. Since if we can sell our unused offerings, the grind wouldn't be nearly as bad meaning we would be able to get more perks. I am willing to go for this as a compromise to the insane grind this game puts on it's player to be honest.

The ability to see your teammates ranks, levels, as well as their perk loadouts in the lobby. We used to have this but BHVR patched it out claiming it was "a bug". I'm sorry we don't want to deal with your trash matchmaking, BHVR. But at least give us a way to deal with it ourselves.

  • For me it's when they nod at you instead of t-bagging at the exit gate.

Especially if they're an incredibly fun opponent to go against.

A nod from each other is a sign of respect.

"I may not have caught you, but I had fun. Thank you."

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/267762/sick-of-constantly-facing-cheaters

If easy anti cheat is so god damn easy to bypass, why even have it? It aint stopping people from having cheat progams/hacks. This game is beyond toxic and a total time waste now.

Any anti-cheat can be bypassed with new cheats. That's how it works. An anti-cheat cannot prevent people from using a cheat that isn't in its database because it literally has no idea how the cheat works, and therefore will not register it as a cheat. They can know the general behavior of cheats, but if a new one comes along that behaves differently, it won't be caught.

It's kinda like vaccines. First the disease appears, then you study it, then you develop the vaccine.

    I don't know Orion.

I feel like someone INSTANTLY healing or someone running at speeds FASTER than they are allowed is typically a red flag.

  • Yeah, the cheaters are getting a bit out of hand.

I think the event genuinely made it worse because we KNOW the developers are too busy fixing other ######### to focus on banning these cheaters.

As a survivor main I think Suffo Pit is one of the best maps in the game. The main building is absolutely insane and you can guarantee 3 vaults out of a god window every time.

There are actually quite a bit of pallets in the middle and TL walls back to back can be kind of busted.

    This.

Suffocation Pit is pretty strong for Survivor. Especially the middle part. Who cares about pallet efficiency when you got back to back window vaults?

  • I want more ranged Kilers.

I am just in love with all of them. Nothing is more satisfying in this game than landing a sniper shot.

  • I am 100% in favour of this.

Do it devs, design team. Or you're all COWARDS!

  • Pretty sure BHVR is aware of it and probably already shadow patched it in the Mid-Chapter.

  • Just play the game already.

Stop waiting for the lobby to hit 60 seconds and ready up. I already know that the Survivor who intentionally stalls out to do crap like that or does a last second switch tends to be the one I target the most anyways.

  • Here's a rule of thumb:

If it's a rock, you can't slam onto it.

I found that is true for every map, not just Ormond.

  • @TripleSteal said:

Probably no, but killer power altering players' controls and game info would be cool.

Illusions, actual blindness (temporary), switched left and right or up and down would all work for an exciting-to-play-against killer power.

    "The (Name) is Boring!"

"The (Name) is a problematic Killer, why do we need a killer that messes with our controls?"

"The (Name) needs to be nerfed"

  • I'll give you that. But that doesn't make these Killers (or Survivors for that matter) any less frustrating to face just because they had a challenge.

  • I don't like Survivors DCing either but jesus ######### christ, man. That build.

Moris do nothing now, honestly they can sometimes be even worse because the mori animation can be really long.

Moris do nothing, but it really indicates the killer's intention this match. You don't bring a mori and think "Oh, I hope to have fun now."

You bring a mori because you want to find a way to drag the game out for as long as humanly possible while playing Spirit with Mother-Daughter add-ons.

Dude you got 4 cakes... How could you be complaining? Compare that to any normal day of dbd, that's like 4 or 5 games worth of BP in one game.

I'm not complaining I got 4 cakes, I'm complaining the match wasn't as fun because the Killer decided to go out of their way to ruin it for someone.

  • Actually the K-Pop chapter fits more in terms of Slasher Killers.

Sure, the general theme of K-Pop doesn't fit DBD. But a superstar serial killer who uses his fans screams to write his music? Definitely.

Also, I love how people always bring up Trickster as a "Well, we should have DDLC as a Chapter now!" forgetting everything revolving around the Killer.

I mean they could also just be doing a challenge but I get it I guess. Also yeah this event has massively destroyed my motivation to play

Maybe but she didn't need to go THAT far for it.

Imagine if Monika's power was covering your screen for a duration.

I'd laugh my ass off if a DDLC chapter happened.

Honestly still a better choice than other Indie "horror" titles.

Seriously, people. Why am I starting to see suggestions for Bendy and the Neighbour from that Hello Neighbour game?

You realize moris got nerfed right?

I do, but usually moris are a sign the Killer themselves are going to play extra scummy in the match.

And the Killer WAS extra scummy.

Thankfully, to the obsession, not me. She had Rancor and was trying her hardest to kill the obsession and camped every hook she could to make sure she got people to second stage.

  • Just played in it today actually.

I'm beginning to understand the nuances on where everything is and where the generators are as Survivor.

Too bad this game was one of the worst I've played in a long time though.

Mainly due to the fact it was a sweaty Wraith with Franklin's, NOED, and double Speed add-ons. I don't mind Wraith himself but good god the people who play him can sometimes get on my nerves with how much of a scumbag they can be.

  • Around 100 on Deathslinger since I've been levelling him up.

And around 25-50 on other characters.

  • I was too burnt out to get my Killers to P3.

    I got Deathslinger though.

I feel like picking NA would imply it's even worse

    #########, I should've picked that. Can't really judge a game's performance if you can't play it.

Though, I am on PC, I am getting tired of a lot of the Killer bugs.

    I put 6.

I'd kinda like someone to suffer with me as sadistic as that may sound, but then again what kind of friend would I be to do something like recommend Dbd to someone?

Well, me. Since I dragged my girlfriend into this hellhole.

  • I don't think it's a bug or a nerf.

It's always been like this. If you use your power, the Blood Orbs will start despawning.

Or if new ones are being generated by survivors.

  • @OniWantsYourMacaroni said:

I always set that value on 0.

DbD can be really fun,but i just can't recommend this game to anyone with all its issues

It used to be a 1 or 2. Because I know some people I know woudl wanna at least try it out.

    BUt now it's just a 0.

  • Wraith in my opinion is balanced in a way that he is able to put pressure on all four survivors at once, even during chase.

The hit and run playstyle that is common with Wraith makes it so that even if you are healing against him, you're wasting more time than you probably should.

But that pressure isn't omnipresent and it isn't that strong, but a really good Wraith with some really nasty add-ons and perks can make it REALLY hard for you to pop more than 1 generator.
