I worry a bit though. They said a complete rework and by that i assume change his fundamental mechanics. We have already seen the overreactions to the ptb's this forum turns super toxic every time one comes out. If survivors struggle against him because it is different and he starts wrecking lobbies do these clowns light up the forum and reviews again with their complaints and he gets nerfed again. It happened before he got trashed before he ever got to console before complaints. I'm not sure i trust it not happening again.

I think it should have it's numbers buffed to 60 seconds and show survivor auras within an 8 meter radius of the regressing gens for a total of 4 seconds. The aura timer doesn't count down until the gen has been worked on, the 60 seconds are up, or the survivor exits the radius.
Auras of survivors are not revealed until the killer is 16 meters away from the generator.
Just have surveillance regress the gens at twice the normal speed.
Allow all gens to be kicked and change color without fading away after 16 seconds.
I haven't tested how long it takes for a 99% gen to regress to 0 but my guess would a little over a minute.
So if regress time was doubled surveillance might be relevant -
I agree, base escape time should be 10 seconds, 15 with wax brick and 20 with fastening tools. Slippery Meat should decrease the time by 50%.

It can be used with with Sloppy Butcher.
If you decide to wake up by healing you have 75% speed reduction and regression that will make SC last almost a minute before the heal nerf not to mention that it will give your position away.
If you decide to wake up using Overcharge you regress the gen even further and if Freddy decides to come back to pull you back in you wasted more time which is good for him. -

Both dont need that much anymore, thats the point. If these are implemented we have more Killers that might become more popular in the higher Ranks. Hit and run tactics, it works on Killers that can utilize those, Hag, Wraith and most notably Freddy who can make really good use of it cause stacked slowdown, failed skillcheck and repositioning.

I dont need to say what happens when survivors give a Killer that has innate aura reading and specializes in hit and run tactics free one shots. -
