Go on then. Tell me all the times that survivors get nerfed that has has no positive outcome to them during the trial besides infinites being nerfed.

I don't know if this idea is new but I think this is a nice buff for solo Survivors with current perks like Spine Chill/Bond/Kindred/(...)
We do not wish to trouble you and you don't want to get us in trouble.
Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability.
While in a chase, your Aura is revealed to 1/2/3 Survivors and their Aura is also revealed to you.
Gain 50/75/100 % more Bloodpoints for actions in the Boldness Category.
Increases your chances of being the Obsession.
The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
I think it should have a range like 24-48 meters (possibly more). Or maybe infinite range it only effects the closest survivor? I feel like this would give too much info, kind of like SWF.

Onto topic, you're new. Some killers like that just take time to learn, but eventually you'll be able to play against him with ease.

For the love of god if you tea bag and flashlight click, don't be surprised when the killer camps and/or tunnels you.

How fast are your games as survivor?
Also its because getting a merciless was much easier back two years ago, but they changed how emblems work and now getting a merciless is hard and challenging, and I'm still trying to get some on Huntress and Nurse, but just can't get it right because I'm a console player.

Ok, I know this isn't the best idea depending on the parent, but what I did when I was younger is make it clear that I have a favourite.
Stop talking to your mum as much and start talking to your dad. Give him compliments while your mum is listening (but don't make it obvious that you're doing it on purpose.
Now if you're mum is someone who seems depressed or very aggressive I wouldn't reccomend doing this, and instead just talk to your dad about it, saying that your mum didn't go ahead with the deal and that she allowed you to buy the game only to not let you play.
Personally you're at a reasonable age to play, and you're old enough to make your own decisions about what you do with your life.
Last thing to say, remember, dont take this seriously if you don't want to do it. I'm guessing you're a nice child if you came to the forums to ask for help. I was a ######### of a child and very hostile, so please, don't do this unless this is a last resort and you know no harm will come from this. Go with option 2 if possible.

The game is only survivor sided in that a team of really good survivors that want to win, can't lose. But that is rarely the case. Most red rank survivors are horrible at this game or play to goof around.
Also depends on the killer, but if a survivor has any clue how to loop common loops, that's a gen.

Maybe because it's a big game which on cheaper devices it can't run on without crashing or over heating the phone?
-
-
They do penalize and don't rank up.
One of yous gets penalised, while the other three don't.
Judging by your complaints to camping, your amount of posts and the fact that you're complaining about survivors always getting nerfed (which is completely untrue) I'm assuming you're new to the game.
Bit of a tip, rank up and play both sides before making assumptions. Unbiased voices are heard first.

Although I'd love if the game looked better, I think it's the least of the developers worries at the moment.

Boil Over is a weak Kate's Perk. It must be buffed. Many people have suggested making wiggling speed higher, but I want to offer something else without departing from its original idea.
Boil Over
You are a battler and do everything to escape a foe's grasp.
If the Killer carries you, his movement speed decreases by 15%
Your Struggle Effects on the Killer are increased by 60/80/100%.
You obscure the Killer's ability to the Auras of Hooks that are within a range of 16/19/22 meters.
You ignore effects that slow down your wiggling speed and suppress your wiggling effects.
What do you think? if you think that my proposal is too weak or too strong, then write about it in the comments. If you liked my idea, then click the "Vote up" button!
I think the 16/19/22 meters needs to be reduced to maybe 12/15/18 meters, but that's about it. Everything else is fine.
-
I'm very happy with them too! Yet to have any problems so far.

yes because a Roman Empire esque priest and a huntress who lived in the Russian woods her whole life would know what a gen is
Huntress hunts because of what her mother thought her.
Plague sacrifices to please her god.
Many killers are under control, and may learn over time that these help their prey.

I'm no mod, but rank 1 on both sides and the community is as close you'll get to a mod.
This perk is a no from me.
The developers have stated many times before that camping is a strategy and the one counter is for your team to do gens and have 3 survivors escape.
You even mentioned that you're low rank by stating that the killer is rank 16-17 and that the survivors made no attempt to save you.
-
I didn't receive anything after reporting a bug about a Trapper invisible trap on the map The Game, so I assume unless you're asking a question they won't respond.

Lmfao it does NOT go “both ways”
Sure killer can be a little inconsistent but this MASSIVELY favours killer.
Well either you're really unlucky or you're stuck in your own world where the devs for some reason hate survivors.
-
I'd be against it. It could be abused so that killers would blacklist any survivors that bet them.

@ClickyClicky said:
It works well for killers though and thats all that matters. Funny they cried for GF changes and he got buffed, survivors complained it wasnt working correctly and.....ignored.
Anyway I understand why you’re aining your camera like that but you need to aim higher. You’re aiming it down towards the ground a bit, it needs to be on a slight incline. You’ll have more success revealing him then.
But yeah its so frustrating when he’s chasing you like this and not only are you trying to evade his attacks but you’re sweating your ass off trying to reveal him with no success or constant interruptions which reset the progress and then boom, exposed because the same rules don’t apply to him.
This is why I think he’s hands down the most awful killer in the entire game. This is just bottom of the barrel game design. Even Superman 64 devs would take one look at this killer and shake their heads in disgust.
Did you see how ######### he was upon release? You wouldn't even look at him and you'd be able to get him and you could hear if he went into night shroud if he was within 40 meters of you.
Now it's still broken, but it goes both ways now instead of favouring the survivor. I've had times where I've looked right at them and it's done ######### all, but I've also had times where they've been behind a rock and I've seen them.
Don't focus to much on revealing him, because if he tries to stalk you then he slows down giving you enough time to get to a loop.
He is the worst killer in the game for who needs to have some bug fixes, but please stop showing your bias and actually recognise that it goes both ways.

Mori-able on death hook is legit the only thing they need to do to the ebony and ivory moris. Only killable in basement could be a cool idea for a perk. Maybe monstrous shrine. Maybe if you down a survivor while they're in the basement you can kill them by your hand? (Downing them and then taking them to the basement doesn't count.)
Wouldn't that make them useless and a time waste in 99% of situations though?
All they need to do imo is change it so that you need to hook each survivor once to mori even one of them, instead of being able to hook a single survivor and then tunnel them off hook.

Many survivors and killers who play one side and have a toxic attitude in real life think they're entitled to everything. They think that they're the best and everyone that's below them don't deserve to win if he doesn't.
All that I do is if that they're really annoying, is right down their name on a piece of paper and lobby dodge.
I've only got one player on it so far and I assume he has quit because I never see him.

Theres absolutely no challenche to play as a killer, its too easy to kill everyone. I tried and it requires no talent, they should make it harder.

Interesting list indeed. He made this list from facing them, not playing them, right?
Honestly, Im surprised about Billy. He is accessible for new players and he is very punishing for newbies. Would have expected him to be at least S.
No surprise stealth killers are perceived as the strongest.
He doesn't play killer yet. We told him learn survivor then learn killer, and he really enjoys survivor.
According to him he doesn't see Hillbillys Chainsaw people often and they always miss him (he's very toxic to them when they miss).
As you said, Stealth Killers that can get easy hits or can camp are the best to him.
-
16% is barely anything at all, its not even a good perk alone, and making it a Hex would put it up near the weakest perks in the game, especially considering it has a counter.
Going to be honest, you should acknowledge the guy that has the Ghostface pfp because he is right.
-
Spirit does take skill to learn. Problem to many survivors is if you face one that has learned how to play her she is hard to counter.
She has a high skill ceiling if you're willing to out in the effort.
-
@ClickyClicky said:
He should be slowed down when revving like LF.
The reason he isn't is because Hillbilly goes at a higher speed with little control, while LF goes at a slower speed with more control.

Sorry but I still don't agree with the idea of 'deserves'. No survivor 'deserves' the hatch just because they did 4 gens but 3 people died. And no killer 'deserves' that fourth kill unless they make the fourth kill. The devs have literally stated that the game is not over untill all are dead or have escaped. Those are the parameters for winning and losing, not who 'deserves it'.
I've had games where i have literally ran around like a blue bummed fly doing gens, hook rescues, totems like a champ. 3 potatoes die because they rushed hook and got slugged.
Do I at that point deserve the hatch or a free run at the gates simply because i played well? I can guarantee most killers would say "Hell no"
I did mention in an earlier comment "If the killer had a 3k, unless the three that died weren't good or the guy alive is amazing, even if the killer doesn't find the hatch, the killer deserves a 4k.

I don't find that unfun to play against though.
My theory is more to do with the fact her power is puking, and that triggers some people.
This is one of the reasons. I love her looks, but my god do I hate seeing someone vomit, even if it's an in game character.
I also just think her power is unfun, don't know why, and it may just be because vomiting but I just don't enjoy it.

Slugging is not taking the game hostage. Even as a survivor player I can understand the logic in it.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1204428#Comment_1204428
This game is not balanced around who 'deserves' to win, it is balanced around two teams trying to outwit each other. The killer could find the last survivor first, they win fair and square. The survivor opens the gate and gets out, they win fair and square. The game does not guarantee
a 'deserved' kill just because you kill the other 3 or because you closed the hatch. Given that the killer is now at an advantage since the survivor only has one way to go, if the survivor outwits you and gets out, they earned it.
On the subject of hiding the light...not really a fan of the idea. Not all doors are next to each other or easily accessible to low mobility killers. All a survivor would have to do is partially open the gate, hide, rinse, repeat. The killer would have no idea where to go and in the interests of fairness when the endgame truly is 1v1 I don't see this as being right.
Ok let me explain why.
The killer has stopped you from completing all gens and from escaping through the hatch. He or she has been triumphant and bas stopped your best efforts. Do they deserve the 4k? Yes because they played better, but does that mean the survivor can't manage to pull it back? Of course not. There is always a chance.

Walking is a counter if you play against an unskilled spirit. If you have around 30-40 hours with that killer you will easily overcome this type of "mindgame".
Well then your contradicting your first sentence. It takes skill to learn fully how to find survivors in the middle of nowhere.
-
@Nicholas said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1204428#Comment_1204428
Not true at all. That's a lot of assumption and that means the Killer is always entitled to get subsequent kills based on the number of kills he's previously achieved. It's much easier for the killer to find the hatch because I'm like the Survivor he can freely run around throughout the map to discover it. So that in itself is not a worthy criteria to determine that the killer deserves to get all four survivors.
If the killer had a 3k, unless the three that died weren't good and the guy alive is amazing, even if the killer doesn't find the hatch, the killer deserves a 4k.
This is basic knowledge to me and many other survivor and killer mains.
-
I'm fine with all of this. Nothing that's too strong or too weak.

sorry i wasn t talking about last nerfs.. i mean compare all the nerfs since the game was released. but your devotion shows that u wasn t around @ the broken times
Yep, there was a long period of time where I got into overwatch and rocket league, but I got the game only a few weeks before Freddy was released, and I really got into it when the Saw chapter was leaked.
Back when I bought the game, I was devoted to playing survivor, so I don't remember anything bad killers had that was absolutely broken, although I remember survivors would often have 2-3 pallets on one jungle gym, vacuum with pallets and rarely the killer would get stuck inside a pallet.

Removing god loops is a good thing but the rng in ptb was horrible. It doesn t ruin the game but solo q. Some maps with 8 pallets!? My rank 1 potatoes with sc and urban will get rid them in less than 2 minutes… u have to be new to the game when u think killers get more nerfs than survivors. maybe next april fool devs should revert dbd back to the good old survivor times.. maybe baby killers in this forum will finally learn that atm it was never easier to be a killer!
I'm not saying this is a good change, it has many flaws, but I was pointing out the fact that many survivors are claiming survivors always get nerfs when in actual fact it's the opposite way round.
Besides god loops, when was the last huge killer buff or survivor nerf that effects trials.
Also yes P3 50 Claudette at rank 1, definitely new to the game and not a player who is unbiased.
