Make the basement a Moriable area only?

A friend of mine told me there should be areas...particularly the basement where you murder the survivors. thought that was a cool idea and thought I would share. It would actually add a bit of counter play but now we have iron grasp and Agitation...hmmmm. Maybe still make Moris on death hook? Thoughts?

    Mori-able on death hook is legit the only thing they need to do to the ebony and ivory moris. Only killable in basement could be a cool idea for a perk. Maybe monstrous shrine. Maybe if you down a survivor while they're in the basement you can kill them by your hand? (Downing them and then taking them to the basement doesn't count.)

    That would be a funny buff for Monstrous Shrine. Actually might be a strong perk for meme builds. I know I"d use it.

    Moring should be something that needs some conditions to be met, like Mori offerings require at least one hook or Rancor requires survivor to be obsession and lasting to the endgame.

    Wouldn't that make them useless and a time waste in 99% of situations though?

    All they need to do imo is change it so that you need to hook each survivor once to mori even one of them, instead of being able to hook a single survivor and then tunnel them off hook.

    That would easily promote unhealthy gameplay.
