I don't give hatch all the time (usually it depends on where I am in points) but anyone who tbags by default is not eligible for being let go.
Yep, same, I only give hatch if I obliterated the team, and only to a survivor who worked for it, non toxicly

Yes, a random killer intro would be amazing every time we enter the game, they have all the vids from every killer

LMAO, I adore Samination

When you use mics and split up on gens its really not all that difficult. Hardly some major accomplishment.
Exactly, survivor is easier, that's my point :)

There you go, hehehe

Hey! I'm a claudette main and I wear the earrings, orange shmock and purple pants and am usually the most aggressive and useful one on my team. Please don't stereotype, as it doesn't describe everyone. Please say blendette, not claudette, as good claudette mains hate blendettes for that reason. They make us look bad.
You're 1 out of a million, stereotipes base it's arguments in statistic normality and I'm afraid to say, for myself, based on my experience, 9/10 games the Claudettes are the problem. I'm generalizing, not stating absolute facts, don't get offended, you should actually take this as a compliment if you're not one of them. :)

Only played Oni a few times and after the first 2 or 3 uses of demon dash with controller I just played him M1 for the adept, it’s not really the running and turning but once I try to smash it seems to get so clunky and slow... but I guess I just need to learn him better and would have the same issues with M&K, thought it was a controller issue until now...
other than that I thought Blight was okay-ish with controller..? Not super easy but I got around and landed some few hits..
Yeah, same with Blight, he's not terrible, but he lacks maneubrability

Anyone that says solo que in red ranks is not the worst has not played solo que in red ranks.
I have, and it's more complex than what you're saying, exactly why I changed it from my original post, if you have bad teammates it's hell, but you can always play selfishly and get hatch at the end, but if you have actual good teammates, it's not that hard, yes, harder than a SWF, but not that much.
Rank 1 in both roles, Xbox, Controller, in case you wanted more info

I've been playing dead by daylight for over a year with default sensitivity there is no way I'm going to change sensitivity now and throw my entire game off with every other killer just for the blight. They fixed oni and matched to where we didn't have to increase sensitivity with him they need to do it for the blight as well
I actually change sensitivity ONLY for blight and Oni, turn it back to default for any other character, you could do this. And about Oni, he's even better with increased sensitivity, here's an example about what you can do with him, in a full of obstacles map vs a red ranks swf:

I wouldn't list Solo Survivor as easy with the current matchmaking. Medium at least.
There you go, changed it a bit

@Magnathema I just edited my previous comment with a vid as an example, hope it helps

Easy is S tier Killer. Medium is Solo Survivor.
But the rest of it works.
Edit: Also "Learning Nurse" should be its own Nightmare Difficulty.
There, added nurse, LOL and moved a bit solo and S tier killers, do you like it now?

@OllieHellhunter said:
Where is swf with no mics and no kindred?
And what killers are considered which tiers?
I'll add them both and about the Tiers it depends on the platform, don't want to make too much text on the post, hehehe

@Magnathema said:
I play on console and I didn't buy Oni or Blight for this reason. Some of the killers seem very much designed with only PC controls in mind. I know some people are able to get good with these killers or even Nurse on console but I just don't even bother with them.
Oni is easier with controller, try him and increase sensitivity, I've tried them both K&M and controller, but Blight is jus harder no matter what on controller... Oni is a Yes for controller cause of the 2 sticks, but Blight is better in K&M. Here's an example of what Oni can do with a controller with increased sensitivity thanks to the two sticks and in a map full of obstacles. This was a game vs a red ranks SWF on Xbox:

It's a good buff to hex perks, sorry you're not escaping every game because of this.

It has to do with control sensitivity, just make it higher in menus, hope this helps.

Even as a killer main, when I hear killer is easier I be like:
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/TFXCVS59XMSF/facepalm.png
I mean, sure, if your team tanks the match than you can share the blame around (if you want), but sharing blame for a loss doesn't make the game itself easier. As survivor even if you're getting into a lot of chases you're going to be spending large chunks of the match holding M1 to do OBJ or holding M1 to do altruism.
As killer you need to be playing at 100% for the entirety of the match. Any mistake they make can get them hooked, but they can get hooked up to 3 times. Any major mistake you make can cost you the entire match.
Yes, I'd actually divide difficulty like this:
Ultra Easy: SWF with mics
Very Easy: SWF no mics
Easy: Solo Survivor
Medium: S and A Tier Killers
Hard: B and C tier killers
Very Hard: D and E tier killers
Ultra Hard: D or lower tier killers in huge maps like cornfierlds

For me its the other way around,where is that on mic swf at?
If on console invite your team to your party, start a lobby as survivor, invite others to the game, if on PC, if I'm correct, I think you need discord and then invite others to the aprty there, then to your lobby.
If any PC player can correct me about how to create a PC party to hear each other I'd apreciate it, I only play Xbox and PS4.

You're playing trapper wrong, he's my main, 3k+ EVERY game, and now with the new addon to spawn hatch in a place you know, it's even easier.
Bring extra traps and addon to insta down if trapped, DON'T mind the gens, at the beggining of the game trap both exit door's levers, proceed to play normally with basement build, meaning Agitation, Iron Grasp, NOED and Blood Warden. Trap the hell out of basement.
Survivors love each other, don't even cmap or tunnel, let them fall into their doom by their own.
HAPPY KILLING FELLOW DBDer
-
Staying, they're dead if they don't leave cause I have one guy hooked, 3k+ every time they do this... This guy decided to stay and teabag me a few years ago...

if you really want to lose time you can just wait til the crows spawn, then get the grab.
EXACTLY! It's a losing situation either way, and the surv can come out of the locker healed for you to hit him, unless he gets insta downed he's getting an extra loop time.

Thank you for this. How could anybody be able to handle this game without the absolute brilliance and the clearly the world's greatest DBD player Carlosylu. Thanks brother.
I actually adore this kind of humor, hehehehe. No I'm NOT the best, just experienced, and quite a fan of the game actually, the kind of nerdy fan that knows that three gens separately can be done faster than 1 by one with 4 people on it, logic based fact that takes factors like traversing the map in it amongst many others.

Now, someone help me counter a Pyramid Head or Deathslinger in the chase. "Run Spine Chill and hide" or "hope they're bad" are not really the options I'm looking for.
NEVER run in a straight line, short loops work better against them cause long loops help them predict your movements, hope this helps

@Angelicus23 said:
I ain't gonna use always the same 4 perks just in case one helps me
The same 4 perks cause 1 helps me? Ahm... No, I'm not advicing you to use the 4 perks I'm talking about, I'm telling you to use 1 out of 4 perk slots to counter whatever you think annoys you the most, for example, you have trouble with Spirit? Add Fixated and chose whatever other 3 perks you please, if you can't dominate a killer with 3 perks and leave 1 for a mechanic you actually have problems with... Ahm... what can I say...
-
@BigTimeGamer said:
Saying to use X perk to counter a killer you don't know is coming
5Head strats right here
Ok... you NEED to know, that actual GOOD players can loop and dominate ANY killer with the same usual perks, BUT, those GOOD players usually have a Nemesis, meaning a specific killer they die against, someone who they have trouble with. So... If you can't spare a single perk slot to use it against something or someone you actually have trouble against... You're NOT a good player.
Let me give you a personal example, I can loop and own, as a rank 1 survivor, almost any killer with NO PERKS. BUT, put me against a Myers... I'm doomed...
Do you get what I'm saying?
-
@28_stabs said:
Everything was good until you said Self-Care. Sorry, it doesnt rhyme with "optimal".. :D
Also, as a solo player I cant imagine optimal game without Kindred. You are very likely to waste time going for unhooks when someone else is closer to hooks and will do it faster.
This, self care and no Kindred? Damn... I believe the most optimal build is the one that helps you against whoever you die the most to, for example Spine Chill if it's GF, Fixated for Spirit or Freddy, BT for Bubba, etc,
-
@Kumnut768 said:
this spirit thing wont work, you could have iron will with no stridor and a half decent spirit will end the power turn around and slap you in the face
You're telling me I haven't faced a single good spirit as a rank 1 survivor? Cause the Fixated thing has ALWAYS worked for me against almos EVERY spirit, my whole team gets decimated and I'm the last one standing and I usually get the hatch or open a gate in those games
-
@Mister_xD said:
a sinple counter to pop would be to just spread out on gens.
the killer can only regress one with pop, so if there are 2 others pushing 2 more gens, he cant pressure the team as much as he would when everyone was only focussing on a singular generator.
for Myers, since you were struggeling yourself, there are a couple of things:
1) spine chill is a good perk, even outside of tier 1. generally you will want to keep him in tier 1 for as long as possible, though once in tier 2 its not uncommon for him to have a very small TR aswell (Dead Rabbit + M&A = 8m TR on a NORMAL killer, thats frightening) - and in tier 3, especially with Dead Rabbit and M&A his TR is so huge that spinechill might be a good indicator of when he is actually getting close to you.
2) basic looping skills are a good way of avoiding him, as he has very little to fight that. he relies on ambushes and catching people off guard, once you reach a good setup as a survivor he will be struggeling to keep up. yes, tier 3 grants him slightly faster vaults and a slightly longer range, but if you just take it safe there and dont get greedy for that one additional loop he wont catch you in the 60 seconds he has.
I can loop him for hours, the problem I have with Myers is completely mental, he always ends up killing me, even when the other 3 escaped, hehehe
-
This is the Bubba vid, in a short loop, you can see the Bubba's "mind glitch" where he's used to survivors early dropping pallets, which makes him rev the chainsaw, use that at your advantage to get the most proffit from loops.

Today 08/09/20 the developers removed Kate's boobs jiggle. I hope it's bug. What do you think about this?
I don't like this desexualization of characters, I want to be able to be a hot girl or a male stallion if I want to... IT'S A GAME, NOT REAL LIFE! This "respect" thing has gone too far, there's nothing wrong with admiring a girl's or a man's body if you can be respectful about it... BTW, Kate is my favourite girl cause of how beautiful and hot she is

How many games did you play to come to your well-founded conclusion? 3? 4?
Give it a week and you will know how the Killer is played.
This, and actually, I'¿ve experienced the opposite, at rank 1, I've been getting 4k every match (about 6 so far) BUT there's a learning curve, I'll give it a week before having an objective opinion on him cause survivors do not know how to counter him yet
-
Xbox here, the FPS is a real issue, survivors do not enter lobbies (I guess it's a glitch) in 15+ minutes, bbut if I leave lobby, re enter they get there inmediately, but apart from that, it's all good on Xbox.
Any other Xbox user that can share his/her experience so far?

Ehi! Did you see also the new addons effects on it? 🙂
Not yet, I played him no addons one perk 3 games, played every match against purple and red survivors, got 2k+ every game, but I have to give him a week for people to actually learn how to counter him and then I can give a more objective point of view on his basics. I'm gonna try getting the adept right now, lets see how it goes, I'll use addons now.
