A "look like a Survivor" Killer is out of the window now, btw.
That clone would definitely have something like a glowing orb above their head to indicate they're not a real Survivor.
And you only have to look at the orb to undo their disguise, whoop-dee-doo!

The Tank from L4D.
But i'm not hopeful anymore.

No, i should be more honest: Idk ######### about alcohol.
-
Surprised to see Wraith that high.
-
On its own, i don't really like Spirit Fury.
What i would want it to do is grant you the chance to catch up to them after the Perk breaks a Pallet.
But any nearby window effectively cancels this chance.
If i didn't have Enduring on 24/7, i'd run Bamboozle, especially for the Killer Shack.
But if you're willing to give up another slot for a god-like combo, then i'd run Spirit Fury.

The Bing Bong.

Assuming 1 minute is a huge delay, and assuming the delay is caused by Killer (mains) not playing, isn't that what people speaking out about it wanted?
You know, "these whiny Killers should just leave" and stuff...
/notSerious btw

Sounds about right.

No, my mind is pretty clear in that regard.

Escaping & killing all.

One aspect i don't like of him is: 7 seconds.
You know what i mean.

@BACKSTABBER It used to be like that (except it had no timer), and it used to also not even be a Hex totem.
This has already been a thing, and no this is a bad idea since it just promotes people to hide for those X amount of seconds until it runs dry.
NOED NEVER activated at the start of the match.

I always use the Add-ons that i have the most of, which is, surprisingly, usually the Uncommon ones.
This way i save up loads of more rare ones for when i truly do want to use them, but i also make enough BP to buy a bunch more Common & Uncommon ones.
EDIT: Here, an easy way to understand what i mean.
- I use the Add-ons i have the most of
- After playing, i go buy the Add-ons that i want (and some Offerings), going from most wanted to least wanted
- Once the Bloodweb has run out of things i want, i buy the cheapest stuff, no bias towards anything
- The paths leading to Bloodweb Nodes that i want are mostly cluttered with Commons & Uncommons, meaning that by going for ones that i really like means i also supply myself with more to use for this tactic
It's an endless cycle, and the amount of Add-ons i have grows with every match, no rarity excluded from this tactic.
If i ran the absolute best stuff all the time, i wouldn't have so many Very Rares by now.
And while i don't run the best that i could run, Add-ons are not so different from Perk levels.
What i mean is that devs are obsessed lately with making Perk levels matter very little: A Perk WILL always be stronger on max level, but the difference is so little that you may sometimes wonder if it's even worth investing the BP to get it.
So for example: A "Swift Hunt" - Blood may give you 40% faster uncloak speed, a "Swift Hunt" - Mud gives 30%, being only 10% behind the Very Rare one.
It's a difference that i myself am willing to give up to be able to gain more and more of what i want.
When i feel like an absolute tryhard, then i'll run the best of the best.

Excuse me?
Play rank 1 with brown addons one time.
Cannibal and Hillbily have cooldown and increase speed addons, they are OKAY, but not good at all.
Myers has the longer lunge in tier 1 which is only good in a tier 1 myers build.
Nurse has an extra blink which cripples her...
Wraith has an addon for exiting stealth, when destroying something, but you can't hit while in transition...
Trapper has an extra trap! Thats okay. Even tho there are addons which grant him 2 extra traps, which are better.
Clown has decreased reload time... which isn't that useful at all.
yeah...
Wraith's "The Serpent" - Soot will actually allow you to immediately hit with the Ghostface patch, just saying.
-
Hex: Devour Hope
Make the temporary +5% movement speed at 2-Tokens last as long as the Hex Totem is up.
-
But what if the ones with many hours are biased?
And hide their biased decisions in non-biased conversations?
-
It's for the protective player.
If you're not that, then don't use it.
-
Then don't take me seriously. 😊

The pixel art look is interesting but seriously a game should never have the ability to be reduced graphically to the point that it gives an unfair advantage.
We used to do this in Counterstrike disabling meshes and grass so we could see through the bridge in CS_Aztec and other spots. It's without a doubt an unfair advantage, and it's huge in a game like DbD that is all about hide and seek.
Yeah i agree.
-
Because it's a Survivor Offering.
Offerings are supposed to help you and/or your side.
Bloody Party Streamers is just an exception.
-
We need a customization slot for Moris (the current ones being the default), and then sell new ones on the Store.
You can bet Killers will buy 'em.
They say it takes quite a bit to make 'em, so why not make money from your work?
-
You should actually be glad that it's not THAT thick.
Cause they definitely could've.
-
That doesn't make me wanna buy it more.
As of right now, it's not gonna be added to my account, and i have all other DLCs.
I'll believe in good changes once i see them.
-
Meeting the requirements of games is one of the basics of PC gaming.
If you can't play it and you want to, it might be time to upgrade.
I wouldn't mind SOME more options, but we would never be able to set it so pixelated.
-
Idk, but i personally hope they never will.
They're great bait for me, they often try to lose me in there instead of going for loops.

You know, I'm not even against this idea. At the very least, I think Ghostface should definitely gain detection perk immunity while using Night Shroud. The ONLY thing that may concern me is what would happen if a Wraith with the Coxcombed Clapper became immune to detection perks as well.
They would probably do what everyone else does instead, which is to spot his shimmer.

@Boss correct.
Maybe the tile could have a warning that the traps may be bugged and they should be placed outside of the tiles?
Or it could not let the traps spawn there? I think that'd work.
I think the second one is best, but instead of just going back to using the randomization, it could maybe look for the nearest location where it won't collide with anything.
And then it would save that location as if you set it up there, so you can see it be there when you edit the Bear Traps again.
Honestly, just the idea of going around the maps on your very own sounds neat by itself. 😋
-
Lol, i'd love for my Wraith to be immune.
Free OoO auras, even at a range of 1 meter!

OoO I thought only worked behind objects and if you peaking out looking a them they shouldn't see you don't know if that true or not but if not it should work that way, as for spine chill I agree BUT only when in stealth.
Well you only poke your head around objects.
At least your legs will remain behind the object.
-
I agree they should slow down, but i don't think it should stop with 3.
It's not like the previous characters disappear after all, they all need maintenance just as much as the new ones.
Plus Mcote said it right: The way we play changes a lot over a few years.
The old crew and new crew would all need to be changed and then they also need to bring in newer-than-new characters.
Even just 3 chapters per year would at some point just be more than they can handle, and since they have this "grand vision of lasting for about 10 more years", that time will certainly come.
-
Does it matter?
You'll respawn, right?
I mean, you'll want to avoid the pain obviously, but once you've been killed, it's like: "Ugh, another Monday..."
-
How would that work with Trapper?
From what i understand, you would allow Trapper players to go on any map by himself and allow him to walk around, setting Bear Trap spawn locations for when he plays a real match.
Does that sound correct?
Cause if i got it right, won't there be a ton of collision problems?
Just an example: If i set a Bear Trap on a tile with 4 I walls, and then the next match has that tile actually contain a T & L wall instead, my Bear Trap might clip into one of the walls due to the tile not containing what i had before, rendering it unusable.
-
Another way to get Tokens? Sure, i don't mind, but make them be earned with Altruistic actions.
Not that i care, but the devs want you to get Tokens with Altruistic actions.

honestly, as much as you guys are disappointed, i really don't think that insulting and bashing on the devs will make them fix things any quicker, at least for right now. this is just my personal opinion.
I don't think anything with the devs is quick, aside from fixing bugs that affect Survivors negatively.

Well if you don't want those perks in your build anymore the chase mechanic itself has to change or we have to wait and hope that those underperforming killers will get a rework some day.
But because they are not meme bad the rework will either never come or if the entire game gets a complete overhaul/sequel.
Right now, the best chance to get those perks out of your build would be, to make them base for those killers.
I agree, a Shape don't need such a buff, but anyone who halfway played the game seriously could easily tell which killers could really benefit from this change.
If you want to make a more scientific approach just take the data, scan for the killers who are using these perks mostly 60-80% and have a subpart killrate (below 50%)
My numbers are arbitrary and testing would show the real numbers.
But this would be something that could be done fast, wouldn't alter the game too much and would help those killers without extreme changes.
As long as those scans would be from high ranks, that's good.
"Wraith OP" was once a thing after all, and that claim reflects well on low ranks.
I'd finally be able to run Bamboozle though! 🤗
-
I'd love to not have those 2 Perks stuck in my build anymore, but standard? Ehhhh...
Plus the selection of "M1 Killers" is a tad broad, no?
For example, i don't think Shape needs such a buff.
-
You need a suicide pill?

@Mushwin said:
No it isn't what i meant, a lot wanted scream and now it's happened there are a lot of threads with people not happy. Really? how else was this going to go? when most have complained about the killers since Spirit. They should of given the costume to The Legion and then this wouldn't of happened.
I can't really blame them for having to face the easiest Power counter thus far.
-
Oh come on, you know that this isn't what they asked for.
No one is asking to see their favorite slasher get gutted.
-
Good chance we'll never get a Killer that ignores a vital part and doesn't come with less than 7 drawbacks.
-
Sounds smart to me.
Why go through any more danger when your escape is pretty much guaranteed?
-
I like that it's fixed.
You're not supposed to know what's going on there from outside.
Whether you find that flat or not is irrelevant, it's knowledge you're not supposed to own at the time.

When will you modify the 2-Token bonus on Hex: Devour Hope?
-
I think rank could make use of a slow rank drain over time.
Lose a pip every 24 hours.
The timer is set to 0 hours if you complete a trial, win or lose.
No more rank reset to be bunched together with noobs & face overly skilled opponents, but also no one can sit at the top forever by just getting there and then doing nothing.
-
It's like people disconnecting: They may not make BP at all and lose rank, but they still do it.
Reason you're being camped is mostly to either secure a kill, or to secure a kill of a specific person.
Both of those reasons definitely don't make them think BP or rank is important.
-
Play Wraith, face Trapper/Nurse.
Though me facing a Trapper definitely shows me as a douche, cause most that i do is follow him and disable Bear Traps.
It's disgusting how easily you can counter his Power once you figure out it's him and get on his tail unnoticed.
Then apply some sneaky moves after you know he's coming and you can continue.
-
Paid for good headphones, got a free Stridor.
Yes, despite everyone always saying the music blasts through footstep noises, i can actually still hear them and their direction.
Technically, i could also equip Stridor to maximize the effect, but that'd like asking for a 5% buff on Overwhelming Presence.
Basically, it has a purpose i guess.
But the right headphones almost cancel its use completely.
