Chase music being quieter would be nice, but no.
This is very much a bug.

- Legion loses half his power on a successful M1.
- Legion all of his power upon a miss in FF.
- FF takes FAR too long to recharge.
- FF drops FPS on Console significantly, making it difficult to track and hit Survivors.
- FF has a 4 second stun.
- FF has a stun longer than Nurse's stun.
- FF is countered by running in a straight line. There is no way the Legion can catch you if you do so.
- Two of his add-ons are totally useless (Frank's Mixtape and Stab Wound Study)
- Any add-on that increases Killer Instinct range is also pretty awful.
- His vault puts you in an awkward spot where you have to guess if a Survivor is going to try to vault through you.
- His power is countered by not healing.
- His win condition is whether or not Survivors heal, if they do, he usually wins.
- He becomes an M1 Killer and using your power oftentimes hurts you, if Survivors have any game knowledge of how to beat you.
Legion cannot be buffed in his current state because of the way the Devs designed him. If he gets buffed, he become extremely oppressive and reminiscent of old Legion, which nobody wants. Currently, I have Survivors DC on me all the time because of how miserable it is to play against him, and I've asked other Legion's I play against (when I play Survivor) and they agree that it isn't very fun to play with him either.
I made a thread over a year ago detailing the changes I'd make to him, so I can link you that, if you'd like.
S A U C E?
Sorry, I mean link?

I'm happy for you, man. I'm glad you came out to us.
Not my thing, but its not for everyone, and I'm glad that you enjoy it.
No one thinks less of you as a person for being a Twins main.
No matter what, I'll support your decision.

That's a fair point. That's where balancing comes in, even if BHVR isn't the best at it, they need to balance the map.
Also, I'm a switch player where Doc and Spirit are both base game and thought for a second "Wait Doc and Spirit are base game what do you mean? You should have access to both easily." lmao
PC, for all it's advantages only gets Wraith, Billy, Trapper, Huntress, and Nurse.
Out of all of those, Huntress is the best option, so I hope newbie PC players have good aim. When you need a direct hit. With arcing projectiles that for whatever reason are thrown up instead of forward.

I do agree wholeheartedly. Wraith was overbuffed, I've played against enough of them. Thanks to the dev that continues to balancing around noob killers. Good Wraiths was already super strong and more than adequate. He has too much movement speed after an uncloak to gain too much distance. He can transverse the map too quickly and I've played against enough to know that you can literally dead hard and his movement boost after an uncloak is so high than even a dead hard will not avoid a hit. That is dumb and needs a nerf and I am not joking. He's almost as bad as Huntress as far as I'm not going to try against them.
It doesn't help that every Wraith uses crutch perks for ez wins on top of it.
I love how you literally called the thing they nerfed "OP."
Also the fact that you literally put a bait post inside a bait post.
-
I like the idea, but I would rather drop Exposed than drop Haste.

It's annoying as some of the weaker killers, but killers like Spirit, PH, Doc, and Freddy still are good on this map and survivors struggle against.
See, there's a bit of an issue there.
Not everyone has those killers.
Also, once again, there is no way to avoid being blinded over and over and over unless you just give up and sit in the corner.

This is literally a match I had last night.
Followed by another one on The Game.
I really wanted to unlock Brutal Strength, okay?
-
The argument that NOED rewards you for failing your objective is just stupid.
That's literally what second chance perks are. Plus, this one can be disabled with almost no effort, as opposed to survivor second chances, which the killer basically just has to burn through until the survivor screws up for umpteenth time.

Also the only killer that punishes you for actually landing a hit, with the new update coming in.

So, I should avoid Haddonfield, Bedham, Gideon Meat Plant, Coldwind Farm, Backwater Swamp, Midwitch Elementary, the Lery Memorial Institute, and Ormond.
That leaves just so many options to choose from if I want a fair game. Thank you, BHVR. Thank you so much.

Twins belong in C, Huntress belongs in A, Demo belongs in B-, and Bubba belongs in B+.

I stole a fun-sized bag of M&Ms from a store once when I was eight.
I think I'm killer material.
I'd probably be scarier than Legion either way.

It's amazing on Doc. If you hear the Entity groaning, just zap.

As a PH main, I can agree with your assessment.
-
I actually feel like he needs a buff instead, TBH. Not a big one, though, he's already super powerful as is.

Badham, Haddonfield, and Midwitch, in that order.
Oddly enough, I also hate the Autohaven Wreckers maps. The long walls just piss me off for some reason.

Please, yes.
Oh, god, please yes.
-
That would mean they would have to show the nonexistent S t a t i s t i c s they keep lording over us.
-
Don't forget add-ons and perks!
-
The issue isn't that they're overpowered, its that there are just so damn many of them. And because they benefit all of the survivors, since losing a teammate is a big deal. And they stack. And each one takes up only 1/16 of the survivors' total perk slots.
There are like, three or four second chance perks for killer, total. And each one takes up a quarter of the killer's total perk slots.
Every single survivor can bring multiple second chances, and even if they only work once, the killer has to burn through every single second chance that the survivors have.
Even worse is that all killers other than really good Nurses have to rely heavily on survivor mistakes in order to do pretty much anything. Having to burn through the survivors' eight second chances just to get to the basekit second chances, all the while with a countdown to your defeat ticking away at a random rate, and being unable to progress your objective unless the survivors screw up.
tldr: second chances are the meta for a reason, and they make the killer's life a lot more stressful than almost any other kind of perk.

Well a window even if you are on the other side is still supposed to be like a wall but you can jump through it and through to the other side, if you were hit through a window it would be the same as hitting someone through a wall considering the in game tiles are the same size.
No, actually.
The window is still an empty space, and killers can hit through them easily. I've gotten a lot of free hits against survivors who think that they're invincible despite the fact that I'm less than a foot away.
If you know the killer is close to the window, just stay away from it.
Also, I think I might have been that Wraith. I recognize your username, and I've been playing him a lot more recently.

Okay so I found out the last page I posted was a page and half so today I'm sharing page 6 and half I guess. Thank you too everyone who has pushed me into writing this and I hope you all enjoy, so lets do this.
Elliot didn't know what to do, running was an obvious choice, but he didn't know what even was this thing. " Now, what was that about calling your nurse a #########?" Julie questioned menacingly, suddenly something pink spilled out from her glossy red lips. It wrapped around Elliots neck, it was wet, and slimy, it was a large protruding tongue. It was veiny even for a tongue, it was like a python, Elliot gasped for breath and to his horror saw Julie came for him. Elliot searched for his pocket knife in his right pocket, he unclipped it and with a swift slice he sliced off the large tongue, it fell to the floor wiggling. Julie screamed in agony, she stumbled back, her heels clicking against the floor.
It screamed and charged at Elliot with the syringe knocking back the pocket knife, Julie grabbed hold of Elliots right hand and Elliot grabbed her left. She was relatively strong, for some reason Elliot couldn't feel her bones, let alone anything solid underneath. Julie was beginning to easily wiggle out of his grasp, but Elliot tighten his grip, suddenly a powerful blow landed on his chin. Julie some how was flexible enough to kick him in such an angle, Elliot staggered to the floor and hastefully crawled for the knife, luckily he grabbed the knife, but was dragged by his feet. With the knife in hand Elliot quickly plunged it into her chest, she cried out and scampered away.
" NO, !" Julie cried, she immediately dropped the syringe, and scampered away holding onto her wound, as it leaked a vomit color substance. ELliot was breathing in and out, he was tired, spent, and pretty pissed. He stood up and began to stagger a bit, he turned his head left and right. " Well, at least she was kinky about it." Elliot commented, he stood up and looked at the knife, there was a crack in the blade that became clear it won't last long, he cursed then paced to the exit. His headache, apparently the wound in his head hasn't healed yet, which both irritated and aggravated Elliot more. One he He finally got to the door where he entered the Town hall, he grabbed the doors only for them to be locked " Damn it." he muttered.
He looked around for any where else to go, Elliot looked at his blade, he knew that he needed something better than a knife. Elliot began to make his way to a door as he opened slowly he heard the constant rushing of heels, the hairs on the back of his neck stood, Julie was close. Elliot opened the door and shut it as quietly as possible, he turned around to find a bunch of run down desks, the splattered corpse of a grey goose thing that was pinned to a wall, and a hammer that laid on the desk next to the whiteboard, it was calling his name. " That'll do." He commented.
Elliot tiptoed past the dusty desks, the room itself almost resembled a class room. In each desk Elliot noticed there were bloodied baskets like the stereotypical ones you would take on a picnic. However one had a large musical jolly chimps that had some blood, the one on the right corner next to the whiteboard had this rundown clown doll. He didn't put much thought as he finally paced over to the hammer, he reached for it and picked up the wooden handle that was actually made of plastic, Elliot growled. Suddenly a piece of the line that laid under the handle suddenly fell off the desk The clown doll awoke laughing its laughter. "Surprise". A voice emitted from the clowns voice it seemed to have been a recording of some kind.
The Jolly Chimp began clapping it cymbals together while laughing, suddenly there was crying within the cribs. " Babies?" Elliot questioned as he looked in the cribs to his horror looked like a deformed baby goose, crying like a human baby. Elliots' spine tingled knowing that Julie or whoever she is would hear, he looked around the room searching for a place to hide. Definitely not under the teacher's desk, his fat ass wouldn't fit under it, the closet would have to be his best option since there was almost next to no place for him to actually hide in. He bolted to the closet opened and hid there, praying to some god that he wouldn't be found.
Other than issues with the spelling, grammar and punctuation, this is really good. Since those issues can easily be taken care of, I won't go into detail, but I will say you have improved a bit on the subject.
I really like the concept for the goose baby monster things. Ugly Ducklings, maybe?
Also, it was impossible for me to read that line, "Well, at least she was kinky about it," without imagining Elliot putting on sunglasses, doing fingerguns at "Julie," and moonwalking out of the room. It's funny, but it kinda brutally annihilates the tone.
Unless you wanted to break the tension in the middle of an action scene, I would suggest toning it down a bit. Like specifying him saying it breathlessly, as opposed to just casually commenting on the fact that the hot stranger he just met's skin melted off and she tried to stab him with a needle the size of a small space station, and upon being stabbed leaked a vomit-like substance and scuttled away hissing.
You generally don't just casually comment on situations like that. And, plus, it feels really OOC given his previous responses.
I've been wanting to do some illustrations for the books, but I don't really have a good mental image of Elliot. Do you think you can give me a detailed description of what he looks like?

It's not important, but they don't use the american spelling, so the company's name is Behavior Entertainment. Also, since its a proper noun, you need to capitalize it.
Also, yeah. I feel you, man.
-
This is the kind of pointless, toxic behavior that drives me into an IRL blood rage.
To the point that I've gotten so skilled at hunting down hiding survivors that these kinds of matches end within ten minutes.
There is a fine line between overly altruistic and blendette. Force them to walk that fine line or suffer the consequences.
What I'm saying is that you should try Doctor. Not even Iron Will can hide you forever.

Primarily killer, due to the obscene wait times for lobbies for survivor and the fact that I can only play after 8:00 pm for a total of one hour a day.

I love how they turned a broken anti-tunneling perk into a broken pro-camping perk.

Without a bag, the Trapper is basically an M1 killer with no power for almost the entirety of the game.
If you want to actually use your traps, even with a bag, you need to roam around the map to collect and place traps, costing you the early game, because otherwise you're just playing an M1 killer with no power.
If survivors see his traps outside of being chased by him, they can disable them easily with no, leaving him an M1 killer with no power.
If he steps in one of his own traps, he basically pallet stuns himself, but with no benefit from Endurance. If you were carrying a survivor at the time, well, if you wanna catch them, you're gonna have to do it as an M1 killer. With no power.
What were they thinking when they made this guy? His power can be disabled or even full on detrimental to him in so many ways that you're better off just playing Hag, since she
- Doesn't have traps that harm her
- Doesn't have to collect her traps
- Has like eight traps or something at the start, and gets them back without having to put in much effort
- Sets traps way faster than Trapper even with purple trap setters
- Can hide her traps fairly easily even without add-ons
- Can reliably inflict M1 effects (IE Sloppy Butcher) with her traps
- Can use her traps to traverse the map, easily justifying he 110% movespeed
- Is not the worst killer in the game

If they survivors can beat you with no effort then by your own logic is killer really the power role?
A lot of people think survivor is the power role because you can bully bad killers, get rank 1, win most of your games without even really being "a person who plays or is good at games".
Not that that's true, playing survivor vs good killers takes a lot, but you wouldn't know it by most matchmade games.
I agree with this completely, even if it seems a bit like I wouldn't.
-
I want to be feared and respected. I chose this role because it's the power role, not because I don't get bullied enough in my real life.
I hate, hate, hate it when survivors choose a method to "outplay" me with absolutely no effort on their part. It disgusts me to no end. The sheer amount of second chances that some survivors evidently need is enraging to me. If you run DH UB BT DS/Kindred, you don't deserve to complain at me for running Sloppy or NOED. If you bodyblock, you should be thankful that I don't camp or slug you. If you T-bag and clicky-clicky me at every. Single. Vault. Don't complain when I smack you on the hook.
I do my absolute best to be both effective and fun to play against. I never rarely camp, rarely tunnel (if you switch to an item that counters my killer at the last possible second, you'd better be good even with your second chances), and I can only remember slugging once (rank 12 Trapper on Haddonfield, against good survivors, and I only had two left and the one I slugged was on her death hook, so I needed to look for the hatch).
If I wanted to play scummy, I would have every justification to. But. I. Don't.
If I do everything right, I deserve to be treated that way.
I want to be treated like a person. Is that so damn unreasonable?
-
Yeah.
-
In my opinion, QwQw, Yords, ClownIsKing, HugeBush, GoodBoyKaru and maybe Boss seem like the only people on this entity forsaken site that deserve this level of attention that I've seen. They seen to be the nicest and most level headed veterans of the site.
I didn't really mean anything by that, just wanted to voice my opinion.
Also, why are random commenters getting more upvotes than the person being actually interviewed?
-
I mean, 99ing the gates and bodyblocking are strats too.
They annoy the killer as much as slugging, camping and tunneling annoy the survivors.
I feel survivors should have a second pre-game chat to talk with killer so that they can agree not to be "scumbags" to each other. It would be even better if you could see the ranks of all the players in the lobby too.

That would help for many of the problems killers have keeping track of survivors via sound, but unfortunately, the devs have admitted that the chase music is loud in order to give survivors an audio advantage in a chase, so they're not likely to back down. Still, with the many tools survivors have to escape killers, hide from killers, attack the killers, counter the killers perks, counter killers attacks/damage, and gain almost endless 2nd chances, you'd think the devs would at least think to themselves and say:
"Okay, now its time to give the killers a few advantages to help balance things out."
If you've seen their gameplay, you'd see why they think the survivors need so many second chances.
They are so, so, so overwhelmingly abysmal at their own game you'd think they never even playtested it or something.

I knew what Dead By Daylight was for a long while, but not anything about the game or characters. I got interested in it after getting recommended a video of all of the killers trailers on YouTube, around when Legion came out. In particular, Myers and Legion caught my eye. I looked up "Dead By Daylight Legion", and the first video I saw was Monto's toxic Legion, so I watched that. I was immediately hooked (Pun Not Intended), and after watching some more gameplay, I decided to buy the game for myself.
I wish I had a cool story behind my name, but in actuality it's nothing exciting. Basically, when I was a little kid, around ten-ish, I stumbled upon an MMO mobile game on my Ipad. Looking back on it, the game itself was pretty bad, but young me was fascinated by it for some reason. The problem was, when I tried to make an account, every username I wanted was taken. I didn't know what to do, so I just smashed my keypad and got "Qwqwqwqwqqwwqwwq", I guess I thought that was good enough.
So when I finally decided to make a dbd forum account, again, every username I wanted was taken. So as a reference to all those years ago, and because I knew no one else would have this weird ass name, I named myself "QwQw".
I thought it was just a malformed OwO.
Reading what I just wrote, imagine a survivor booping Demo before realizing that this isn't a friendly server. That's exactly what they'd say in the end game chat.

Hit and run isn't wraith specific, basically EVERY killer is incentivized to do it sometimes. Wraith isn't even the most typical "hit and run" killer either, Hag is and spirit, doctor, freddy , Ghostface and demo are all right there with Wraithy boy if for very different reasons.
I can't really argue with that, but, lets be honest, Wraith is the only one who hits and R U N S.

That would be nice (entitled killer main here), but unfortunately no.
